I had a staff member stay here and it smelled like smoke and the cops were there almost every night. It was dirty and there was no room cleaning.

The gentleman who checked me in was great unfortunately there was no one there to check out. 0700 doors locked rang the doorbell, no one came. Called phone number taped to door twice no answer and hung up on me after 9 rings. Both times.

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the conditions I experienced during my recent stay at your hotel. While I generally expect a clean and comfortable environment, an incident during my stay fell far below acceptable standards. In the middle of the night, I woke up to use the bathroom and observed two to three cockroaches crawling across the bathroom floor. This was both unsanitary and distressing. I reported the issue to staff at checkout, but the only response I received was a verbal apology. No offer of a bill adjustment, compensation, or any other form of remediation was provided.
