Room was clean bed was comfortable. Bad part both pools are out of order drained and in repairs outdoor pool had concrete busted up around it and standing water like a swamp in it . The pools was the big reason for booking this stay very disappointed . Other families we talked to were also felt like they were bamboozled due to no mentions on there web site about the pool problems . Please note there Jacuzzi tub located in our room was small as well riding 600miles on a motorcycle was hoping to soak and enjoy the perks of a jacuzzi i am a 5ft 9in tall person bath tub was larger .

Hotel is nice but do not expect a heated pool. I called and they confirmed they pool would be heated but when I arrived it was not and they said the owners did not want to turn the heater on yet. Water was ice cold

Hotel was disappointing we have stayed in days in before and where never as bad looking one pool closed and over grown with weeds first room we got had flooded bathroom second was ok but could use a good fixing up coffee maker in room leaked door to balcony hard to open elevator was dirty and and had broken siding on walls shower leaked and had to flush toilet at least four time to get anything gone breakfast was the same every day not much on variety needs to be closed and a good remodel done to it

Pools were not open or operational; false advertising on this basis. Facilities were run down. Bugs found in the beds, kids were bitten. Very disappointed because kids were expecting to play in pools. Will not be back. But the staff was friendly.

Says they have a pool. They do not! Breakfast is minuscule. Property very outdated and dreary. We left early. Price was great but wouldn’t even pay that again for the place. Staff was friendly but not very helpful. I’ve never complained about a hotel but this one needs shut down honestly. We had a loft room. The balcony was filthy and there is one chair on each balcony with a filthy cushion. So disappointed.

The hotel is very old and in need of repair. Tiles in elevator are cracked and loose. However our room was very nice! Clean, comfy beds and the kids loved the loft. We would stay here again.

Average cheap stay.. pool was closed and was not posted on Expedia or the hotel website.. tub barely drained after taking shower.. if known the pool was closed everyday during our vacation we would of stayed somewhere else..

I have stayed here before and while the place is extremely outdated this room took the cake. It was off in the corner and honestly took a second to find. It looked nothing like the photos. The outdoor “patio” was disgustingly dirty with mold, still water, and cigarette butts. The bathroom had a roach in it and only one light worked in the room. Overall it was cheap but sheeesh it was honestly one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. The ONLY thing that was a plus was the convenience of walking downtown. If it had been for more then one night I would not have been able to stay. I was honestly scared to death I was going to bring critters back home with me.

The hotel is in terrible condition needs serious renovation. It has German cockroaches in the morning breakfast area. The bathroom sink in our room was next to the front door, not in the bathroom. My opinion that’s not sanitary. A plus employees running the desk were nice. But we had a difficult time sleeping here and price I paid for this room is humiliating! Price should be for sure under $100 for what’s offered. But just my opinion.

Room was infested with roaches. They had been there so long they had hallowed out the bathroom door and trim around the room. Very disgusting place. We canceled our 2nd night and drive two hours. We were refunded our stay as the on sight manager didn’t even dispute the infestation. The motel is a hard pass for our family.

This place should be condemned and bull dozed. It’s absolutely horrible. We tried to look past the rough exterior, but the interior is even worse. Everything is falling apart and crumbling. Staff was friendly. Room was clean, we thought, until checkout morning when we saw roaches in the bathroom. Will never set foot at this place again.

First we were given a key to someone else’s room and they forgot to give us our parking pass. Our sheets had hair and stains on them. Beds and pillows were not comfortable. The room smelled like sweaty feet. The door does not lock, anyone can enter your room.

Absolutely disgusting. As soon as we got to the room there were roaches crawling on the wall, mold and moisture everywhere, and the place just felt dirty and gross. The smell hit us right away. We didn’t even stay — we had to leave immediately and request a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money somewhere else! Oh and did I mention no parking, I had to park around back at a different business location.

The loft design of the room is very nice, and the location is excellent. The room was a bit dated and the carpet was worn and a bit dirty. Bathroom was not clean. The pool was VERY dirty...it was an indoor pool but had trash/wrappers floating in the pool and a dirty diaper sitting next to the pool.

This days inn, on the west side of Gatlinburg (the side like you're going up towards Newfound Gap / Clingmans Dome) (when busy bring the Gatlinburg bypass up to avoid the traffic) is an older building, but it's very clean, bed is comfy, it's right on the strip which makes walking convenience & excellent. You can smoke out on the balcony. They have self serve breakfast, with a coffee machine 24/7. There is an indoor pool behind the lobby / breakfast area. The ONLY downfall is if you stay in one of the front rooms along the street, you hear all the noise from vehicles & motorcycles reving their engines. If you set out from 1115pm onwards on the balcony you will see random bears coming across the street looking for food. And they are decently priced. I would definitely stay again, but not in one of the front street rooms.

The rug was wet in front of the heater/AC unit. The room was otherwise clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotels a bit run down overall, but super convenient to Gatlinburg. And free parking!

Check in is at 4pm. Get there at 5:30pm room is not ready will be an hour at least. Asked if we would get a discount for not being ready was told no we would just have to wait. The door to the balcony locks were not working so the door wouldn’t even stay closed. Left side of the room lights didn’t work. Blinds to the window was broken. Love the balcony overlooks the main street. That’s the main reason I rent this hotel several times. Daytime staff was good and breakfast was standard. We usually don’t have problems here so they must have been having an off day.

The only issue we had was the elevator broke down the day after we got there. we have health issues and cant climb stairs. However, they moved use to the first floor quickly and without hesitation. The staff even helped us move our things.

Property was quite dated but the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was hot. When I went to check out the clerk was absent from the front desk. I waited for five minutes. No clerk, no receipt, no bueno. Overall, despite the poor service, it was a pretty good value for the money.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. We like that it is close to the National Park entrance and the bypass to Pigeon Forge. This time we reserved a room with a balcony overlooking the strip. Our room was large and very comfortable. The front staff was wonderful. We love this hotel.

The room reserved was not what was in the hotels.com pictures. Learned this by calling the hotel after booking. When we arrived the second shift clerk was not helpful at all when ask questions about restaurants that deliver or a directory in the room. Upon entering the room it had a smell. Found that the fire place was lit and the smell was the gas. Called the clerk again and all he said is there is an oxygen detector on the wall and that the fireplace cant be turned off. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud. The gas smelled kept me awake. The jetted tube was too short to relax in plus it didnt hold the water and there was no safety bar to help with getting out. There were no housekeeping services provided. We had to take our own trash out and get fresh towels for a 4 day stay. The only good part was the water pressure in the shower it was super strong.

The hotel is in a great location to walker to places nearby. A great restaurant across the street, breakfast next door and a cute convenience store and a winery on the other side. Lots of shopping and dining within walking distance. Staff was friendly and polite and our room was clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the elevator located in the office area needs remodeling. I’m not sure if it’s ever been cleaned and the side wall is peeling. It’s kinda weird because everything else has been kept up except for the elevator. Overall we will be staying again!

Very convenient location if you are looking to hike. The entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains Park is less than one block. The hotel has parking, which is a big plus. Many restaurants are at walking distance. A decent breakfast is also included.

A great option if members of your party are interested in the National Park. Located only six minutes from the Sugarlands Visitor Center. Hotel was clean and had several close dining options. The provided breakfast was adequate. Parking was somewhat limited for the number of guests at the hotel. Room door was finicky and had to be turned just right to get it to open. Toilet handle was also finicky and had to be held a long time for the toilet to flush. Otherwise, the room was pleasant and of good value.

Great location. Decent room for the price. Hair dryer didn't work, but got replaced when asked. Only 2 towels for 4 people so we had to keep going back to ask for more. The first time they were being washed, so had to go back again. Breakfast is just mainly cereal and yogurt. Definitely could use updating.

Maintenance staff should check everything before get ready to re-rent. My first room’s light not lid, fridge not cold, toilet is not flushing. We have to ask to move to another room. Breakfast is lacking of hot items. Exactly the same everyday. It would be nice if you have a guitar or few musical instruments in the lobby. Guest may borrow to entertain during their stay.

Staff was okay but pretty emotionless. Room said slept 5 but only 2 beds. The pool was empty , the breakfast was awful and consisted of chunky expired milk and some pancakes in the refrigerator. No real amenities it wasn’t a great experience. Would not recommend

Very outdated. This is my first review and wish i had taken pictures. It was not very clean. Bathroom faucet sprayed water everywhere and the chair in the room had a circle stain right in the middle of it. The door wouldn't close properly and there was an extension cord coming out of the room next door stretching down the walkway. Breakfast was microwaved pancakes.
