We were offered to hang out at the pool and have drinks, but the pool was not accessible because it was green as a Louisiana swamp. Our TV did not work. There were no cups for the coffee, the parking garage price was way too high. When showering the bathtub filled up with water, and no the plug was not plugged in. After speaking with front desk we were never offered an apology nor a new room. Only one out of four elevators worked. The only positive was the bed. Super comfortable.

The hotel room itself was lovely, clean, and the beds were really comfortable. However, unfortunately, we found some of the staff to be quite rude, which did take away from our overall experience. I also contacted the hotel before our stay specifically to check whether the pool would be open, as this was one of the main reasons we chose to book this hotel. I was assured that the pool would be available, only to arrive and find out that it was not in use. This was particularly disappointing as I had gone out of my way to confirm this beforehand. Although we were happy with the room and the comfort of the beds, unfortunately, due to our overall experience, we would not choose to stay here again.

Could not buy water or snacks. Said the trucks haven’t come for weeks, The ice machine on the 14th floor didn’t work, Could not make the shower water colder than burning hot. So I couldn’t even shower. The hotel needs work. Would not recommend this place.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing despite the property itself being nice and the staff being very friendly. I requested a late checkout and agreed to pay the additional fee. However, housekeeping still knocked on my door about every 20 minutes asking when I was leaving. If a guest pays for late checkout, that should be communicated internally so they can enjoy the extra time without constant interruptions. The pool was a major reason I booked this hotel, but it was closed for maintenance during my entire stay. Had I known beforehand, I likely would have chosen another property. Room service was also essentially unavailable. Every time I tried to order, I was told they either did not have room service or did not have enough staff, and I would need to come downstairs to pick up the food myself. The elevators were another major issue. Because of the parking operation, they were constantly crowded, with waits sometimes reaching 15–20 minutes just to get on. The room also had no complimentary water, and the refrigerator did not work. It is unfortunate because otherwise this is a pretty good property with very nice staff. With better communication, staffing, and attention to basic amenities, the experience could have been significantly better.
