Was good for my one night stay in town. Pros: Convenient location, quiet, and very clean. Mini fridge and microwave in room. Cons: The first room I was given hadn't been cleaned yet from the previous guest, had to go to the front desk to get another room assigned. Bathroom is cramped, you could almost take a shower at the same time you sit on the toilet lol. Blankets were super thin, pillows were eh...but the bed, very hard. For the budget friendly price though, I'd consider staying here again

I used to stay here a lot when i was visiting family. Its still a nice hotel and pets stay free. Rooms are always very clean. I had a microwave and mini fridge in my room. Plenty of dining and shopping close. Casino down the street if that is your sort of thing. Inexpensive stay so you wont break the bank. They do require a $50 deposit when paying with a credit card, you do get that back after your stay though.

We stayed for one night while passing through the area heading to our vacation destination. The lady working at the front desk was very nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were on the ground floor and people walking around outside our room til about midnight were a little loud but other than that, no complaints. They had ample room for us to walk our 2 dogs.

Easy parking, easy check in, reasonable price. Pillow cases were dirty, one had tiny burn marks, bed was the worst hotel bed I've ever been on, bathroom vent was busted, bathroom door didn't close properly, room smelled like people were smoking weed prior to our stay, chipped paint everywhere, wall scuffs, paint on the shower curtain (somehow). Stayed for a few hours and realized we'd rather just leave than bother sticking around.

This was the third time I stayed at this property. When I entered the room, it appeared to look clean. When I was getting into bed, I pulled the blankets down, I noticed there was black hair on my sheets and pillow cases, as well as what appeared to be chocolate candy marks. I was disgusted to see that. Obviously my sheets were not clean. I then went in the other bed since there were two beds, those sheets were not clean either. There was hair and food marks on the sheets. Even though the rest of the room looked clean, I will not stay there again.

It's a decent price for a night, but!!!! It's not that clean of a place, couple of roaches in the room, the desk chair in the room was dirty and full of holes. The bathroom ceiling had black mold. There was pubic hair and some stains on our bath towels. You get what you pay for I guess.

The first room we got smelled like marijuana and the sheet were stained and hair was on them like they were not changed. Honestly this place wasn’t worth the money. Complained and they gave me another room that bed was hard as a rock and could feel every spring. Don’t go to the red roof horrible experience.

Its up on top of a hill so nobody will bother you if you're worried about being in a questionable neighborhood. Check in went fine. Room was clean. Bed was hard as a rock, only got maybe 4 hours of sleep. Couple of things i didn't like. When i booked the room, i requested a room close to an exit. They put us on the top floor. All the rooms are outside accessible so we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get there. Nobody bothered to tell us there was an elevator. You can't see it and it's not obvious. I don't know if this is a PA thing but there's no coffeemakers in the room. If i had known, id have brought one. They have coffee and tea in the check in area (no lobby), so walking up and down 3 flights of stairs again just for my caffeine fix was not ideal. Their website said early check in is available but when i called to inquire about it, they were rude. Basically yelled in my ear that they don't know what to tell me and hung up. Maybe they were just having a bad day. It was just a 1 night stay so it was fine. About a 10min drive to the Mohegan Arena.

tiny small room with a huge king size bed. Toilet was almost touching the tub. There was only one grab bar in the tub. The woman in the lobby seemed like we were bothering her, no smile, no greeting, no thank you, she obviously does not to work there. I will never stay in a Red Roof Inn again. I will tell my friends to never book a room Red Rood Inn.

The lady at the front desk is sweet. My issues are the absolutely horrible spring mattress that is killing my back and causing me to not sleep well at all and the very poor unsecured internet connection. It is just an open unsecured connection, no password needed or anything. For the price i am paying my bed should not be killing me nor should I have this crappy internet. There tends to be arguing a lot around here from other guests that gets uncomfortable.

The property was comparable to the cost. No frills, but clean. Everything was functional and it was quiet when we were there. Convenient to the ski mountain we were going. My main complaint was that the pillows are extremely small and thin and the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. All in all, you get what you pay for! I was just glad it was clean and cheap.

English is the second language to the operator so it was difficult to understand them. There was no WiFi which is unheard of today. It should be noted that a $50 security deposit is collected at check-in... this is very inconvenient and there was no receipt for it except through my bank.

I booked this property for the Peach Festival...I went to check in and they argued with me about my reservation...was super rude to me and LOOK HERE...I got an email to review the property!!! because I didnt have a reservation afterall.... Not only that, THEY CHARGED ME AFTER TURNING ME AWAY!!! beware of this hotel. I understand mistakes, however they were ridiculously rude! and when I spoke to expedia, they said it was because they didn't confirm it on their end...I will be back to Peach, but I will not book at this hotel, and I will tell all my friends to stay away too...

There is a giant, very steep, hill to climb/drive up to arrive at this hotel, I would not recommend attempting that entrance with ice or snow conditions. Also, there were a lot of deep scrap marks in the concrete at the bottom of the driveway where people bottomed out. Hotel is quiet, clean, safe, and comfortable. Shower pressure was awesome. It's not fancy, but great for the price point. This is not located where you can walk anywhere, but it is close to a lot of dining, shopping, gyms, etc if you have a car. Plenty of parking, well lit.

It’s across from the Mohegan Sun Casino which is probably why rates are higher than what they should be for what you get. The first room had flies but they moved me to a different room at no charge. The second room was fine. Overall, it’s ok to stay there if you want close proximity to the casino. Just make sure they don’t try to stick you with a bad room.

Very sketchy area. People are hanging outside their doors and near cars. I didn’t feel safe being there alone. The room was dated and there were stains on the floor. Book at your own risk, because the stay is nonrefundable if you want to check out early. Would not recommend this property.
