Room was good. But had a musty smell but went away with air on. No light in pool lighting was very dim for night swim. Breakfast was great! But all chairs in dinning area were so worn out look bad and didn’t want to sit on them

Although we had no major issues we would not stay again at this property. I believe people were living at this hotel, the pool was green and the front desk person was not friendly. The surrounding area was scetchy and we definitely wouldn't eat the food that was offered.

Apparently remodeling -ceiling in first floor hallway is open or tiles hanging unsightly but not dangerous. Remainder of common areas neat and new. Housekeeping seem lacking spills on carpet not cleaned-one trash can not emptied

I checked in and checked out within 10 minutes. Sketchy people hanging around, lobby/breakfast area furniture peeling looks so bad. My room a/c was so loud there was no way I could sleep but it did drown out the loud noise from neighbors. Window shade, dresser and bathroom sink was all broken and no batteries in tv remote ….. horrible experience save your money.

The place looks like it got a homeowners special, hasty paint job, and quickly put together rooms, overall the beds were fine, though half the tv screen kept going out while trying to watch. And to top it off atleast 4 cars had their windows broken and things stolen from them. Though the hotel has security cameras it doesn’t do any good, the first car that the thieves hit had its alarm go off, they proceeded to target atleast 3 other vehicles including my own while being in no rush. Front desk told us that this has happened before. I wouldn’t ever stay here again.

Well I expected better since I've stayed at Comfort Inns before, but this one was definitely subpar. To start, the pool & hot tub were closed (but not noted at all when I booked it) so my family and I were disappointed because I specifically picked a hotel with a pool so we could swim. Then, as soon as we walked into the room, the bed covers were dingy looking with a LONG BLACK hair right on top of the supposed-to-be white blanket. Then, when we turned the AC on, it was super loud like a lawn mower EVERY TIME it turned on. The shower head needed to be tightened, so it sprayed water all over the floor when used. Even worse, while showering the temperature would rapidly fluctuate between cold, warm, and scalding hot. Last but not least, we left for the morning and came back at night but neither of our cards would work on the door (even though it was booked for 2 nights) so we had to wait in line forever to have the non-smiling attendant fix them.

Front desk clerk was rude. Right when u walk in the place had a bad smell. When getting off elevator to go room you get hit with a big oh smell of Marijuana. It waa so strong down the whole hallway and in are room. The room looked like the previouse guest just left. Hair was all over the sheets. Floor hadnt been sweept. This hotel was a nightmare.

Smelled stinky in the room. Smelled of weed the whole time in the hallways and elevator. There was a cockroach in my bathtub. There was a handtowel left on the floor inside the closet when I arrived. The cleaners did not even take it away even when they cleaned the room. Carpet was nasty like you wont even want to step on it barefoot.

The hotel room is rundown and needs updating ASAP! There were cracks and hotels all around the foundation walls in the room. The sheets and blankets were stained and had burn holes in them. There were dead bugs by the window and inside the ceiling lights in the room. The pool was locked the entire time because no one would clean it and the hotel staff was hardly ever at the desk.The only plus is the bed was comfortable. The nightly fee was cheap so, you get that you pay for with this hotel.

anytime I ran the water in the bathroom sink. A terrible odor came out, there was trash on the floor. like it wasnt vacummed thoroughly. And there was hair that did not belong to me throughout the room.

The building just looks dirty and stained. The chairs in the room are also stained. The bedding sheets are dingy. Weird smells. The desk had some debris on it and was clearly not wiped off.

The room was clean, except for the shower curtain where I noticed bogus and hair stuck to the curtain. Good breakfast. I arrived late at about 1:30AM. I was given the old people room with ADA standards. I never requested such accomodations. I am 6'3" and I had to crunch in shower to get wet. I reserved a standard room.

tv did not work , batteries were changed, did not fix problem. Shower head did not spray down. Asked for room change. We were told that we would have to wait until after 8p. Front desk came to room and took pictures of issues. He had to call manager to get ok to change our room

Was given a fourth floor room, we stayed five days and after the first day construction began on our floor. Wet paint, spackel and dry wall followed into our room every time we left, the furniture was more than worn, pipes popped every time someone in the common area took a shower.. you get what you pay for.

Unfortunately, the rear parking lot was full of what looked like a lot of druggies and prostitutes smoking and drinking. Quickly turned around and parked elsewhere. The room was great, cleaner than most. The TV channels were stupid and there was no guide but that's OK; I was too tired for watching TV anyway. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and both were clean. When hotelling alone, that's really all I care about, so they get a top rating from me. The breakfast was especially lame but I don't expect much from continental breakfasts. I asked the staff if any yogurt was available, and they were kind enough to go look in the back; I appreciated that.

It was really clean..but i wish the led mirrors worked so i could do my make up ...The people were nice and friendly..The hot tub water could of been hotter but it was cool..ill definitely stay here again when i come back on that side of town because it has a great location too !?!

Comfortable beds, but woke up to a ROACH in bed with me. I caught it in a cup before leaving. When checking out I asked to speak to a manager. I was told to go down to laundry to speak to him. I said no he can come up here. Service awful. Stated he would be up in 5 mins, I set there for 15 mins waiting. Surprise the manager never showed up. I told guy at counter I didn’t have time to wait any longer and he could keep their roach. This place is disgusting. They tried to update but it is half ass and makes it look even worse. Looked more like people live in this place rather than stay a couple of nights. Why would I want to eat the “free breakfast” if I woke up to a roach in bed. No thank you. This place should be shut down by the health department. I don’t know how else to describe this place other than gross and disgusting. Save your self the trauma, do not stay here! Where there is one roach there are several more. I got hell out of there fast!

Upon check in I was told to “check the room and if I wasn’t okay with it they would move me”. At first appearances nothing stood out. Then: hand towel had dark crusty stains, brown smudge on wall next to bed, water reservoir in coffee pot filthy and unusable. Hair dryer did not work. Lamps rusty. Holes in walls. Tv quit working and management was called to replace remote control. I chose this hotel because it had a “good” rating on this app but it was anything but.

I felt very insafe unpin arrival of the hotel. It was rated a 4 star and it was definitely not. There was a lot of suspicious activity going around the hotel. I felt very uneasy and not safe. I did not have. Choice to stay because I was there on business. I will not stay here again.
