The pool area was clean. Comfortable. The lobby was clean. The laundry was up to date and clean. The room was a bit tired and not sanitary. The bathroom tub had leaked out into the wall and the paper was peeling and scary to look at. Likely mold under. The tub around the edges and under the faucet was moldy. The noise from the rooms next door was extra loud, like no barrier. The mattress hard. Pillows were soft. Location good. Outdoor appearance good.

They charge $5 for a parking fee. There is no elevator and no continental breakfast. Service was slow and the clerk wasn’t very friendly at checking in or out. We were late arrivals and there was a group of kids in the area between the hotel and the building next door making a lot of noise. So our room was not quite for some time. The room was clean with the exception of the wall mirror. It was desperately in need of windex. We would not stay at this hotel again.

Lovely motel that must have been a remodeled older chain motel. The lobby and breakfast area is quite lovely, and my king room very nice with curved settee and pull out desk. The fitness room was larger than usual and the treadmills actually work. Definitely will rebook.

Lots of meal options right next door and easy grocery shopping options just a short drive down the street. Easy access to hop on the highway too. The highway is right there and a bit loud, but if you get an inside room (U shaped hotel) you don't hear it. Beds were pretty comfortable, could hear a little through the walls but the fan had a constant setting that was good white noise. The 24 hr gym was ok, an elliptical, a bike, 2 treadmills, some kettle balls, and weights. The weights were a little rusty and the elliptical handles were sticky. They could really use some yoga mats. There is a water dispenser with nice filtered water. In the lobby there is coffee and a couple tea options. The central courtyard had a gas fire pit with chairs to hang out and looked nice. Internet was a bit slow but worked.

We could not get in at check in time. we got their at 2:30p and told them we would be back at 4 we came back at 4pm and the room was still not ready. Some of the staff was very helpful some not so much .The room was clean but needs a some repair work the grout in the bathroom was cracked and missing and the room had an odor. The tub was stained but clean. the pop can holder in the fridge was missing. The upper dresser draw kept sliding out.

As we walked to our room, we saw roaches crawling on the hall walls. Had to check the room over, not the most relaxing thing to see after driving all day. Lots of commotion in the parking lot as well.

The location was great and the hotel was clean and safe. However, the tub was stained and dirty, the pillows were tiny and we didn’t get daily maid service on any of the days we were there; nor were we told it would not be provided. Good thing we hung up our towels each day.

This hotel looks nothing like the photos. Hair all in the bathroom on the floor in the shower on the beds. Walls, lamps, carpets filthy! They said room service came after the last guest, but I highly disagree. Hallways were dirty, strong weed and cigarette smell in hallways. It’s almost like it’s a truck stop hotel slapped with some drugstore lipstick.

Though the room was in fairly good condition otherwise, there was black mold in the bathroom that was so bad, it made my throat hurt. There were also dirty towels on the floor when we arrived and the trash had no been emptied.

This is the second time I have stayed in this area of Chattanooga. The first time was on the other side of I-75, and I felt unsafe there because of all the transient people wandering through the parking lot at all hours of the night. This time I thought it would be better because of the nearby shopping malls, but it's still the same neighborhood with the same types of people wandering through. One guy was taking pictures of license plates Two big issues with this hotel: it was advertised as a 3-star hotel, but this is a run-down hotel with tiny bathrooms that you can barely turn around in. Our room had a noisy air conditioner that sounded like someone was drilling the wall outside. The "free" breakfast that was advertised is some pre-packaged coffee cakes. If you want anything else you have to pay for it. If this is what qualifies as a hotel restaurant that makes it 3 stars, that is a joke. Also, the hotel advertises it is dog-friendly, which may be great for some, but if you have allergy problems, they don't clean the rooms well enough to clear out the pet dander. I think there were at least 6 rooms in our hallway with dogs, based on the number that I saw and heard. One dog next door barked in the middle of the night. I like my dog well enough, but they should probably be in their own hall. I got a discount on the room, so I'm not too bitter about the stay given what I spent, but I would avoid staying in this area of town and would definitely not stay at this hotel again.

Very well equipped room. Second floor rooms have windows that open with screens. Amazing! First floor rooms have sliding doors that open to the parking lot (exterior) for convenient loading and unloading or onto the pool area (interior). Sweet. Your choice of what works for you. Very clean and the staff is friendly.

This hotel is old. You need to know that there is no elevator so if you are on the second floor, you need to be able to walk two flights of stairs. The rooms are very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Great shower! The downside is the Internet service is terrible and you will only get some of the channels on your TV. You may be watching ABC for a little while and it will go off and say “no signal”. Same thing happens to other channels and it is extremely unreliable. So, if the television and Internet are important to you… I would not recommend

Great location, but loud rooms! You can hear the upstairs rooms walking so easily through the ceiling, and it's loud. And anytime anyone turned the water on, you could hear it through the pipes in your room. Between the walking coming from upstairs and the water in the pipes, my night's sleep was very loud and constantly interrupted. The front desk staff was also not very polite.

When I got to the hotel they couldn't find my reservation. I waited for an hour in the lobby while Expedia tried to call and work with them, but after an hour and 4 transfers through an out-of-country call center Expedia was told for me to cancel the reservation and get a refund. Luckily i was checking in early and had time to get another hotel for the night, but this could have REALLY screwed up a trip I'd it was the main stay for a multi-day trip. The front desk was nice enough trying to help, but I'll never trust making reservations with them again.

Luckily i was checking in early and had time to get another hotel for the night, but this could have REALLY screwed up a trip I'd it was the main stay for a multi-day trip. The front desk was nice enough trying to help, but I'll never trust making reservations with them again.

I paid my room upfront, but upon arrival last night. The front desk just told me you are all sold out. And the reasoning is:" You just reserved a room so we could sell it to other people". I explained to her I paid in full upfront. She replied:" you just need to talk with the third party platform to get the refund" I was kicked out at 11:45pm last night, from a hotel I paid for upfront. I used to live other hotel with the late check-in, none of them would sell my room to other people. FYI, I went through 4 or 5 hotels, all of them are fully booked and I eventually got the last room in a hotel around 1:00am last night. This shouldn't be the right way to treat people as service industry should do.

Staff was less than helpful. We arrived and got a luggage cart to take our items to our room after check in. We walked all over the first floor looking for the elevator due to our room not being on the first floor. We called past the staff multiple times and nobody said anything. We finally went to the front desk and asked where the elevator was and the clerk very condescendingly said we do t have an elevator, we have stairs. I am not sure how they haven’t been sued under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Also, you are charged a daily fee for parking at this location. The availability of breakfast was sooooo poor that we just went outside the hotel to eat during our stay. We will NEVER stay at this facility again.

When I booked my reservation, I used an old card to book my room “book now, pay at property”. However, on the day of my reservation, I received a notification from the card that they had tried to run the payment and it declined. I called and spoke to someone in reservation to inquire about the charge. She stated that since it was booked through Expedia, I had to contact them. I spoke to someone at Expedia who contacted Sonesta on my behalf to find out about the charge. He came back and said they tried to complete the authorization early since their hotel was filled for the night. While chatting with him, I missed a call from the hotel. The sales manager left a message and said to call back before 6pm or they would cancel the reservation. I called back immediately (2:30pm) and spoke to someone at the front desk. She said “yes I just spoke to the person from Expedia and you will be fine. I told my sales manager that I had spoken to Expedia and you are fine. Your reservation will not be canceled.” I said ok. I will be there tonight between 8-9pm. When I arrived at 8:50pm, my reservation had been canceled. And the reasoning was because “I didn’t call”. I showed the girl a the front desk my call log proving that I spoke to several people. She said well that’s not my problem, you will have to book another room and we can’t honor that price. Which was almost double what I booked for. That is unacceptable. I left and got a room at a different hotel and had an amazing stay.

My key didn’t work 3 different times Beds were fine Small bathroom Some shady folks hanging around the outside of the hotel. No USB plugs in the room- not a big deal but pretty inconvenient. I reserved my room through Expedia and pay for it through Afterpay! Got there to check in and was told I needed to secure a incident deposit in which I would receive back after I checked out and there was no problem with the room damage wise, oh yea had to pay to park in the hotel parking lot! After checking out I noticed they had taking the cost of my stay off the credit card I used for the incident deposit. So I paid for the stay twice. Getting no good answers from hotel staff and never even received the deposit bac! We will see if I get my money back!! Do not stay here because looking in the reviews I’m just 1 of many experiencing the same issues

This is the second time I have stayed in this area of Chattanooga. The first time was on the other side of I-75, and I felt unsafe there because of all the transient people wandering through the parking lot at all hours of the night. This time I thought it would be better because of the nearby shopping malls, but it's still the same neighborhood with the same types of people wandering through. One guy was taking pictures of license plates Two big issues with this hotel: it was advertised as a 3-star hotel, but this is a run-down hotel with tiny bathrooms that you can barely turn around in. Our room had a noisy air conditioner that sounded like someone was drilling the wall outside. The "free" breakfast that was advertised is some pre-packaged coffee cakes. If you want anything else you have to pay for it. If this is what qualifies as a hotel restaurant that makes it 3 stars, that is a joke. Also, the hotel advertises it is dog-friendly, which may be great for some, but if you have allergy problems, they don't clean the rooms well enough to clear out the pet dander. I think there were at least 6 rooms in our hallway with dogs, based on the number that I saw and heard. One dog next door barked in the middle of the night. I like my dog well enough, but they should probably be in their own hall. I got a discount on the room, so I'm not too bitter about the stay given what I spent, but I would avoid staying in this area of town and would definitely not stay at this hotel again.

Lots of meal options right next door and easy grocery shopping options just a short drive down the street. Easy access to hop on the highway too. The highway is right there and a bit loud, but if you get an inside room (U shaped hotel) you don't hear it. Beds were pretty comfortable, could hear a little through the walls but the fan had a constant setting that was good white noise. The 24 hr gym was ok, an elliptical, a bike, 2 treadmills, some kettle balls, and weights. The weights were a little rusty and the elliptical handles were sticky. They could really use some yoga mats. There is a water dispenser with nice filtered water. In the lobby there is coffee and a couple tea options. The central courtyard had a gas fire pit with chairs to hang out and looked nice. Internet was a bit slow but worked.
