The morning staff person Michael was very helpful and friendly. The staff in the evenings were unpleasant and unprofessional. The side door which was supposed to be locked for safety was wide open at all times. All of the odd numbered rooms were very noisy due to the expressway so all guests should be first offered an even side room first.

The room was very nice, the breakfast was excellent. Our concern was security. The door going out to the back parking lot was not able to be used because the key pad for your room key was not working. The door from the front parking lot wouldn't lock. Otherwise, an excellent stay.

Just your basic with some issues. Check in extremely stressful when required to give CC twice after my bank confirmed the 1st charge. Worked out in the end, but should have been more seamless. Also 1 elevator out the entire week. No evidence of any effort to get it back on line. Lobby area under renovation and fitness area closed. Would have liked this info up front. I was counting on fitness room. Refrigerator noise kept us awake the 1st night. Replaced and fine after that. Took 3 coffee makers to get 1 in room that worked.

The room was recently remodeled so it was very nice. However, other areas of the hotel (breakfast area) had repairs done to the plaster that was a very sloppy job and not painted over. My granddaughter was very disappointed that the pool was closed for cleaning.

Apparently the hotel is under construction. However never listed that on their website.. the room had a really bad smell.. only one elevator working, the ice machine was dirty. The pool hour was changing in the last minute

We were visiting the month before and the outside automatic door was stuck open. We came back and the door was still stuck open and we again froze eating breakfast with our coats on. I felt sorry for the employees who had to work in those conditions.

This hotel has always been worn down and rough around the edges. It was too much though that i woke with 1 type of bug all in the bathroom and cockroaches in the bedroom. Last stay there ever!

I’ve been waiting to hear back from management or from hotels.com since Monday. We had to switch rooms because of stains on the beds. The only room we were allowed to switch to had peeling paint, a failing air conditioner which had the floor saturated, and bugs in the bed closest to the bathroom. I requested a refund or complimentary stay for the next time we traveled to Philadelphia and have yet to hear from anyone.

Room was so damp, there was mold everywhere. The carpeting and bedding were wet. We were moved to another room and there was no improvement. Absolutely disgusting.

Digital key not working, low water pressure in sing and toilet, (it took over 5 minutes to fill up), partially clogged drain in shower (ankle deep water before you were done), same I the sink, air conditioning did not work properly ( kicked off at seventy two even though we set it for 70).

This was my third time staying at this hotel. Everything was great just as all the others times except for the loud rattling coming form the HVAC unit in room 415 or 417 which was nonstop. It was the second room down from the elevator hallway.

Good price, basic accommodation. the room was slightly run down ( bathtub chipped), fridge not that cold, no closet. Most importantly, there is constant highway noise including large trucks downshifting all night Not just the whir of traffic white noise, real truck sounds. The parking lot also needs better lighting to feel safe.

The tub was slippery and we needed to hold onto the vertical grab bar when taking a shower. Next to a Ruby Tuesday restaurant is a plus in the event you could not travel around the area. The room was spacious with a king sized bed and a couch. Curtains on the window was a good way to keep the bedroom dark for sleeping.

The hotel is near a highway, so I could hear cars and trucks all night long. Especially trucks. The breakfast was really good. The area where you eat breakfast was not kept clean and I had to wipe the table down myself before I ate and was going to sweep from the previous person who must've let their child throw cereal all over the place. When I asked about sweeping, the gentleman did offer to actually do it. Another thing to consider is that the parking fills up quickly. I had a hard time finding parking. It was a comfortable stay but I will not rebook in the future because I am a light sleeper and could not sleep at all due to the hotel being that close to the highway.

We were given superior service by Annette, the general manager. She went above and beyond to find us the perfect room for our needs, walking us up to the room and getting us new keys as well!! I highly recommend her for a service award. Her high energy, happy personality and attention to detail made us feel like we were very special and important. Isn’t that what everyone wants?? Well done Annette, and thank you so much for your help.

Decent hotel. One elevator is not working. There are a couple of women who work the front desk who are rude. I checked in over the phone and the woman who helped me had a terrible attitude. I felt like I was inconveniencing her. Bad customer service. Another woman had a terrible attitude when I turned in some airpods I found sitting in the lobby. She just about didn't hold on to them... Really?!

We enjoyed our two-night stay at this Hampton Inn, as we were in town for a lacrosse event. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the ability to text a question, need and have someone respond quickly. The breakfast selection the second morning was excellent. We got down late on the first morning, so some items were out. Very convenient location as right off the expressway. We would stay here again if in the area.

The breakfast was delicious and the maintenance persons kept trash cans empty. Front desk persons horrible and unattended looking at their cell phones more than attending to guest request. Front desk staff was unfriendly and disconnected to guest request. Only staff working was breakfast/maintenance staff and they were friendly.

There was a problem with my confirmed reservation through Expedia. Neither the Hampton Inn or Expedia would resolve the issue. I had to pay for one of the nights a second time in order to have my two night stay. This was after a two hour wait in the lobby for a solution.

I booked through hotels.com. I had the wrong date as I needed to check in a day earlier. Due to their cancellation policy, the hotel wouldn't let me change the date. Hotels.com worked with the hotel and had the date changed for a fee. When I got to the hotel, they said it hadn't been changed and charged me for the new night. Hotels.com and the hotel will not refund me for the date I paid in advance and switched. I will never stay at a Hampton Inn or use Hotels.com again.

The one side of the building is very close to the expressway so traffic is loud all night long but we were able to switch rooms partway through our stay. Friendly & helpful staff made it easy

Had a positive experience. Hotel was clean, I felt safe, friendly staff. Free breakfast was a nice feature. The highway runs right behind the hotel so make sure to get a room in the front if you are a light sleeper.

Welcomed as we arrived and room was perfect. I asked for a late checkout and they were very accommodating. Hotel was clean and breakfast was great with an array of foods. Easy on and off from the expressway. Price was really great also.

The night clerk did enough to be deemed polite, but nothing more. The wifi did not work at all, even after I joined the Hilton club. We'd written ahead to ask for rooms as close as possible but at least on the same floor. Instead , we had one on the 5th and one on the 3rd. It was an unpleasant night, even more so since we wanted dinner and didn't expect the attached Ruby Tuesday to be permanently closed.The saving grace was the lovely young man on the desk in the morning, and the excellent breakfast and lovely breakfast hostess who was helpful and kind.
