Only negative feedback is there is no valet for the Hotel. Parking lots for the hotel are all above ground level and require a significant walk down steps while carrying luggage. Asinine not to offer valet service at the hotel entrance.

Loved our stay! Quick highlights: - Our king room was beautiful. - The bathroom was sparkling clean. - The TV was easy to use offered streaming capabilities. - Fitness center was clean had enough equipment for a quick pump. - Had fun in the casino. Our stay could have been even better if there had been more table games & restaurants open late. We would definitely return to Mohegan PA!

The reno’s look nice. But there was trash on the floor (paper, foam pieces from something) and, even worse, tufts of hair! It looked like someone had a skin condition and scratched themselves leaving small tufts with scabs on the floor! I kept shoes on my feet at all times.

At first the property was amazing but when it came time to sleep it was the worst experience i have ever had. I got bit by something twice when i had enough and checked right by the bottom of the bed was a big bedbug. I was mad and disturbed. I called the front desk that then transferred me to the manager and all they told us was we need a third party to come investigate and that was it. I told her i got the big in a cup by the nightstand and all she said was leave it there. No refund or anything. I will never stay there again.

Where do you start??? Literally have to park a half a mile away from the hotel, no luggage carts anywhere, rude and snooty front counter check in girl, literal dust on every single surface from the time that you walk in the front doors, down the hallways, inside of the elevators and the room!! Absolutely disgusting. There were dark reddish stains all over the lower part of the wall before walki g into the bathroom, hair all over the shower walls and floors, pee stains all on and around the toilet seat. Attempted to call front desk, Zero answer. Trekked all the way back down to talk to the front desk about possibly changing rooms. Only one person was there checking in a line of about 10 people. Literally went back up to the room, grabbed our belongings, took them back out to our vehicle then we went to Ruth's Chris and enjoyed one of the best meals ever for our 18th Anniversary with Cory and Gina!!! It was pretty late by the time dinner was done, soo we sat around then decided to take a nap in our vehicle. Paid for a room that we never even used. Absolutely disgusting!!!

Mediocre trip. Hallway was ice cold but our room was definitely not cooling well. Wall sconces were all crooked and no one took the time to straighten them and there were various doors out of order including one elevator.

The rooms are nice size, the bed was comfortable and room was clean. The only drawback is you have to reach into the shower to turn it on and its at the other end of the shower entrance; hence, you are reaching in to cold water until the hot water starts flowing. Very poor design.

The room was clean,the bed was soft and comfortable. My biggest take away was there were no drinking glasses in the room. Only 2 coffee cups. No cups for drinks or water. Also no information on the hotel or tv . No info on things to do around town.

The room was clean and nicely furnished. However, when we checked in the girl gave us the wrong reservation, being that the other lady, Allison S. had the same initials I did. Later that night we received a call on the room phone asking us to come down with my ID and credit card because we were given the incorrect check in. I had initially given her my ID and card but she handed me my credit card back without charge, later admitting that she didn't check the names completely because we had the same initials I ended up having to pay $50 extra and I was interrupted from my shower to do so. She said I couldn't get an inconvenience discount due to the fact that we used Expedia to book. This was the hostesses fault and her negligence could lead to trouble in the future. On top of that, the bed and pillows were awful. Like sleeping on a slab of rock with boulder pillows. My husband said that medieval dungeon prisoners would have preferred their prison beds over the ones at this hotel. We tossed and turned until about 3:30 am when we had given up hope on sleep. We packed our stuff and left to go home. The lack of sleep means we couldn't make it to do the activities we had planned for the following day, today. I'm completely bummed out. Though we had a great meal at Ruth's Chris, my anniversary was ruined. We will not be returning.

I stayed one night here with my partner. The casino floor is fun, the restaurants are solid, and the front desk clerks themselves were kind and professional. Once we finally got into our room, it was fine. The issue was check-in. Official check-in is listed as 4:00pm. We arrived on time and were told our floor “still needed cleaning.” We ended up waiting in the lobby for over an hour and didn’t get into our room until 5:15pm. After a long drive from Bowie, Maryland, that was incredibly frustrating. What made it worse was how management handled the situation. Jessica, the front office manager, was dismissive and offered no solution, no apology, and no effort to make things right. At a casino resort where comps and gestures of goodwill are the norm, even something as small as a drink voucher or waived fee would have gone a long way. Instead, we were brushed off, which left a bad impression. The property itself is fine and the clerks were kind, but management failed to provide even basic hospitality when things went wrong. For a resort brand of this level, that’s disappointing.

The staff was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I checked in and requested extra pillows and towels, they had them at my room in less than 5 minutes. Restaurants were so fast, and I Love Love Love Johnny Rockets there. Room was super clean and had everything I needed!

Morgan Son Hotel and Casino was well kept and staff are very friendly. The only issue we had was we thought the show we were going to see was on property only to find out that the Mohegan Sun arena at Casey’s Place was 15 minutes away and we had to deal with traffic and pay $20 for parking.

Variety of restaurants on the property but some were only open on weekends and had limited hours. No room service and extremely limited front desk services. No one to help with baggage. Parking is quite a distance from hotel and is uphill (not at ground level). No microwave in room. Very limited toiletries provided in room. Difficult to figure out how to get room serviced or request privacy. As a result my room was never serviced. Added “resort fee” was ridiculous considering the limited services. Would not consider this property a resort.

There was no microwave, how are guest supposed to warm up their food? Our stay was uncomfortable. They basically made us waste food. No 24 hr restaurants in the casino. Our bathroom lights went out. They keep checking for id its annoying, give out bands or stamps
