Hampton Inn Philadelphia King of Prussia (Valley Forge)

Extremely disappointed with this property. The lobby and hallways were filthy and the tv remote did not work. The shower was difficult to operate. Additionally I was charged two parking fees for just one vehicle for one night! No attention to detail. Certainly not your typical Hampton.

The rooms are dated and needs updating. The shower floor was very dirty looking and could have used a good scrub. The fixtures were chipped and there was paint spots all over the bathroom floor. We have stayed at a lot of Hampton and this is the oldest looking one we have been in. The staff was nice and breakfast was average. Parking was ok

Second year in a row we were there and they were renovating. Maybe decide to renovate your bathrooms after super billards expo when your hotel isnt packe anll weekend other than that breakfast and staff were amazing.

Found a crawling bug in the bed. There was no hot water. And the remote didn’t work at all. Good thing I hap my laptop with me to watch tv

Great for the price. I would stay again.
