Hyatt Place Philadelphia/ King of Prussia

The hotel was a perfect location for proximity to the mall, where I was attending an event. It was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel overall needs a little TLC, but it was fine for my short stay.

The rooms was nice and clean. My stay was perfect!

Breakfast all frozen food, asked for coffee pods in bedroom after we ran out and they wouldnt give any told my husband we had to come down for coffee if we ran out in our room. Never gave fresh towels. Pool was green and there was a condom in it, which my 8 year old stepped on in the water, picked up, and asked me what it was, the pool was also full of hair and shallow to where it couldnt filter. . There was hair all through the bathroom when we checked in. Requested a microwave and they never provided one.

Unkept hotel, breakfast buffet was terrible. Food was cold, and the entire area was unkept and food, not replenished. Numerous stains on the rug in the hotel room ice machine did not work on two floors and then to top it up, which is totally disgusting was a child went to the bathroom in the swimming pool and we heard about it from another child, leaving the pool with their mother, needless to say that turned us off from even using the pool, which we had intended to do overall I would never recommend this hotel to anybody or go there again and upon checking out, no one even asked us how our stay was
