Location was easy to find. Staff were friendly. The elevator was out of service at our time of visit but we were given a curtesy call prior to our arrival and offered the ability to cancel if it was an issue to use the stairs. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is the second floor rooms have sheer curtains and not the traditional black out ones. This was an issue as our room faces the main highway and was very bright all night from the restaurants near bye and the outside lighting.

This hotel was ok. Our key cards stopped working multiple times. The elevator sounded like it was going to break every use. Very limited parking and only one entrance. The hotel was clean, the only positive thing.

A bit to find entry into lot as it's on a busy divided highway but ample enough parking. Do not expect extras. You are not paying for that. Other than a dust bunny on the top of my pillow it was clean and quiet enough.

For the wintertime, this hotel is perfect, it lacks a pool for the summer. I wish these hotels would get rid of the rugs, I'm pretty sure that's what makes them a little smelly, where when you get home, u washed everything, even the stuff that u didn't wear. Other than that, it was fabulous. The girl at the front desk during the afternoon was marvelous. Young slim, long hair very pretty girl. I would def book this hotel again. if I had to describe it, it would have to be clean, quiet and friendly.

I did like the location as it is close to the Interstate, shops & dinning. I think the property needs a really good facelift & cleaning, rugs need to be removed & replaced with tile. There was a very powerful chemical smell on the 1st floor hallway. Rug seemed new and clean but that smell was very strong. The elevator was out of Service, however, they had called us prior to check in & we could have cancelled the stay, which was good to know in advance. Bathroom door was miss-aligned & hard to open and close & the ceiling fan sounded like a jet taking off. I have stayed here before so overall for one night was just ok. Staff was friendly & helpful. Wyndam needs to step up with this property!

We stayed a night on the way to NYC. Check in was quick and easy. We did have trouble finding the driveway though. They could definitely benefit with better signage/ lighting in that regard.

This was advertised to be a smoke free property with penalties for smoking in the room. As soon as we walked off the elevator to our second floor room we smelled the reek of smoke. The room smelled disgusting from stale cigarette smoke. We went out and bought deodorizer to freshen the air but no amount of spraying helped. Stay somewhere else. Totally dissatisfied with Days Inn.

Saw two or three stray hairs on our bedsheets and thought it was fine. Surely staff had changed the sheets. Until about two weeks later when I suddenly started itching all over. I have SCABIES now. I've really started loving this hotel, so it's a shame to encounter such a disgusting and painful issue.

This was the worst stay I’ve had at a days in. The smell of mold and mildew throughout the hotel and our room was terrible. Both of our beds had someone’s hair on them. There was clear signs of mold in the room.

The tv didn’t work until day 7 of our 8 day stay. We thought maybe it was just our room. The water pressure was bad and the bed was effecting my husband’s back. We asked to be relocated to a different room. The staff working at the time were very nice about it and got us moved, it did take a few hours so we were effectively stuck in the hotel for the day. Long story short, the tv still didn’t work, the bed was still uncomfortable and the water pressure was mildly improved. I worked with Expedia to get compensation but I am still waiting to hear back from the hotel.

The Place was nice .... But for 1.... I got High from the guy next door... I thought Cheech and Chong were Next to me. I always knew when they left ..... The smoke lingered into the hall and into the elevator. Next the toilet in my room was Soooo small that it seemed that when this was installed all they had was a Kids toilet left. Maybe soon they can install a big person toilet. Rm311

With rewards, this was a $50 stay, and it should be viewed in that light, because for $50 it was great. Some issues worth knowing, though: -The room was very loud. Thin walls and noisy plumbing were problematic. -A word about the toilet: LOL. The flapper had a slow leak so the water kept turning on throughout the night, and the lid for the tank was hilariously oversized for the tank itself. -The bathroom light was struggling to come on. It was dim, orange, and, since it was connected to the fan, extremely loud. -The one fluorescent light over the sink was flickering and noisy. -The floor was uneven, with about a half-inch difference between the door's sweep and the rest of the room. -There was just a thin blanket on the bed, which I had to fold over twice to get any warmth from. -The walls were completely bare. That's really a matter of taste, but the room was screaming for art of any kind.

While I personally do not have any issue with the hotel, its location, cleanliness, or comfort overall, I have significant issues with its rude staff and the lack of common sense in its administration. I travel extensively not only in the USA but all over the world. My experience at check-in has always been that the front desk put a hold for security deposit purposes on a credit card. Never have I seen/experienced in the past few decades a hotel that actually put a security deposit charge on the cedit card instead of a hold. If your credit card is in the same currency as the hotel effecting that security deposit charge, then it is not an issue. However, if your credit card is in a different currency, then the refund credit for that security deposit is not the same as the initial charge at check-in and the card holder has to call the banking institution in order to get the full refund back; which is a pain and a nuisance. When I advised the front desk staff that they should change their safety deposit procedures and mimic other hotels, they were extremely rude with me. Days Inn should investigate and lay off those workers. I will never stay at that particular hotel again and will avoid Days Inn in the future when possible.

As a senior, female traveling alone, I especially liked the safety of the front parking lot. The hotel was very quiet, clean, and my room was quite comfortable. I had requested a nonsmoking room and it was fresh and odor free. Brenda and Dave at the front desk were especially wonderful and kind. I was in the area from out of state for a medical appointment, and my GPS stopped working. They both did their utmost to fix the situation, but the bottom line was, it let me down 45 minutes before my appointment in Kingston! Dave was just leaving his night shift, and turning the reception desk over to Brenda. Dave graciously offered to go out of his way, and used his GPS to lead the way to the address of my appointment. He refused compensation and told me instead to make a donation to a charity of my choice. I can't say enough about these two young employees. It also speaks well of the hotel management who hired them. There is no question where I will be staying for all subsequent medical appointments. Days Inn, Wilkes Barre, Pa.!

When they say queen bed prepare for a full. It's all your getting. It is in the heart of a busy roadway and shopping area so be prepared for noise and dirty outside areas. Staff were friendly but not a "go to relax" type place. Think budget and only gonna be there one night place.

The check-in process was a bit slow but everything else was good. The breakfast was good except the area is small so it gets congested and there is very limited seating. There was also only one person working the front desk and maintaining the breakfast area so there was a bit of a wait for items. The hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable.
