The hotel was nice and clean, and close to the highway. It felt new, or at least recently refurbished. I asked for two joined rooms for my family, and they worked with me to be sure I got them. The pool was chilly but clean, aside from some leaf debris. Breakfast is included but it was basic, just waffles and toast, and coffee. We ended up going elsewhere for protein.

Hotel was fantastic! Clean rooms. Pool needed to be cleaned a little but it wasn’t awful. Service was great. Front desk staff was super friendly! Area surrounding the hotel was sketchy but I felt safe inside the hotel!

Hotel looks clean from outside, well lit parking lot. Best location! Front door faces fhe backs of an ihop & Texas Roadhouse, an large conveinet store/gas station an direcrly behind is a waffle house & several stores. Literally everything walking distance! Hotel is being renovated which I did not mind. Check in & check out was a breeze! Room was muggy but ac turned on an cleared that quick, beds were very comfortable! Bathroom was clean. It was a quick stay just one night. Felt safe with our kids. Breakfast was coffee juices an Tx shaped waffles. Will stay again!

It smells like mildew and mold outside and inside the room. Pool is merky, cant see much under the water, even steps. Smoking inside pool area, making it unsafe for others especially kids.

The motel is being updated, there were people working in the hallways. There are several restaurants nearby, IHOP, Texas Roadhouse, Tacos and a Bar and Grill. Gas Stations on on both sides of 820. The hotel is easy to access, just off of 820 on Beach Street. The rooms are spacious.

The hotel is undergoing renovations so there is some older rooms that are not perfect. They are currently updating all the rooms. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my concerns. The breakfast bar is limited but the coffee in the mornings is awesome. the location is covenant to the interstate and to eateries and nightlife. The parking lot was well lit and although I was concerned about the safety for my car it turns out I was over thinking it. They have a fair selection of vending machine options that can satisfy a quick fix if hungry or thirsty. Plenty of hot water in a well designed bathroom.

The sheets were tore up, they didn’t have an extra pillows. Breakfast was not breakfast. The whole room smelled like mildew. The beds were super uncomfortable.

This hotel was infested with roaches they were in the bed the shower all on the floor and we even ended up moving twice before we received a room that didn't have them. Sad because the staff was polite and the hotel didn't look bad.

From the moment my daughter and I got there, it was just a terrible experience all together. I couldn't believe this motel had a 7.8 rating because it belongs far lower than that. Cockroaches plagued the bathroom, cigarette burns in the sheets and top blanket, damaged bathroom door and broken doorknob, paper thin walls of what I am to believe was a couple screaming at the top of their lungs at each other, A/C leaked if on for to long, flickering lights in bathroom, dirty floors, non-existent "breakfast" as of 9am when myself and my daughter went to see what they had. As nice as the gentleman working the counter overnight was at first during check-in, he lied to me about the motel being fully booked when I told him all the issues I had in our room and I'd look to switch rooms. It wasn't until I brought up my daughter could have seizures due to the bathroom lights flickering was it then all the sudden he found a vacant room for us almost immediately. Worst motel experience I've had bar none. I will never recommend it.

Stayed here for two nights. The room was clean. A few things looked outdated and needed update. The whole hotel smelt very much like marijuana, but somehow our room didn't, otherwise we would have left and went somewhere else. The breakfast was terribly pathetic and disappointing. All the had to chose from, was a waffle with syrup, or a piece of bread that you could toast and only grape jelly as a topping. So I was disappointed in that. Overall our stay was fine though. Just know you'll get what you pay for here.

The hotel is nice for the price. The staff was very nice. The clientele were not great. This hotel sits in an area nestled between a nice area and an industrial area. This should be fine but the hotel is overrun with pot smokers. Half the top floor is dedicated to smoking rooms. Those rooms were so heavily smoked in that the whole hallway was filled. The smoke seeped under the doors of the non-smoking rooms. The sheets used in the non-smoking rooms looked like swiss cheese because of the burn marks in them. Get NEW SHEETS! We put towels under the door, opened the window, and the clerk gave us some air freshener. Second floor smelled fine. Don't stay on the third floor! Hotel was completely booked so we could not move. Was there a hash bash going on in Ft Worth this weekend that we didn't know about because the people standing in the parking lot were sure having a good time too. Who are these people and how do they pay for these hotels?

They are doing interior renovations and there are no carpets but newer flooring in the rooms which is great. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are decent. Every night between 10:30 and 11:00 we had to call the front desk as the people upstairs had their children running back and forth. So you may want to consider a room on the second or third floor. They're continental breakfast consisted every single day of only waffles and white toast. They truly need to expand the continental breakfast with some cereals, fruit and other items. Would stay here again

If my grandmother were still alive, it’s the kind of place. She would have called a real dump. The breakfast was nothing like what was shown in the pictures. All they had was waffles and burnt coffee, incredibly noisy in every room, both through the ceiling and the walls. Terrible.

Very clean room. Clean bathroom. Negatives: refrigerator didn't work, clerk kept promising to replace...never did. I had to make trips to the ice machine. Bathroom had a horrid odor, couldn't find the source, bathroom was immaculate.

My stay was great. Other than my love for food I wish their continental breakfast served more than waffles and toast maybe some fresh fruit muffins maybe donuts or cereal. Other than that, this day was pleasurable. I requested towels every night with no issues in my bed turned down every day and my request were made with no issues. The staff was very respectful and kind. They even spoke Spanish. I don’t even speak Spanish and I’m Mexican..

You get what you pay for. I saw 3 roaches on my first day. (1 in the lobby, 2 in my room) The front desk people were not eager to help in any way. When I told the front desk person that I was having problems with the clothes dryer, he said “keep trying”. This place is only ok if you’re on a strict budget.

Plenty of eating options a quick 2-5 min walk from hotel. Hotel is located in the Stockyards area of Ft Worth, so you will be taking freeways to go anywhere. Area seemed safe although there were some transients in the area. Staff was very nice and breakfast… the toast and Texas waffles… delish! Not at all bad for the price. We even jumped in the pool… refreshing!

Our room was clean. As far as safety, we definitely did not feel safe. There were crackheads camping out in the parking lot the entire weekend. I believed they were staying in the hotel also. Definitely do not recommend staying here especially with children.

Only one major complaint. Breakfast. Sorry its no breakfast. Its unhealthy snacks! Coffee mediocre. Juice says orange but its not. No fruit. No protein...not even boiled eggs. Otherwise. The rooms are clean. They woman cleaning do the best they can. This was the very first place since leaving Canada, i found to be worth staying in. I saw no bugs or evidence of them. The building was being maintained. Its noisy here. Highway. Noisy guests with truck's. I would actually consider staying again. But please. Get some real food. Not junk food. Thank you

Overnight stay. no issues, ground floor rooms have been renovated. Could improve on breakfast items. Only Waffles and toast. Other Super 8's we've stayed at offered hot breakfast, cereal, yogurt, fruit. IHOP within a short walk, other eateries close-by on N. Beach. Easy access to interstate.

Everything about this day was comfortable, and all of my request were met. The only thing I would recommend on the property is adding to their continental breakfast with maybe some fruit some cereal or muffins. The only thing that they serve is waffles.
