When I checked in the man at the desk said that I would need to leave a cash deposit of 100 dollars . When I checked out he tried to not return my deposit but I finally got my money back. This should never have happened. After submitting this to Hotel.com I got a message telling me to revise this. I just stated what happened

Easy parking and in safe area. Close to shopping, reastaurants, I-75. 15 minutes to downtown Chattanooga. Good value.
