Limited hours 6 to 9 for breakfast, i am not sure if the breafast optiins were what is minimum for a days inn franchise. Door card reader and elevator card reader not working any body could go in even without card although there are cameras. Neighboorhood is chockful of motels not really downtown so maybe security not an issue.

Property was clean, good price for basic stay. Overall, for the cost, it was decent. Only drawback was that the elevator was broken so we had to climb three flights of stairs with luggage. Person who checked us in charged our card twice, but it was resolved the next day. Overall, fair price for what we got and CLEAN

Easy check in and check out. Staff very friendly, professional and helpful. Our room was just what we needed. It may be on the small side compared to other hotels but was clean and comfortable. Ac, TV, mini fridge,..everything worked. Enjoyed the pool. Cracker Barrel right next door.. It was a good price and would stay here again.

Overall a fine stay. Pool did close at 9 which is extremely early, it wasn’t even dark yet. The staff were very kind! I had family who lives in the area come by. They let us hang out in the lobby after the pool closed. Breakfast was horrible. Didn’t even have yogurt and the oatmeal options were nothing good. The area has a lot of restaurants and hotels, all within walking distance. Overall, for the price, I would stay again. I do suggest you supply a better variety of breakfast items.

I called the Days Inn number and was told their pool was open. It is actually a seasonal pool so that was dissatisfying. They do have a strict no smoking policy, but our room did have an essence of older smoke in there, but it was still a clean room. Clearly there has been smoking done in the rooms in the not too distant past because other parts of the hotel smelled like smoke as well, the refrigerator worked great which is unusual, no matter what hotel you stay at. You can tell it’s an older property, but there are updates throughout the breakfast was OK to good, for a continental breakfast. Something like some bagels or hard boiled eggs would be a good yet not expensive edition . there was really no protein at breakfast just carbohydrates. The staff was all really nice.

The property was easy to find with plenty of parking. Some shady characters hanging out front saying negative things but the concierge was very friendly and even gave us dining recommendations.

The whole place looked a little run down and dirty. The glass on 2 out of the 3 fire extinguishers we saw were broken, the floors were all dirty, paint was peeling everywhere. In the actual hotel room the bathroom floors were filthy with spots of spilled coffee and whatever else and clearly hadn’t been mopped, dripped toothpaste spit down the side of the vanity in the bathroom, peeling paint and holes in the bathroom door and ceiling, dirty mirrors, dark stain on the white comforter. The tv has not great picture quality. The beds were okay as far as comfort and the sheets smelled clean and laundered though. The pillows were comfortable and that’s about the only good thing I can say about this place. We had traveled for 12 hrs that day and just needed a place to rest before finishing our trip so we dealt, but I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Just passing through for one night and decided to book here. Check in took no time at all and the price was right. I am writing this review after just waking up the following morning from my stay here. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable and water in the shower got hot almost instantly. I would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom was dirty with hair in the toilet and bathtub. The A/C didn’t work and the noise from the highway was extremely loud. The vending machine took my money and the front desk lady didn’t help nor returned my money. In addition, I didn’t feel safe having the room door facing outside. The sheets were stained and breakfast was basic. Not even tea accessible for non-coffee drinkers. I won’t recommend this place at all. If you try to check in an hour before, the owner would charge you $15.00.

It was not the best! The HVAC unit sounds like it is a jet taking off.. no sleep what so ever! There is a hole in the floor that has been covered up with carpet. The bathroom was terrible. Tub wouldn't drain properly, the bathroom door looks like a jail sell and the towel racks are missing. The stay was horrible. There were call girls walking out front of the hotel. Will not stay at this location anymore.

When we arrived and checked in they had changed us again for our stay. I returned and they acted like it was a mistake and started the process of having the charges removed and before I left it was gone but he would not give a receipt for the extra charges he charged for pet fee. Now I am home the day after leaving and they have put another charge on my credit card. This hotel should not be trusted and make sure if you stay to keep an eye on the charges they put on you. I have added a photo of current charges

What I loved the most was the staff. Due to misunderstanding on my part, I did not check out as was expected. Autumn at front desk handled it courteously, with efficiency, and good humor. After getting home, I realized I had left my laptop computer in room. Housekeeping found it, Judy at the front desk got the information to return it, and it was back in my hands in a few days. The room and all areas were clean and comfortable. The gentleman managing the free breakfast area was friendly and very efficient. My only complaint was the absence of a microwave in room.

I wasn’t able to stay in my room at all. I told the staff my other traveler wasn’t allowing me in the room and they did absolutely nothing. When I told them I wanted to cancel my stay and get a refund plus my deposit back they said I wasn’t allowed to do that and that was how it was gonna be. I turned towels in and never received anymore. When I first entered the room there wasn’t a shower curtain. The employee at the front desk flirted with me to the point of making me uncomfortable. It was an overall terrible experience and I would never recommend staying there. I was charged a $50 cleaning fee but then on my receipt it’s only $40

Shout out to Xander who was very pleasant and helpful at check in. I was traveling with my dog, and he made sure to give me a room on the ground floor for easy in and out with her. Also, the area seemed safe, and as a single female, I felt comfortable taking her out for a walk. The hotel was located on a street with several other nicer hotels. There were a few restaurants within walking distance to choose from. I will definitely keep this hotel in mind next time am in the area.

First let me say the hotel was clean and the linens were fresh. The staff were very cordial juat not super knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is dated although you can tell some upgrades like flooring and paint were there the lobby was dingy and dated and the breakfast was not much more than toast or a waffle luckily theres a cracker barrel right there. It was convient to shopping not so much the downtown area but still overall a good place to stay.

Great for the price. The staff was extremely helpful. The only downside is the breakfast. They only had cereal,oatmeal and waffles and the waffles didn’t taste right. Overall great place to stay on a budget.

The property is very nice since the remodel, clean and quiet and the staff is super friendly. The only remark I have is maybe a better selection for the breakfast? And atleast make sure it’s stocked the entire three hours I came in at 8am and there was no milk no coffee no juice and the only food options were two kinds of cereal bread and waffles.

The motel has a generic feel, nothing fancy, but a good place for a visit to Chattanooga. The continental breakfast could be improved with more choices. The tile floors could use a mopping as our socks got filthy in the room.
