Great place for the price. Updated and clean facility. They off a game room, swimming pool and weight room, which we did not check out. We enjoyed the breakfast. Not only did it include the standard carb breakfast choices, there were eggs, sausage, and yogurt available. We would stay there again.

The staff was wonderful. What was disappointing was the fact that the pool was unusable for the first day due to repairs. I was told some kids broke the hand rail going into the pool and the concrete needed to dry for 24hrs. The next day, the pool was reserved for a local school that they rents the pool out to from 3-7. The last day we were going to use the pool, the bathroom off the pool had a piece of poop on the floor which grossed everyone out.

We were very comfortable! It was so nice that we were able to get a room that had two queen beds AND a pull-out sofa so that some of us who aren't used to sharing beds didn't have to co-sleep. Breakfast was as tasty as a free breakfast could be. The cardio equipment in the gym was mostly busted, though. The bike was the only thing that worked.

I wanted to change my reservation on the location but I couldn't so instead of loosing out money we decided to stay. The room was a great size even had a sofa area with a sofa bed. The beds were comfy and clean. It was a nice stay. The front desk was very helpful. The breakfst was the usual waffles, ceral, coffee, juice, eggs, potatoes and bacon. Not bad for a quick bite in the morning. One of the best hotel experiences i've had in a while. One kind of bad note although we didn't use the pool I did manage to stop by to check it out. That pool did not look clean. If we were to stay again I hope it would be cleaned so it could be used by guest. But for what we paid and the service not bad.

The hotel smelled awful!!! There was a musty odor throughout the hotel and on the elevator. The pool did not look well maintained so we did not get inside and the indoor pool was the reason I picked this hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again and I suggest they do something about the smell

Newer build, clean overall, good breakfast area, and coffee access WITH flavored creamers, all day. Indoor pool and gym were nice. There is an outdoor BBQ area as well. The hallways are a little drab in that they could use some color or lighting differences as you walk to the rooms. The ac was quirky in the room and I believe in the hotel itself as it was warm in the enevator. Great location outside the city and close to shopping and parks.

Kind of a bummer. Waited till we checked in and gave us our room on the 3rd floor and then informed us that the elevator was broken. I think it’s been that way a while since I talked to other guests and they all said it was broken since they had been there. The room was fine once we dragged our luggage up to it. The breakfast was ok. Nothing to Brag about but decent. Lots of construction guy’s staying here. I will now ask the hotels that I go to if the elevator is functioning before I check in.

Dirty floors and trash in hallways. Police are there multiple times a week. Management is lazy and does not help guests when issues arise. Smoke smell is horrible!

Extremely clean overall, very good breakfast with tons of fresh options. Cold water given upon arrival and checkout (loved that). Clean restrooms/showers with Dove soap that didn’t dry out my skin after a long road trip (great water pressure) - very refreshing. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

The hotel smelled weird, from the elevator to our room. The curtains in our room had stains on them. The room itself was fine and the sheets and towels were clean. It was not the worst place to stay, but it wasn’t as good as the pictures and reviews led on. Probably would not stay here again.

The staff were friendly, but not the most helpful at times. The hotel was nice and still kind of new, clean, and comfortable. However, they put me in a room right where one exit door was and another door to the stairs. This spot had very high traffic and the noise from the doors opening and closing and from the people talking was very audible. For the placement of the room, it should have been more acoustically shielded from the noises. I could not get any sleep at all during my whole stay.

The bed, couch, and room were very nice. What made the stay unbearable was the noise. Our room was near the elevator and over the lobby, so I heard the annoying loud music from downstairs all night long and couldn’t sleep at all. The elevator noise was another huge disturbance. I don’t know what is with the acoustics of this hotel, but I could hear all the people in different rooms. I mean, even yawns and stuff, it was ridiculous. The noise factors are more than enough to keep me away, unfortunately.

The hotel was clean and nice but there was a weird smell on the elevator everyday. Smelled musky. Our bathroom lights did not work and it took most of our stay to get that fixed. No offer to move us either. We were there for a wedding and were late to family photos due to this.

This hotel had the best reviews out of ALL our options in Austin, TX and I just want to say I was SO pleased. The staff were super nice, and the breakfast was great! The room was nice and neat. I wish I remembered the names of the two ladies at the front desk because they were super helpful. I would definitely use them again!

Check in was slow. Room was not ready. They do not clean your room unless you specifically request it. Management was rude and disrespectful. After I had waited at least 10 minutes to check in an employee went up to the check in clerk and had her get on the phone with someone while I was still waiting to check in. This place is a joke. Do not stay here!!

Our check in was horrible rooms were not ready at 4:50pm so we tried to give them more time went to eat came back at 6pm to be told we still had to wait. Very disappointing and the hotel was not worth what we paid, we stayed two nights and will not stay here again.

The lobby is huge and very welcoming and clean. All the staff was attentive and had a great attitude. Room was clean and some parts looked new. Easy access to doors and parking. I'll stay here again.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Please do not give this place your banking information. We booked through a travel app. Instead of charging us the agreed upon amount on that app. they decided to charge our bank account every single day. We tried to speak with the front desk lady and she was completely in caring about the fact that we had been charged 6 separate times for our room by the 3rd day of our 5 night stay. She said “nothing I can do about it”. They steal money from your bank account overnight and hope you don’t check to find out. Completely drained our bank account. Nobody from the hotel was willing to listen or help in any way. She even cursed at us on our way out the door. We will never stay here again.

This stay was one of the best I have had in the last year. The front desk staff was beyond excellent. Everyone on staff was friendly, accommodating, and sincerely glad you were a guest. the room and the hotel were VERY CLEAN. The breakfast was good, there was a staff person available to make sure everything went well. The location is around anything you might want including a great Mexican food restaurant next door, Serrano's. I could not have wanted anything better.

Enjoyed my stay. Beds were very comfortable. Great location to restaurants and shopping. The only problem was the room had a smell.. old and dirty smell. The room was clean. Maybe the sofa bed or carpet may need to be deep clean? Regardless of the smell I would stay again .

We liked that it was very convenient to the HEB Center! We liked the breakfast. We requested a change of rooms because our first one had a terrible smell. Thankfully, we were given our request. The only downside to our stay were the very different, unpleasant smells throughout the hotel.

Rooms were fairly clean, stuff was very friendly. However, lobby and especially the elevator was extremely dirty. Didn’t go to the pool since it didn’t look attractive at all. The room entry doors have huge gaps underneath and I could hear everything what have happened in the lobby since my room was on the first floor and/or corridor. Could hear my neighbors snoring and doing “business” next door. Breakfast was cold due to not working warming up machines. Which is unbelievable bc I don’t think it is that big of an expense to fix or get a new one. According to some of my colleagues who stayed there multiple days they haven’t fixed it for entire stay from Thursday through Sunday. Juice machine also didn’t work and we were provided some cheap Apple juice from a bottle. According to my colleague who stayed till Sunday the coffee machine also got broken at the end of their stay. If you just need a bed and shower for a day it is probably an ok hotel to just fall asleep overnight otherwise I definitely would not recommend to stay there and doubt I’ll be back any time soon also

Breakfast was horrible. They had no warm food as they warmers have been broken for awhile as per note. They had no juice, syrup or individual milk. Milk was only for cereal. Coffee tasted like they hadn't cleaned the coffee maker in years and butter was frozen that it wouldn't melt on a pancake. When walking into the room it had a weird smell. No AC in the elevator. Front desk would walk away and take forever to come back.

The hotel room itself was clean and tidy. No issue there however the breakfast was terrible. Coffee machine was broken, no warmers to warm the food, and no milk or waffle mix at 7:30 Am. Very unfortunate when traveling with kids and you count on a free breakfast to be included in your stay.

We were surprised the king room was a suite and it was a regular room- having the sofa was really Nice. One of the best things was the hotel served real scrambled eggs for breakfast not those fake jelloey eggs you often see. Just there for the night
