Rooms seem to have been renovated and had good mattresses. Very clean. Only issue is since I rented 2 rooms they had to ring them up separately which flagged a fraud alert on my card so had to use another one. Indoor pool is small maybe 14ft around but it was clean and well maintained. All that being said for the price you couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

easy check in, clean room and property. the property has 3 floors and no elevator, so be sure to specify to the check in if you have limited mobility. that's just a heads up, not a complaint. check out was easy as well.

The grounds were alright. The rooms where clean until you walk into the bathroom. Pretty gross and moldy. Its like they remodeled and forgot the bathrooms. Did the job for us, just place to sleep and go.

The room we booked had a king size bed which is what we wanted. But the room had a crack in the wall which was covered by a chair. The phone wasn’t plugged in, and the floors were all wet. We asked for another room but we only got a room with two double beds which wasn’t preferred. But at least floors were dry. It was clean but the room had a strong musky smell. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing because they just had pancake mix, slices of bread, and apples.

Nice modern room. Large vanity was out in the bedroom. The air conditioner was too noisy to leave on overnight, and there were bugs coming through the ac unit into the room. Breakfast was lovely, especially the waffles. Staff were minimally helpful. A little more enthusiasm in their role would have been good. They were unable to store our luggage, despite the room I could see behind the counter.

Most of my experience at Days Inn was great. Room was clean and well-kept, staff was most friendly, and the breakfast was actually good and filling unlike many other hotels I've been to. Normally, I would give this 4 or 5 stars. However... The bed mattress was way too firm and the pillows way too soft and flimsy. I could barely sleep and when I had to get up, my back and neck would be sore. I was there for three nights and after the first night, I had to go out and buy my own pillow just so I could get some better measure of sleep. Even THEN, after nights 2 and 3... while my neck was no longer sore, my back still hurt for a while. This place sorely needs softer mattresses, because I'm sure I'm not the only one with this kind of problem. Pillows need to be thicker and fuller too. Frankly, I feel like giving 3 stars is being generous, since the quality of sleep for the customer is at the very heart of staying at a hotel. Everything else about this place was excellent. Getting a good night sleep? Not so much. 😔

The toilet was stopped up the whole time, they pretty much gave me the plunger to plunge my own toilet. I tried to at least get a discount and he told me I could leave a day early if I wanted to and he could knock off a day. Could you imagine. Never ever again. The little cleaning lady was really sweet she tried to unplug the toilet bless her heart and the front desk guy also, both were really young and kind but was unable. The young guy got it unplugged once but it just got plugged up the next time I used it that's why I told them just to leave the plunger. The manager wasn't going to budge in giving me a discount and I caught him in a lie as well. I even called hotels.com and they tried to get him to give me a discount as well. Not the place you want to stay if they're not going to be fair. Like it was my fault the toilet was plugged up the whole time. Ridiculous.

I was at a Very busy event and unable to take calls so missed a 6pm call from the hotel. I had grntd my room with a credit card because I knew we would be arriving very late which I notified the hotel of prior to the day of my reservation. .But when i checked in and went to pay cash they had already charged my card and they had done so at 6pm ! I worked in hotels for years this isn't a standard practice until 12pm for late check ins. So it's very upsetting that they wouldn't have waited and refused to fix it as well!

After a 9 hour drive, I arrived at the property at midnight exhausted. The desk worker checked me in and gave me my room key. Problem was, when I went to use the room key and entered the room i was aasigned, I instead saw a half naked man in his 50s getting up from bed to hurry and close the door. I had my dogs with me and it was terrifying. They somehow gave me the same room as someone else currently staying in motel! Card authorized and everything! I had a small breakdown at the front desk and the woman was kind enough to walk with me to my NEW room this time and show me each of the ways to lock the door. The room was ok. Breakfast was sparse. They had a pancake machine that didn't work and slices of white bread in a cabinet. Atleast the juice dispenser worked. I was given no consolation for my minor traumatic event and was even able to corroborate it the next day with the person I walked in on. Bad everything except the desk woman who walked me back to my room, she gets 5 stars.

Upon arriving we immediately saw that our fridge wasn’t working, I called the front desk and within 20 minutes they replaced our fridge. I assumed it to be another roach motel because of how cheap, but it was definitely worth the money

Pleasantly surprised just a few flaws. The room was very clean and stocked with towels and sheets. The outside of the building is a little misleading, but the rooms are quite nice. My only issue was that the cleaning staff did not pay attention to our privacy sign on the door. We were still woken up to banging on the door to give us towels (which is fine just not needed hence the privacy sign). For reference, my stay was only 2 nights so after only 1 night we clearly didn’t need more towels. Also, the entire staff hung out around our side of the building talking very loud on the phone at all hours of the day. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear people talking and other rooms TVs playing but not bad enough to be a huge issue. Overall, this was nicer than we expected but just a few things could use some work!

Some of the staff was yelling at my children. They were barging into the room with our permission, complaining that we had the lock on it. Yelling is not part Of Customer service. We ended up moving away from there to another hotel.

Well I got there early, thought i would check in first. The sign says 4pm, the cleark said still cleaning rooms, it was 2:45pm. So I waited outside with my friend that meant up with me. At 3:45pm, went back to the counter, she looked at the time, 3:50pm, saided not yet. I said i had to use bathroom quickly. I was told to go outside, up the stairs, down the hallway to bathroom in the pool room. So i did barely make it. Came back and waited for 2 other ppl to check in. Took forever. Got our room and it seems to be clean and comfy. Had only 1/2 roll of toilet paper, but it was enough. Go to shower after the pool time, the water was only coming out the shower head alittle bit,,, the flapper on the bottom won't close it off to go up. Tryed several times,, so that sucked. The main door had a big gap below it, yu could see daylight and ppls walking by and talking. Breakfast time was a joke.

Front desk clerk was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Fast and easy check-in with very reasonable prices. Beautiful place to stay. Very clean and spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice and quiet with no traffic noise. Dining and kitchen area were clean and had several different fast breakfast options. Check-out was fast and easy and the desk clerk was very pleasant. I give this place an A+ and highly recommend this motel.

I like this property because of BEST MOUNTAIN VIEW and Owner and his staff is very nice. I highly recommend for good service and convenient location from Highway . Overall nice Budget hotel. Thank you for everything.

The outside doesn't look nice but the room was nice. The breakfast was included but not worth it -- saw mold on a piece of bread. Also found a hair in the shower that wasn't mine. Overall the room did it's job.
