Staff was polite, professional and very helpful. Free computer and printer available for use in common area. The hotel is very close to the turnpike exchange. Hotel has maintenance issues. The side doors facing the restaurants could not be accessible by door keys. The elevator on restaurant side was broken. The ice machine on first floor was removed but the sign was not updated to reflect not available.

Pool and whirlpool closed. Short staffed. No Housekeeping. Asked to have my room cleaned and linen changed; room was cleaned bed was made but linens were not changed. Held 5 conferences during my stay. Conf. service was sub-par. Hotel ran out of paper towels in the public restroom for two days. Staff was friendly and responsive to best of ability, but one would expect more for the money spent.

The three ice machines were broken. The elevator was broken. There was mold in the room bc there was no exhaust fan in bathroom. The smell of pot was terrible. A maintenance guy opened our door without knocking….thought he was at 347….no you idiot you are at 247. My debt card info was stolen

The hotel was average. Does need upgrades. The hot tub wasn’t working during our stay. Also, make sure a microwave comes with your room if you need one. FYI it’s considered a room upgrade for extra amenities such as a microwave. On the plus their were good choice chain restaurants in walking distance such as Miller’s and Olive Garden.

The hotel was very busy due to several wedding party staying there. I checked into my room and there was an overwhelming smell of smoke. I saw an odor eliminating machine that was on and said to not be using an occupied room. I returned to the front desk and was assigned another room that room of course had seen better days. I was there for a memorial service so it wasn’t a leisurely trip. I was very disappointed when I showered the next day and observed black mold in the alarm in the bathroom. I would not recommend this hotel until they get their cleaning standards up to par.

Only issue was the pool area. Towels were laying everywhere and hair was on the floor. The front desk was polite and bed was comfy. Besides the pool area, it was a beautiful stay.

Crystal ar the front desk was absolutely no help when I had noise complaints about a family next door. Said family was slamming doors, playing music in the hallway and yelling at each other well after 10pm on a Sunday. Housekeeping also left our dirty towels for days and didn't replace the toilet paper. Had to go get it myself after already asking housekeeping.

You didn't even have orange juice as a beverage option. We requested a 5:30a.m. wake up call because of TSA concerns at the airport. We never got one. Barely made our flight. Incredibly unacceptable.

Staff was very unfriendly, finally got a room hours later than check in and the door was broken, they came to fix it we finally got in and it smelled like cigarettes when it was specifically a no-smoking room. Told staff and they agreed but said no other rooms were available. Went to our event and came back again to our key not working and a different person at the desk. I requested a new key and all he asked for was a room number and gave me new key. When I asked if he needed my ID, which was in my hand, or a last name anything he said no and didn't care when I told him that was inappropriate and unsafe. Love Marriott but would never recommend this particular location due to staff, cleanliness and safety

Property was conveniently located for my needs. The gals at the front desk/checkin were very nice but the reservation did not immediately appear as an Expedia reservation. so we were all a bit confused. They were able to view it after a few moments. Overall stay was great for my needs and fairly quiet. Room was clean, however, when I went to turn on the main light, there was no bulb (not a major concern as there was plenty of other lighting). Cleaning crew was loud in the mornings, mostly by doors slamming. I chose to not have any cleaning service as housekeeping unlocked multiple rooms ant the same time and left them ALL open with the latch that was on door (hence the slamming doors). It left me VERY uncomfortable as anyone could enter any room.

Comfy bed and good internet. Didn’t like their $3 charge to park in this suburban location with plenty of parking. Also key card to exterior doors didn’t work reliably, so had to walk around to enter in main entrance.

The room and hotel were as expected. One frustrating thing was that when I booked online, there was the option to include breakfast for $10. I didn't do it, since I couldn't see what the menu was. Once there on site at the hotel, they didn't allow you to get the $10 breakfast add-on.

The hotel itself is better than average and a good value but the breakfast was a total ripoff. For $10 per person prepaid, we had a choice of either a small regular Starbucks coffee or a small decaf Starbucks coffee. Anything else would have been extra. Included was either a premade breakfast sandwich with pork or oatmeal. Anything else would have been extra. And a very basic Starbucks menu was all the choice you had. No egg bites, nothing vegetarian other than oatmeal, nothing gluten free other than oatmeal. My husband was able to get a toasted bagel and I ate oatmeal. If I hadn’t prepaid for it, we would have eaten breakfast anywhere else.

The hotel was under constructions which was fine but they should have advertised that the pool was not available for use on the website, I may have stayed somewhere else. They're currently being remodeled. My stay was early June 2026. It looks as if they'll be there for at least another month or so. I own a construction company so I understand how difficult it is to renovate a place while it is operating. That said, I also understand that with these type of projects keeping a clean job site should be top priority. They obviously do not believe the same thing as I do. There's construction debris throughout the property. Even the stairwell had construction debris through and throughout making it unsafe. The cruise that they have working have very little regard for the guests. I would stay away for now until these renovations are complete. The construction company running this project needs to get their managers in line because they do not have a handle on their field crew.
