Booked strictly for indoor pool. Heater was down so grandkids didn’t get to be use. Room smelled like smoke (not cigarette smoke). Room never cleaned during our stay. Had to forage for towels, etc.

Location - good, price thru expedia - great, Large reason for booking here was indoor pool - but were told it was closed for pump repair after check-in. Huge disappointment - would have not booked here if it had been indicated on listing. Elevator makes a very concerning noise between 2-3 floor. No children channels offered on cable tv in room. Hotel is dated and repairs have been done to a lower quality but for a one night stay it will do.

Crusty meets landlord special. Booked a suite with 2 queen beds- It’s evident they have “remodeled” and added new things to old and dingey. Painted over water damage, mold where there should be water sealant and caulk. Old furniture painted over that needed to be tossed. Really disappointed. Mold on the ceiling that had clearly been smeared by housekeeping. The pull out couch was disgusting. Floors were sticky, no carpet but vinyl wood. The water took 3 minutes to get warmed up in the shower. The staff seemed so miserable. The elevator sounded as if it was going to fall at any given moment. Thankfully the beds were very comfortable and clean, and no bugs!

We went to this facility to spend family time together and let the grandkids swim. When we checked in and asked where the pool was, we were not told that the pool was closed for maintenance. Clearly a nonstarter for us. Felecia Reid at the front desk saved our family time by reaching out to a sister facility in the area. My only complaint is that LaQuinta should have at the very least, provided a discount on the alternate location for the inconvenience l.

The employee who checked us in was wonderful. The breakfast was top notch. However, we booked this room through hotels.com specifically because it said it slept 5 people. It did not. My daughter had to sleep on the floor. The wifi did not work on any of our phones or devices. The employee was new and had no idea why it wasn't working. The room was fairly clean. However, the ceiling above the shower was covered in mold.

First room had a mold smell to it and the shower was very dirty. Stained furniture and carpet outside the room was gross. Asked for a different room and had the smell of cigars. Furniture was less stained but still dirty. Went to bed as quick as we could.

This place is just old and needs to be totally redone. The room smelled rusty and old and the shower was just mildewy and worn out. And the floors were cheap linoleum The whole place just felt tired and gross. The staff was nice but definitely won’t stay here again

The staff was pleasant but the rooms were dirty. Had to be switched to another room that was better than what we had. It was poop in the toliet with no toiletries in the bathroom but we were told the room was cleaned. The staff said they went back and cleaned but we found the bed sheets were stained. The microwave was dirty along with shaving cream and hairs in the shower. The room was missing the extra covers and pillows as well. So then we were moved.

Hotel room and bathroom were dirty, not sure if they had recently sprayed for bugs or if it was a recent problem, but we saw live cockroach and dead ones in our room. Bed sheets made us itch, and we only slept on top of them. Unfortunately, spent $150 to just sleep and I couldn’t sleep from anxiety over bugs.

We arrived an hour and a half after our reservation time, to find that they didn’t even have our room ready. We waited, no biggie. Get to the room, signs of bed bugs on bed. We hesitantly agreed to a room switch. Switched to a different room, actual bed bugs!!! We left immediately.

Overall we had a great nights rest. Our bedroom could use some repairs. The wall by the bath tub needs repairs and the bath tub is very slippery. The floor has deep scratches. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Good things - the water is nice and hot. The queen beds were comfy. Bad things -There were stains on the sofa mattress, stains on walls. Sofa bed mattress was very springy, needs replaced. The floor by the window was soft, needs fixed. It would be better if the queen beds were closer to the door side of the room and sofa bed was closer to the window side for safety reasons.

Our room really needed to be upgraded. The bathroom walls had areas just faling in, sink had no stopper so dont let anything fall in! Room 314. Lots of light under the door . Only decaf coffee. Chair in room not comforablw at all.

As a business traveler, I frequently stay at LaQuinta hotels because they are typically clean, comfortable, and provide nice furnishings. This one - not so much! The desk agent was watching TV in the lounge area and acted put out like she was doing me a favor at check-in. The furnishings (bed, dressers, desk, etc., were tired and worn. One of the bedside lights did not work. And while I cannot say the room was dirty, it was not up to the standards of cleanliness I experience at most other LaQuintas. Bottom line - It was ABSOLUTELY NOT a $158.47/night hotel!!! The next time I have business in Chattanooga, I will be seeking different accommodations!

Hotel is fine, does need a few repairs and updates. The elevator is loud and vibrates, the power outlet was falling out of the wall and you can hear the electrical current, doesn't sound safe. The display panel didn't work on the microwave, the tv is not a smart tv. I've been to hotels out of the country that are smart tv! So just seemed a little outdated. Besides the fact that they double charged me when we arrived, and it took a week for it to be reversed, so the whole time that we were on vacation, I had no money in my account. The second staff member I dealt with in the reversal was nice, it wasn't his fault, but of course is extremely aggravating.

2nd shift Front desk didnt care about the details in the reservation, rude. She unexpectadly closed the pool because there were no more towels. 1st shift front desk was yelling like crazy all over the place. Definitely going back to Holiday Inn

We booked to stay on 10/25/2024 and upon arrival at 10:30pm no one at the desk was to located. After waiting I was told by multiple people in the lobby who were waiting for their room to be ready that they were cleaning the rooms and not sure if they will have enough rooms. We already paid for the room and received confirmation the room would be ready at 3pm. We have three smalls kids and needed to get them in bed so we had no choice to find another hotel.

Hotel was great. One negative which for future guests you’d fix. There needs to be a sign of some kind near the entrance to the hotel. It almost looks like an alley, rather than a street. Passed it up twice before finding it, even with GPS. I’m sure other guests may have had the same experience.

This hotel was wonderful, the staff was very friendly & helpful. We used the lobby seating area several times to have lunch & dinner with the kiddos and it worked perfect. The indoor pool was a huge hit too! If we’re ever in the area again, this will be where we stay. It’s also right off the main highway so easy access to everything.

Very clean and nice rooms. Staff were very nice and the pet friendly rooms were located on the 1st floor by the exits, which made taking your pet outside to use the bathroom convenient. Hotel is located near many restaurants and shopping locations as well.

Staff and facility were clean, efficient and quiet. Pool area was clean and inviting. The bathroom had a simple accent wall and light/mirror that made the kids happy. The only complaint is that the location is somewhat hidden behind a drive behind some kind of other businesses, so it's a little weird getting to and sitting back behind some kind of manufacturing company(ies).

This property was pretty amazing for the price! The breakfast was delicious and pretty good considering the price for the room. They had eggs every morning and some type of meat biscuits and sausage gravy. They also had your usuals like cereal and waffles and breads toast and bagels. The pool water was a little cold but that was really about the only bad thing about my stay.

I absolutely loved this place! They had a large selection of breakfast options. There was decent space in the room. It was comfortable. It was a good location too! I have stayed at several different hotels around Chattanooga while visiting family, and this was the best experience by far! They also have some pet friendly rooms available for pets to stay too.
