Friendly front desk lady and fast check-in. Clean and quiet room. Outback Steakhouse is a 1 minute walk across the parking lot. I really appreciated the 24/7 coffee & tea station. The breakfast options were pretty good.

Excellent customer service at desk. Breakfast buffet was very plentiful and great tasting. Excellent coffee station in lobby 24 hrs. The room was clean and freshly changed bedding and gr at shower strength. I will recommend to anyone for a wonderful relaxing trip.

Professional and friendly staff. Very clean! Rooms look like they are relatively newly updated. Overall looks good although not high end quality....but perfectly acceptable for Hampton Inn. Location is great, very close to the highway. Some decent restaurant options and shopping area within 5 minutes. There is a small outdoor pool to cool down but we did not go in. There was a family with 2 dogs running around the pool deck though so it didn't look very relaxing, clean or inviting to us. Perfect for a stay as we are passing through the area. Would stay again if we are in the area.

We stayed here July 27-30. The room was clean, quiet, and with plenty of charging outlets/plugs. It had a nice bathroom with good towel supply. A healthy continental breakfast was available off the lobby. Convenient parking in front or back of the hotel. The fitness room is small but has a Peleton bike, treadmill, elliptical and a good set of dumbbells.

The staff and hotel were very nice. The breakfast was fine. Overall I would recommend you stay here. The only problems encountered were the shower was very noisy-shared the problem with the management. Also both destination chargers were not in service-was told they had requested service but there has been no response.

This Hampton is in an excellent location for our visits to Longwood Gardens. It’s decorated nicely and bed was very comfortable. Staff person very kind and helpful assisting with s quiet room for us. Breakfast was good and dining area kept clean and welcoming. My only complaint is that the room smelled very musty (I’ve seen this complaint online before with this property) and I had some difficulty with tolerating that. Hampton needs to find a way to resolve this!

Refrigerator was not turned on; took a call to the front desk to get that resolved. Free breakfast was good as was the maid service. Outback Steakhouse next door.

This is a place to stay. It was clean enough but it’s a really old building with old rooms. My room smelled very musty like a basement. Pieces of the floor were chipped up, the shower was aggressively strong and a bit rickety. For the price I expected something more updated. This place gave more vibes. It did the job but I probably wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend.

Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very weird placement. Front desk staff was ok. Asked for clean towels…guy had an attitude said he’d let them know. 3 hrs later had to ask agin. That guy was nice. Other then that was not a bad place. I wouldn't stay again because the room was so small and the bathroom just has a sliding barn door that opens up right at the bed.

I have stayed in a thousand mid price hotels in my long life. This hotel is in the top one percent. The space and room comfort is superb. Plenty of seating and good lighting. Heat/AC worked nicely. Bed very comfortable. Electronics were new. Bathroom was gorgeous and literally brand new and clean beyond belief. . Price and value were at the top of the scale.

Stayed two nights for the purpose of enjoying some of the cultural resources of the region. Building was in very good condition and clean, bed was comfortable and the room warm. Breakfast in the morning was good, better than most. Hotel is making some effort toward being green. One complaint - the design of the bathroom was unusual and not agreeable. The door of the bathroom was not a conventional door on hinges, but a broad, sliding door on a track. I guess this was done to maximize usable space. The real issue was that the door to the bathroom directly faced the living space, rather than an entry alcove as is the usual layout of hotel rooms. There was less than three feet of space between the doorway and the nearest of the two Queen beds. This layout produces both a privacy and a convenience problem. Insufficient passage space to the bathroom because of the bed, and too much "communication" between the bathroom and the living space. One other thing - on the inside of the big sliding door is a full-length mirror, which is directly across from the commode. What would the purpose of that be? It's a poor design overall, I think. Then again, I don't design hotels. I just take rooms in them now and then.

Beds were ok, but layout and furnishings awful. Drafty, no storage, bathroom door practically against the bed, no fan in bathroom, no comfortable places to sit in the lobby or our hotel room, and somehow Hampton found the world's thinnest toilet paper. Clearly Hampton cutting corners.

The location was convenient to the purpose of my visit, but it was the high approval rating that helped make my decision to book here. Check in was efficient. Wifi was down when I got to my room but was restored in the early evening. Bed was comfortable. I thought the room dark. What I was expecting to be a second window behind the window shade turned out to be a closet leaving only the one window in the room. Even on a sunny day the room was dark.Breakfast was predictable but well executed. My biggest complaint is that the room, contrary to the picture seen on the website, had a tub that was treacherously slick when wet and not much better dry. Impossible to shower in barefoot. While I could recommend this lodging, I am likely to have cause to stay in the area again and am inclined to look at alternatives. Did not use the gym and the pool was unavailable during my stay in April

My husband and I stayed as we were in the area for a wedding at Ridley State Park. The counter person Cory was very friendly upon our early arrival and thankfully, our room was available so we could get wedding ready. Sadly, I can't remember the other 2 ladies (a blonde maybe Lisa?? and a redhead the next morning) that were at the front desk but they were both very nice also. Enjoyed our breakfast before we headed home. Thank you for a very comfortable nights rest!!!

I have chosen to stay here more than once. I am consistently satisfied with the accommodations. The location is great; drive in any direction and you’ll find pretty much any cuisine you’d like. Plenty of points of interest nearby or a short trip away. The breakfast spread and coffee bar is good especially when I consider how much time it saves me on my way out. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

The room was small, the window was just a strip, it had been replaced by a closet. There were no tea bags or half and half for those who would like a cup of tea, no spoons to stir the coffee, the waffle mix did not make waffles worth eating, neither was the bread fresh.

Very nice front desk night clerk, rooms impeccably clean and comfortable, breakfast selection good but hot food wasn't cook correctly, eggs where burnt on the bottom, all and all not too bad.
