In all my travels, I have never had to pay a $75.00 per deposit for a pet that weights Under 20 pounds. This is a gross rip off because the room was under $100.00 The deposit does not appear on the hotel receipt. Beware if this property.

Stayed overnight for next day airport (CHA) connection. VERY DISAPPOINTED there was no airport shuttle service. UBER added an extra $30 (to and from airport) to our overnight stay. Convenient CRACKER BARREL across the street.

The property is very conveniently located. The staff was friendly enough, but had a very hard time getting us checked in quickly. When we arrived in the room, it had been prepared and was clean, but there was a dirty pillowcase on one pillow. We were disappointed that the pool was already closed for use especially since temps were still in the 90s. The breakfast buffet was very good and had a nice assortment of options. I will definitely stay again as it is a strong 4-star property.

Inside was as you expect at Fairfield very nice. Breakfast was outstanding, Jeff was the best breakfast host I have ever had. Rooms were clean, beds were perfect, and shower was best I have ever had in an hotel. Outside was clean but it had the feel of not being in a perfect neighbor hood. They don’t monitor the parking lot or anything. I did NOT have any problems with my car. The internet wifi was super slow. I would highly recommend this Fairfield.

When checking in the front desk said we couldn’t check in with my husband’s Marriott account because we booked through a third party. When checking out I asked again and she said of course you can and added his number so we can earn credit for our stay. I was bummed as there was no magnifying mirror, the shampoo and body wash seemed watered down, AND the pool wasn’t open. We brought suites to relax by the outdoor pool to only find out it doesn’t open until Memorial weekend. No where on the website or in the elevator did it say that. Breakfast was great and the staff was nice. We’d stay again.

The receptionists were very nice! But the hotel smelled like cigarettes, the bathtub had hair and stains on it, so it wasn’t clean. The breakfast buffet layout is not nice, you have to go all around the place to get what you need.

Our room was very damp from humidity. The sheets even felt wet. Had to turn the AC down to 62 to even get it to start to dry out a little, but then it was freezing in the room. Also, very loud. Not comfortable at all.

Run!!! Bed Bugs… Property has gone drastically downhill… infested with bed bugs. Clear evidence on the mattress. Front desk staff didn’t seem alarmed or concerned and offered no apology when I told them I was leaving.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. Our room had been renovated so was very nice however the bathroom door is a barn door style which does not provide much privacy when sharing with someone else. The hot breakfast was the best I have had at any other hotel ever. Well worth the stay! Only other issue was the small double beds. Should be queens.

The only reason I feel this property is average and not poor is because their staff are so sweet. The walls are paper thin, you will hear EVERYTHING going on in your neighbors room, and I mean EVERYTHING. The breakfast is not the best, I will say their eggs are decent for a hotel. Our bathroom had black mold sports on the ceiling. And there are no hooks for towels to hang on, you would think for a hotel that wants you to reuse your towels they would have someplace for them to hang. The bed is not horrible, but it’s not great either. The pillows were not bad, there were a mixture of firm and soft on the bed which was great for us.

The Bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, it was wonderful. I hadn't slept like that for a month. Very clean linen and towels. We were placed at the end of the hall so we had no noise, that was great. The only thing I noticed wrong with the room was that it was dated and needed furnishing updates. The chair had a hole in the cushion and the button of the chair the upholstery was coming undone on the bottom. The bathroom door molding needs to be replaced, it was a bit beat up on the bottom closest to the shower. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The eggs and sausages were very tasty. The staff though was AMAZING, very friendly but professional and very courteous, especially the older gentleman working the breakfast area, really enjoyed conversing with him and also both desk clerks were great.

The property was ok, nothing exciting. Just about all employees were rude, especially a front desk manager named Nancy. They ruined my stay in Chattanooga. I would avoid this hotel at all cost. They are cheats, and spammers.

This is our go to hotel when snow birding to Florida from Ohio and back. It is a great location off I 75. The staff is always nice, room is clean, and the breakfast buffet is opened early with a great variety. Free parking and is very well lit. Several restaurants in the area.

I chose this hotel because I wanted a clean, safe hotel in the Chattanooga area. Unfortunately, it is right next to, and shares its parking lot, with the local Super8 Hotel. Clientele at the Super8 was rowdy and unsettling. The Fairfield itself was fine, I just did not feel as safe as I wanted in the parking lot at 10 pm.

King bed was excellent and the bathtub was great. The breakfast was really nice, with bacon, sausage, biscuits, cereals, a Belgian waffle maker, etc. The Breakfast Manager was very friendly and helpful.
