We stayed one night in this hotel in downtown Chattanooga. What an experience! Beautiful property with easy access to restaurants and activities on sight. There is a courtyard that had an arcade, caricature drawing, gift shop and restaurants. We tried Nic and Norman's for lunch and the food was reasonably priced and very good. The hotel has a french boudoir theme but not overwhelming. Rooms were clean, bed was very comfy and all was well maintained. We tried the coffee/pastry bar in the lobby for breakfast and the coffee was good and the pastries were fresh and tasty. The staff was friendly and very attentive. Next time we'll try to stay in one of the train car suites as it looks like fun. If you're in Chattanooga bypass the chain hotels and stay here for the same price or better. You won't regret it.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely staff. Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. My only comment would be that the treadmills in the gym were extremely difficult to use and I had trouble getting them to start even with the help of a staff member.

We had the best experience here! The staff was welcoming and helpful. The Hotel is super cute and had tons of areas that were photo perfect. Perfect location too, with plenty of good places to dine and shop and walk around. The only think I would suggest the hotel do, is to extend the pool hours until 11pm. Just a personal thought. Great spot! 10/10 recommend! ❤️

Been here since Friday, first time ever in Chattanooga and I must say this has been an unforgettable experience! I want to give a special shoutout to Dian B. She was extremely supportive and helpful and very engaging throughout the whole experience. Anthony was helpful and amazing (we missed your jokes) this hotel was so beautiful and vibrant it felt like being back in those times experiencing it as if it was the early 1900s
