Exit door emergency exit door did not function properly, required to use this door because of construction. Water POORED from bathroom ceiling and when I reported it to the desk attendant, he swore and walked. No apology, nothing. No off of a different room.

This was a great stay for what we were looking for. Clean, convenient, comfortable and close to Hershey Park which is where we were headed. We stayed at the hotel two nights during our short stay in Pennsylvania. The breakfast at the hotel was definitely a plus and helpful especially if traveling on a budget. Waffle maker was a hit w the kids. The pool was also a plus; it kept the kids busy and they enjoyed it. Gym is small, clean and sufficient for those looking for a quick workout. The location is about 30 minutes from Hershey Park. Within a 5-8 minute drive there is a Walmart, Target, Starbucks, Chik-Fil-A, Ross, gas station and other convenient stores. Would recommend Angelo’s Pizzeria about 8 minutes away. Good prices & good pizza especially if you’re traveling w a large group. Staff at the hotel was also friendly and responsive to any inquiries that we had. We would stay here again if ever in the area.

We were told prior to booking that the gym could be accessed 24h/d. Upon arrival, we were assured we could access the gym at 430am. At 430am we were denied access to the gym. Also the oatmeal packets all contained musty, clumpy, oatmeal.

Stayed for Carlisle car show. An easy ride from here to the fairgrounds. Clean hotel, good pricing, even a little pool on site. Younger guy working the front desk was helpful and friendly.

Property was clean. Breakfast was good. Pool was clean, water was cold though. Check out was at 12. That was great considering most places check out is between 10/11. Room was spacious and very clean. Only con was the hotel is far from any restaurants and fast food.

The room was dirty! Microwave has what looked like dried meat blood. The rub was dirty. Upon receipt a new room, housekeeping only came once the entire stay. They don’t speak or understand English. Due to this I had to request towels, etc. Another thing, I had to clean and strip the beds, hair on the sheets, sheets were dingy and dull. So sad. Have nothing really good to say. Pool was dirty also. Cloudy water, hair, dirt particles, just nasty, and for an indoor pool that water was very, very cold. My stay was disappointing and upsetting. Don’t think I’ll be rooming at ant La Quinta hotels, NEVER.

I love this hotel and have stayed here many times. Plus, they've updated everything, and even before the update, it was still nice. The area is vere safe and plenty of good restaurants to go to. Rooms have always been clean and the staff very friendly.

The AC didn’t work at all. Asked the front desk for it to be fixed and it never was. We spent our days walking around in the heat at the carlise car show and each day when we got back the room was just as hot as outside. It would work for about 30 minutes and then shut off and wouldn’t turn on again for hours. We had to cut our trip one day early due to the heat in the room being unbearable. They wouldn’t compensate us for having to leave early due to the room being too hot to stay or sleep in. Will not stay again

The staff was nice. The plumbing was extremely loud. I could hear when people flushed and took showers. Not just in my room but the room next door. It sounded like a plane landing - not the normal sounds expected in a shared environment.

The property was nice, and the place and rooms were clean. My only complaint was the bathroom fan didn't work. With a couple people staying in the room, that would have been nice to have working. Also it is quite easy to hear people in the hallway and in the rooms above you. Luckily the AC unit muffled that somewhat. Restaurants and stores nearby also, if you happen to need anything. With all that being said, I would definitely stay here again.

Overall everything was fine. The breakfast was okay. The room was clean. The only exception was the toilet was not secured properly to the floor. The toilet actually lifted a good 6 inches off the floor when I shifted my body.

The first room we were given the toilet was constantly running. The second room the shower base was cracked in several places, the toilet would sometimes flush. We could hear water running from the room above and in the morning water was leaking down the wall in the bathroom. The room was otherwise clean. The king bed was very comfortable.

First room had an issue with the toilet running continuously and poor cleaning so we were given a second. Second also had a toilet issue, this time with the floater, though we found a way around it. Faucet dripped, musty AC, and a taped lamp, but since we were mostly out and about rather than in the room we made do. Definitely not like the La Quintas near home

Our stay at La Quinta was cut short after one night of staying. The room was filthy, the tv’s didn’t work, there was no WiFi (as advertised), some staff was argumentative, and the other guests were not respectful of noise level- more so the staff not taking care of the noise issue after initial interactions were not taken into consideration. Avoid this hotel at ALL costs. Absolutely awful.

Convenient and easily accessable to the Bent Creek Community where we were visiting family. Staff was friendly and breakfast was a nice mix of items. Coffee was very good. I would definitely recommend!

Great location for us. Lobby area was neat and clean but ac was not on (?) felt really humid for sure. Room was nice and clean, a few maintenance issues (bathroom baseboard detached etc) but nitpicking a little.

This was my second time staying at this property while driving to Florida from NB, Canada. Property is easy to access and only a few minutes off the interstate, lots of brightly lit parking with grocery store and restaurants close by. Room has some regular wear but it was quiet and comfortable. Would recommend and re-book in the future.

Everything was great until Breakfast this morning. There were no plates, OJ, Coffee,waffle mix, soft butter. The eggs tasted like water. They’re out of a bag. The sausage is put in the microwave. It was like a soggy mess and gross.

Hotel was a C at best! Breakfast was at the bear minimum to be advertised as an included breakfast. Desk staff also run the breakfast area. If they run out of something you had to go to the front desk and let them know. Most guest would go to local dinner for breakfast after the first morning. Great inconveniences for guests. Great location but, would not stay there in the future.
