Check in went smooth, but people were everywhere in the lobby with trash on the floors. Room was nice, and comfortable. Breakfasts were good. Nice fitness center. Plenty of parking. Very nice restaurant across the street, with delivery also. Only downside was the music venue across from the parking lot that had live bands and it is very loud if you have a room facing the parking lot.

Comfortable beds. Generally quiet area in spite of being close to highway. Lots of breakfast selections. Easy parking. Workout facility needs attention; there were no towels, wipes or drinking cups the 2 mornings I went there

Work out gym was 80 degrees. Thermostat locked and no key. Pool not heated. House keeper only upon request if she even shows up. Cold breakfast and not enough for everyone. On the a positive page, Kevin (assistant manager) went out of his way and came to our room with towels and a peace offering for the miscommunication. Front desk staff helpless to resoving issues and using the excuse of,"I'm the only one here".

This was a very nice, clean and updated property. The service was very good and we enjoyed the bar in the evening time. The only complaint I have is that breakfast is not long enough on weekdays, and it is taken down for too early. I came down at 8:40 and they were already not refreshing the eggs as it was close to closing time. Food should be refreshed until the service ends. This was frustrating and I hope it gets addressed.

Ants in the room and outside by the pool. Dead bird on chair outside by the pool. House cleaning came the last day of our 5 day stay after numerous requests. Breakfast was okay, but after first morning didn’t go back. The bed was comfortable. Probably not going to return.

This property looks really nice. The A/C doesn’t work too well. Had to put thermostat on 65* to get comfortable. I sneezed all night from the dust on the window ledge. The dust was thick enough for me to write my name in it. Overall, the property looks nice and staff was friendly!

The room had ants in the bathroom. The noise in the room from rooftop air conditioners, surrounding outside construction and bar close by was excessive. The toilet stopped working. We will not go back.

I was disappointed with the condition of the shower curtain and shower stall in general; it was unacceptably dirty. The shower curtain should have been replaced before we were given our keys. The floor (carpeting) was not vacuumed; I repeatedly picked up the previous guests hair.

We liked the location. The door to our room was loud and could barely get it open. The lock to the bathroom did not work. Found 2 roaches in our room. Took pictures and videos of everything.

It was a nice hotel and we enjoyed our short stay very much. The breakfast was good (for hotel food) and the room size wonderful. Having that extra sitting area is so nice. There was not a room number on our outside of our room which was confusing for everyone.

It was a really nice hotel an the staff was very helpful an friendly. The AC was broken an maintenance was sick so the offered us 2 box fans for extra air due to me not wanting to switch rooms so late an i had decorated for my ladies nite out. I would highly recommend this hotel an i will be going back.

Rooms were clean. Beds and facilities were clearly either new or well-maintained. The bathroom door was really hard to work with. It was never smooth to open or close and the lock took Herculean strength for me, 28m, to twist into place. I was always super scared I would break the door trying to lock the darn thing. Facility was good overall but the front desk was almost never manned. Also, there were no water bottles in the rooms and the hotel staff was never at the front desk to sell (because the only ones available were for sale) me any. I didn’t realize that water was so difficult to come by. Breakfast had no hot chocolate. Not the end of the world but typically it’s something that is provided at other hyatt locations. In the roughly 30 seconds during my stay that the staff was at the front desk, they were always very helpful. Great people, just no presence. And somehow the whole “even if you are willing to pay $3.50 for water, we’re not even here to sell it to you” thing left a really poor taste about this experience overall so please understand I am a little salty. Water would’ve helped that, though. Just saying.

Mostly okay. I don’t think the fridge in the room ever got cold enough. HATE the frosted glass in the bathroom door- it lets out all the light which interrupts another person’s sleep if someone has to make a potty trip in middle of the night. Friendly service, and the room was clean.

Kelly at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was so accommodating and helpful with places to eat and things to do. She had to take care of the front desk, answered phones, food while even managing to bartend on her own and she did such a great job of tending to everyone’s needs. She was very personal and friendly and we would highly recommend others to stay just for Kelly’s hospitality.

Check in was so smooth and easy. Faith was amazing. Extremely nice and personable. She genuinely cared about our experience and we felt it. Rooms are spacious. Dining area has some really good food options at a good price. Fantastic stay

We booked our room via Expedia 10 days in advance. After we drove with our 2 kids three hours to the property to check in it was 11:30p. They then informed us that despite the reservation, they weren’t going to give us a room because they gave it to someone else. They never called or texted us nor did they help relocate us. They dumped the whole oversell problem onto Expedia, stating that it they had pinged Expedia earlier to tell us. They said that roughly 8 other people were in the same boat that day, including an elderly couple that arrived at 10p and two people who hadn’t checked in yet (and whom they hadn’t bothered informing either.) I would not recommend this hotel.

Staff was phenomenal, went above and beyond. Room was extremely clean and well taken care of. Complimentary breakfast was excellent, one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. Will definitely stay again. Recommended

I liked that this hotel was close to the Cedar Park shopping center. I went to Target multiple times, less than 5 minutes drive away. Lots of shopping and dining options in that same shopping area. We went to No. 1 Boba over there, it was good. Easy access to 183 from the hotel, but you don’t hear all of the highway traffic. It also felt safe because it’s outside of Austin, but you can still get downtown in 20ish minutes. Did not see many transients or unhoused in this area. I also liked that the hotel had complimentary antacids and other otc medications in the lobby. The pool was nice, though we had to ask for towels to be stocked a couple times. I also enjoyed the bar and dining options in the hotel. The ability to cast my streaming platforms from my phone to the hotel room TV made it feel like home, because I didn’t miss any of my shows. The room was pretty warm when I first got there, but did cool down after several hours and stayed cool. The hallways were very warm. All staff were very friendly and welcoming.

While the location of the hotel is ideal with close proximity to shops and restaurants, it is also across the street from a live music venue. So if you plan on staying here on a Friday or Saturday night, be prepared to hear live music and booming bass all the way into your hotel room all night long!

I’ll always stay here when I see a show at the Haute Spot across the street. An easy walk. Comfortable rooms, affordable, easy. Nice lobby area for gathering with friends.

I really enjoyed my stay here as it was my first tike in Texas. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Location was very safe. A nice venue that played live music across the street. Convenient to downtown. Breakfast was yummy and great variety to choose from. They had frittatas (both w meat and veggie options), waffles, bagels, sausage, fruit, oatmeal, different milks, teas and coffees. Great restaurants and bar options for dinner in surrounding area. I would consider moving to the area.

The breakfast buffet had so many options and was very convenient for us, as we were relying on family members to drive us on this trip. The buffet had a lot of variety of hot dishes, with a channging menu each day. Recommend, especially for families. The hotel has an outside venue across the street which ended its concerts early enough to not interfere with sleeping. The staff here was so friendly and efficient. The location is great, adjacent to 1980 Ranch off 183A and New Hope Dr. I will stay here again and recommend it to others.

Our first stay at this location. Across the street from Haute Spot concert venue. Just walked over. Lobby clean, lots of seating with free breakfast in the morning. Staff friendly, really cared.
