This property has security and is very clean and nice. The hotel has a firearm restriction but the area around it is suspect. The room was great except the poor pillows. And the sofa was past its prime. We felt the fold out bed under us when we sat on it. Other than that the staff was super friendly and helpful. Parking is limited

The pool is unheated. It was ice cold. When addressed the front desk about it, I was told that the pool room should be heated not the pool which it was not. Towels in the room had holes in them and torn. I chose the hotel because of the pool to be able to enjoy some time to relax as I had a very busy schedule.

Quick and easy check-in friendly staff they have a indoor pool with a outdoor closed in smoking area. The gas station is within walking distance. Salt Grass and Dennis are right up the road. Driveway kinda hard to find so when you see motel 6 turn immediately hehe. Over all great place

Building was under construction, equipment taking up parking lot. no parking. no water pressure in the lavatory that was loose from the counter top. stains on the sofa and dirty carpet. remotes sticky. Ice machine on 3rd floor not in service. potatoes uncooked and coffee machine empty at 7am-8am, not like its the end of the breakfast availability hours. The bed was comfortable.

In general the stay was good. Problems included that the cold water faucet delivered hot water, the ice machines frequently didn't have ice, one of the two elevators seemed not to be working. However, those were minor problems and in general the stay was pleasant.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was immediately disappointed by the overall cleanliness and condition of the room. The floors were visibly dirty, with dust, debris, and sticky spots in several areas, suggesting they had not been cleaned properly in quite some time. The bed was equally unacceptable , the sheets appeared worn and stained, and the pillows had an unpleasant odor. It was clear that the bedding had not been freshly laundered, which made it feel unsanitary and uninviting. The overall presentation of the room was nothing like the photos advertised online. In the pictures, the space appeared bright, modern, and well-kept, but in reality, it looked neglected and poorly maintained. Due to these conditions, I did not feel comfortable staying the night and made the decision to vacate the premises immediately. This was a highly disappointing experience and a clear misrepresentation of the property’s quality.

The room was dirty. There was a sock under the bed. The mattress had a stain on it not clean and it does not look like they dust it in over a month. I wish I would’ve took a picture. I wasn’t sure if this app uploaded pictures very upset. Will not stay there anymore.

The rooms were nice and clean, with the exception of a few spots in the tub that were not properly coated or covered. Basically patch jobs. There were large tiles missing from the front of the building and in the back there was all kinds of debris and trash right by the exit/entrance door and at the perimeter of the back of the building. Also the hallway had an odor that it seems they tried to overcompensate by using way too much air freshener.

Omg where do I start…the worst stay I ever had in my life. This hotel is DISGUSTING AND RAN DOWN! The lobby furniture was torn and dirty. The hotel smelled stinky upon us entering. Our hotel room was HORRENDOUS! I wanted to leave and just lose the money but my husband was exhausted to drive back home 3.5 hrs so we stayed. My kids cried bc they were so grossed out. The walls of the room were DIRTY! The sheets were dirty, the rooms smelled like someone had just cooked dinner in it which wasn’t appealing at all. The towels smelled so bad that my kids and I ended up sharing a couple towels we had brought from home thank God we had those. The staff was ok I mean we didn’t interact with them and the hotel was quiet. Area where it was located look like the ghetto and it was hard to find the hotel. We passed it so many times. I would NEVER in my life stay here again. I’d rather sleep in my car. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY FILTH. YUCK!

It was just ok, I probably wouldn’t stay there again. The employees were friendly. But the room was the issue. We had 2 beds, the first night the bed that my daughters stayed on, had stains all over the sheets. The 2nd night my bed had visible blood stains on the sheets. On the side and under the pillow. Then there was a nasty smell on the other beds sheet. Then there’s the shower, the water did not get hot, not even in the slightest. So we had to take fast cold showers.

The room was nice. Perfect for a solo traveler. My only complaint is the shower. It may be the specific room I was in or it may be an entire hotel thing. The shower had low water pressure (not too low to be miserable, but more pressure would have been welcomed). The shower and bathroom sink didn’t adjust temperatures. There was the illusion of hot and cold on the dial, but the water remained one temperature. It was a little too hot, and I like pretty hot showers. Other than that, the room was great! It was clean and well maintained. The surrounding location seems a little dubious (when driving around) but it felt very safe to me. It is surrounded by several hotel properties. I have stayed in this location before and was happy to stay again.

The hotel is located in the back part of two other hotels. Kinda sketchy. Hotel wasn’t bad, it was okay. The breakfast was typical. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. King bed was hard. Had to change rooms because the first room given to us didn’t have a tv, but Jamie was really sweet and changed our room. Room 212 is very spacious. Not sure if it was a handicap room or not (had a walk in shower) but it worked.

I literally had to freshen up my own room because housekeeping didn’t clean after my first day. I left my room early around 9am and came back around 4pm to see my room was not freshened up and the toiletry replaced. I called the front desk and she said I’d be getting someone at my door with just towels to replace the used one’s. Then I get a call back 1 minutes after saying that I need to bring the dirty towels down to the front desk and get replacements myself. Seriously? My bed and room wasn’t even freshened up either. I worked for the hotel at that point and I paid them for it. After inquiring to the front desk on the inconvenience, she said I could get a free drink from their little snack bar. Unbelievable.

Construction scaffolding around the entire perimeter of the building, debris throughout. A homeless man was camping out under my window all night and even though I was on the third floor, I could hear him arguing with himself all night. The hallways needed vacuuming and the air freshener was so strong you could taste it when you walk down the hallways. The breakfast was bland, some undercooked and some overcooked. The staff was lovely though. Very professional and kind.

We got in at 1 am after a long day of delayed and cancelled flights and after only getting 2 hours of sleep we were woken up to a fire alarm. Had to walk through the rain with our baby and when we asked the staff what was going on or if we needed to stick around they were extremely unprofessional and uncaring. Horrible experience made us NEVER EVER want to return to Dallas!

So I stayed at the property for 3 nights total. I arrived late on Wednesday night early Thursday morning. The room was clean and we were happy to be there the next day we left in the morning to go straight to exploring the city. We came back to our hotel room mid evening around 6 to find our room not clean and towels not restocked. I went down to the desk and I spoke with the manager I think his name was Raid he assured us that the room will be clean the following day. The next day we left early and returned late that evening and the room was not cleaned again. I went to the desk and spoke to the manager again. He said he would have the room cleaned. It just sucks that we had to keep on reminding them to clean the rooms. Breakfast was minimal.

Beatrice at the front desk was extremely rude and did not speak to me in a professional manner. Nor would she give me the number to her supervisor i stay a week plus at a time and was told that i could not change my room when there was barely water coming out of the bathroom sink and this was not repaired during my stay i will be contacting corporate because i am very upset that i felt like i wasn’t treated fairly or equally to everybody else

The hotel was hard to find. The hotel needs a sign or something that says it’s located in the back of motel 6. The hotel was great and clean. The area looked a little sketchy while driving to the hotel but once we found it it was like a whole another world. So overall I enjoyed my stay and I would book her again

The property itself was ok. All handicapped parking is in the back of the hotel and not by a door. You have to use the Motel 6/Comfort Inn driveway to get to hotel, unfortunately there is nothing that tells you that. Circled the block 5 times and then called hotel.

Everything about the room was terrific. My only complaint is the navigation app couldn’t pinpoint hotel location. Please put a clarifier telling those who book this hotel, to turn right at the Super 8, and drive into the hotel complex, then you’ll see La Quinta.

LaQuinta was very clean and staff was friendly. Anything we needed the staff made sure we was good. We booked a 4 night and everyday we came back to our room they made sure we had new supplies. Not having to ask much from the staff will always be an A+ for us. We most definitely will be booking here again when we are in the Dallas area. Thank you LaQuinta family for making our stay great. Check in was fast, efficient and very friendly. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The hot water was so so but the shower on the second floor had nice water pressure. We saw security patrolling the area and the parking lot was well lit but there was a lot of trash in the parking lot - that is more on the guest than the hotel - but some of it looked like it had been there awhile. Breakfast was runny eggs, greasy sausage, stale bread and a few other unappetizing items.
