Marriott Horsham charges 10$ parking fee per day which was shocking. I am not sure why they charge it is in a remote area and have enough parking spots.

The property charges for you to park there it's $10 a night. The young lady said it's $10 per stay we only stayed one night so I missed 10 dollars a night

We stayed for a wedding and it had two separate bed rooms, kitchen and living room. There were ants. The big issue was ONLY one mirror in the tiny small bathroom. Unbelievable that each bedroom didn’t have its own mirror. No body lotion either. Rooms are old as is the building. No lighting. Pool was covered up and sign said permanently closed actually looked really sad like the Bates hotel not staying there again.

Management should remove pictures of pool off website knowing the pool is permanently closed. Breakfast options were very limited. Management should be more specific about sofa bed, was expecting a mattress to be pulled out the sofa but that was not so. However, the overall experience there was good. staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the overall property was clean and inviting. I would return to this facility.

NO POOL. The only Filter i used for this place was pool. There pool is permanently closed. If you rent the room for more than a day, you'll apparently need to ask to have maid service, even if your toilet overflowed.

Heater/AC didnt work well, extremely warm in the room, could not get it much cooler. Was told of the $10 parking fee at check in but it wasn't on listing or posted anywhere. Mold and peeling paint. 2 body wash containers on the shower, no shampoo. Only 3 pillows on the bed, need at least 2 per person. Old facility all the doors were propped open, making for serious fire code violations.

I thought this place was beat bang for your buck...comfy bed..perfect size kitchen.. But to many hidden charges. I got hit with 20service fee. Then on checkout they made me pay 10 dollars for parking.. i took the 10 dollar charge a little serious because the lack of parking spots and had to walk a good distince to my building.

The entire property needs cleaned up and updated… there was dog hair pretty thick in carpet of my room… all faucets were loose and difficult to deal with.. buildings have strange smell… and common areas are nasty…

The room was clean, breakfast was simple but good. We loved having the two bedrooms and all of the space. We didn't know how to fold out the couch until the next day - I wish we would have figured it out, but overall great stay!

Had a 2 bedroom suite with kitchen. Furniture outdated, 1 bathroom with 2 doors, a very tight fit. My mother was claustrophobic. Daily breakfast had warmed up individual quiche and breakfast sandwiches. Not bad.

Big space, kitchen in 132 rooms had some problems, but heating worked ok. The room 115 kitchen and rooms better than room 132, but heating couldn’t reach 69 degrees. The highest temperature in the room was 68 degrees when outside temperature was 17 degrees. It’s cold during the night.

The only negative was the pull out futon. Very uncomfortable. My adult daughter shared a room with us and couldn't sleep all night. The futon was hard as a rock and only 1 sheet , 1 pillow and a scratchy blanket provided. We checked in late so didn't bother to get better linens from front desk. We would have tried had we known it would so negatively affect her sleep. Everything else was very good.

I'm on business trip and have to sleep early and wake up at 6 am to leave the hotel and the people at next room was screaming at 4 am wake me up and it made my day hard and bathroom wasn't very clean and had to clean it

My stay was great overall. Although there were certain cracks and corners that could be a little cleaner, overall I was more than satisfied with the cleanliness. My only complaint is that the internet and tv were not super reliable. I was not able to hook my work computer into the tv screen hdmi port because only one of them was working. At one point, the tv stopped connecting to the internet all together so I could not stream.

Check-in was fine. The room was on the first floor, so there was a bit of ants and drain flies. The room was close to the entrance, so there was a bit of cigarette and other smoke smell from the outside. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a decent selection. It was the same each day. It was a good stay considering we needed the double rooms and we brought a pet.

First timer at Marriott property. Not bad, not great. Close to a residential neighborhood which made it feel homey. Room had kitchenette and pull out sofa. Also had really stained curtains and was an older property.

We have so far been charged twice to our credit card incorrect higher amounts and 3 times I’ve the bill sent to me. I don’t know what the issue is with the front desk. Will avoid booking thru Expedia henceforth. Terrible checking experience.

It's was an amazing 2 day experience . I would like to thank JENNIFER 🙏😊 at the front desk personally for going above ⬆️ and beyond to accommodate me for an early check in. Everything was clean the atmosphere was quiet just what I needed. Nice breakfast. And to top it off as I was checking out for somebody reason my car battery was dead The maintenance man went out of their way to give me a jump. Overall I would rate my experience here a ton out of 10 and I would like to thank the staff again for being so wonderful Happy holidays to everyone.

We arrived at 8:30 at night with an infant. We were told there would be a porta crib placed in the room. The desk clerk was rude and said no there wasn't a crib. We had to go out at 9:30 at night and buy one!!! Also, there is a parking fee for every day you stay! Not what we expected and desk was no help what so ever. Never stay here!!! Very, very dissapointing.

Maid never came in 4 days. NEVER. NOT ONCE. LOYAL MARRIOTT CUSTOMER. Never have had a bad experience. Rooms always clean. Awesome customer service. Never a billing issue.. This Towne place Suites wasn't originally a Marriott property and it showed but you shouldn't be able to tell.

Pleasant experience overall. Plenty of parking, even with the improvements going on. Clean lobby and halls. Very comfortable and quiet room with great views. Breakfast options were better than most. Walking distance to neaby restaurants. Wish my stay was longer.

My experience was good with two exceptions. Breakfast was horrible. I prepared food in my room. There was insufficient handicapped parking. I had to park on the side roadway then received a warning note that my car would be towed. Where I parked was not in a yellow painted curb area.

Great for a long stay for the holidays. Very comfortable and roomy. The service was wonderful at the front desk. Breakfast was lackluster and the same every day but was more than just cereal. Would absolutely stay again.

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was a disappointment because there wasn't much of a selection. Our family stayed in 2 rooms and both rooms had TV problems. The nighttime staff couldn't fix the TV issues.
