Disappointing to say the least. When you walk in it was like a smoking cloud all through the first floor including marijuana smells. There was a homeless man sleeping in the lobby late on 2 different nights. No door into the hotel after hours were locked. The west door into the side lobby was pried and the hotel key box to scan your card was pried off. Hotel not secure after hours. Anyone can walk in as did the homeless and were allowed to stay. I have breathing problems and this was not acceptable with all the smoke. Maid service was good and the staff at the front were polite. The maintenance man (?) asked us nearly everyday if we were checking out. Very annoying. I would not stay here again nor recommend it

The service at the front desk was excellent. The building was okay and the area where the hotel was located was good. The room and bathroom were okay, they were kind of old but looked clean. The sheets had a bleach smell, and the bed area was not completely clean, I spotted dirt by the bed. I was very concerned about a back door that stayed completely unsecured all night long. The lock did not work as it was supposed to be locked so guests with a room card could access to open it from outside.

Breakfast didn’t have a lot of options (I need more protein than was available), I suggest a make-your-own-eggs option. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean. The parking lot was a little cramped at times but not bad, the red curbs and markings of “don’t park here” (which looked old) didn’t make it any easier.

In the room there was poor lighting, stretched-out elastic on both mattress pad covers and bottom sheets, a one-legged broken-down ironing board, the sink faucet was so loose it was difficult to regulate the temperature, and the toilet paper holder was about to fall off the front of the counter. In the gym the treadmill didn't work even though we had called within 2 hours of our check-in and was told that it did, and the TV there didn't work either. No Hallmark channel. No fresh fruit at breakfast.

The place is showing signs of being run down. I have stayed at this property multiple times in the past. Granted it has been a year since my last stay. It has gotten run down. It seems like they are doing the bare minimum in repairs. The toilet was 3 different shade of white and wobbled. Only 2 towels in a room that sleeps 4. The side door mechanism fell apart while using. The air conditioning barely worked. Thank goodness a cold front blew in and really didn’t need much ac. For 4 dollars more I could have stayed at a Hilton. I was familiar with and had good experiences in the past here. I will not be staying again.

Hotel was fine, but the key cards are constantly deactivated, so you are having to go to the front desk daily to get it fixed, which is a bit annoying. Also, stayed 8 nights and requested housekeeping one time and they did not come.

There was garbage in the room. Office chair is torn up. Zero towels, sorry except 1 wash cloth. Used bar of soap only with bottle shampoo half used. Hairs on the toilet and in the shower. But I didn't take a shower because I had used bar soap and zero towels. Sink had hair and tooth paste spit on the counter.

The reception area, elevator, and hallways were uncomfortably warm. We were able to cool the room itself, after a while. The refrigerator was not cold, it was cool at best. The building had a stale, dank smell. The room did not feel clean, especially the bathroom. The towels were visibly worn and frayed, and most were a dingy yellow color - no longer white. The sheets were in similarly bad condition. The registration desk staff was not friendly, I can honestly say I did not get one smile from them during our five night stay. The cleaning staff was friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to meet our needs.

Room was dirty, couch had beer bottle cap in the pull out bed and the sheets smelled bad. They also didnt refund me the deposit theyre suppose to give back and are very rude when you call to ask about it.

Our first room that we were given was not even clean.. moved to new room that was not what we originally booked and should have cost less had a couple roaches and a cricket in it.. bathroom sounded like a hurricane was about to happen when you turned it on.. not to mention the man that sat outside the room in the common area talking on his phone loud and late into the night

The room was okay. Bedspreads and comforter dirty. Bathroom had black mold growing under the edge. The shower was so bad, I wish I had brought shower shoes. Went downstairs to get coffee. When I went back up employee was using a key fob to open our door! My husband was still in there getting ready. They charge $25 for any time after 11, so I wanted a receipt. Had to wait while several workers went to find someone to check us out. Not planning on going back.

The guy at check-in "announced" my room number loudly with several guests (men) standing just behind me in the lobby. Not good ! The coffeemaker did not work in the room. The bedding appeared clean, minus the comfort, but the room in general felt old. It is VERY loud at that location as it is next to the highway and railroad tracks. That was my undersight.

When I stay at a hotel I expect the AC to work great and we had it at the lowest degree possible and high because it was hot and hoped it would cool. We slept with no blankets in order to keep from sweating and be able to sleep. We were in room 122!

Staff was very helpful and kind. Everything was clean. Place was quiet. Location is next to a railroad track, with runs all through the night, the bells qnd horn could be heard but not so much the train passing. The wifi speed was slow probably due to everyone utilizing. I have T-mobile and the cell service was crappy, I could hardly get a signal. Overall the stay was great.

Expensive, comfortable beds, but pillows were worst I’ve ever encountered. Four on the bed all terrible. Spend more than a dollar on pillows!Why bother with nice bed and offer NO pillow? Spacious room. Comfortable bed. didn’t have ac on/fan on always option so it would shut off at night and get warm. We had it set to coldest to keep it running but it wouldn’t stay on so it was slightly uncomfortable to sleep. Would prefer a fan at least. Toilet had black ring in bowl and anti-slip stripes in tub looked dirty but I tried cleaning it and it wouldn’t come off. Probably could use a good bleach job. Breakfast was meh…sausage wasn’t browned and eggs were spongy cakes (other options were toast, granola bars and yogurt, apples, waffles and juices/coffee. Nice shopping area nearby. Police dept behind property (across a field and large parking lot so it’s not noisy). Would stay again, for the price, but might bring a fan. Major complaint was AC at night and went to breakfast the next day and both our cards had been deactivated and still had several hours until checkout. That was frustrating. Their excuse was it does that if phones are near cards but neither of us had them remotely close to our phones.

So I went on Expedia for my trip and booked a hotel here, I called to confirm and they never had my reservation so I call Expedia and they get told the same thing. I get relocated to a new hotel with no extra charge supposedly but then I wake up the next day with 2 charges of $85.34 for this hotel that I didn’t even stay at and that states I was not in their system. When I called Expedia to get my money they call the property and they are unable to do anything so I had to call my bank and I am yet to receive a refund for money on a place I did not even stay at!

The check-in people (owners I think) were abrupt, almost rude. The room looked clean at first glance but there was a brown smear on the bathroom door that looked like poop, a white crusty smear on the bead skirt that I don’t want to speculate about and random dirty spot/ smears on the walls. The biggest issue was that 9:08 am (well before checkout) the same person who checked us in opened the door to our room. He didn’t knock or announce himself and if he had been 90 seconds sooner I would have been undressed. (My niece had gone to get coffee so the extra lock wasn’t locked) He said he was “just checking if we were still there, for housekeeping “ . I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially women

I accidentally got the dates wrong for my reservation and when i called them to change it they were unwilling to help and refused to give me a refund despite me not staying there. I then called back the next day to speak to the manager who they assured me would be there and would be able to fix my issue and she again wasn’t there. They assured me that she would be calling me Monday and here we are still no call and no resolution to my my refund.

Room was okay and we slept fine. No complaints about the cleanliness. I would have given it 5 stars but the guy at check in was super unfriendly. He didn't even say "hello." He seemed annoyed that we were there interrupting whatever it was he was doing. After check in we never saw anyone working the check in desk. Lobby is a ghost town.

I always stay at the Quality Inn because I loved it everywhere. This time the front desk clerk was no where to be found and she was rude and UNFRIENDLY. I almost went somewhere else.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Everything was clean. Place was quiet. Location is next to a railroad track, with runs all through the night, the bells qnd horn could be heard but not so much the train passing. The wifi speed was slow probably due to everyone utilizing. I have T-mobile and the cell service was crappy, I could hardly get a signal. Overall the stay was great.

The bed was AWESOME but there was a company of workers staying there and they took up a large portion of the small parking lot parking their trailers in it!

Stayed overnight to take train from Cedar Park to Burnet with our grandkids. Quality Inn was basically across the street from the depot so an excellent local. Many nearby restaurants for evening meal. Complimentary breakfast was not outstanding but filled us up.

Is was horrible i would like a full refund i couldnt even get clean towels unless we turned in the old towels. Room service was only by request.. The breakfast was microwaved eugh eggs runny. One of the doors didnt lock the pictures are old from the site. ROACH on the wall beds where hard blankets where so thin air freshner in hall only the rooms smelled old !!!!! NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Cockroach in bathroom. Breakfast was bad!!! Not ready early… very sparse… white bread only..waffles, sausage , watery eggs or “egg” pieces.. etc No fruit or yogurt. Will not stay here again!!!!

Spacious room. Comfortable bed. didn’t have ac on/fan on always option so it would shut off at night and get warm. We had it set to coldest to keep it running but it wouldn’t stay on so it was slightly uncomfortable to sleep. Would prefer a fan at least. Toilet had black ring in bowl and anti-slip stripes in tub looked dirty but I tried cleaning it and it wouldn’t come off. Probably could use a good bleach job. Breakfast was meh…sausage wasn’t browned and eggs were spongy cakes (other options were toast, granola bars and yogurt, apples, waffles and juices/coffee. Nice shopping area nearby. Police dept behind property (across a field and large parking lot so it’s not noisy). Would stay again, for the price, but might bring a fan. Major complaint was AC at night and went to breakfast the next day and both our cards had been deactivated and still had several hours until checkout. That was frustrating. Their excuse was it does that if phones are near cards but neither of us had them remotely close to our phones.

Breakfast was awful!! So called “coffee” was like crank case oil. Totally undrinkable. Eggs cold, only a couple of slices of bread and then hunt for the toaster, etc. Avoided it totally on our second morning, went to IHOP and had real coffee and food.

The room was great, my only "complaint" was the breakfast which was OK but missed a few things i would have liked. I usually have yogurt, a banana and wheat bread for breakfast. Today.. there was only plain white bread for toast, no Bagels or wheat bread; there were apples only, no bananas or other fruit available; and no yogurt.. As i said, OK but only needs a few additions to make it awesome!

The rooms were very affordable and very clean!!!! Will come back. I would HIGHLY suggest that rooms w/kind beds get 6 pillows since they are very small or put "proper" kind size pillows to go with a king size bed. I don't want to have to travel with an extra pillow.
