The pool was absolutely disgusting! You can tell it had not been cleaned in that area in a while… the dirt in and around the pool so many dead bugs! I’ve been here before and it was way better.

My husband and I checked in Thursday and checked out Sunday. That’s 3 nights and 4 days. Not one time did we have housekeeping even after we asked twice. It’s was my husband and I and we were only give 1 wash 1 hand and 1 body towel each for the whole visit even when I asked several times. I had to go speak with someone to get towels and then they sent housekeeping to get them. She wasn’t aware that I had asked for them or I spoke Spanish and she started talking bad about me asking for extra towels. She had nothing to say when I chimed in the conversation. They had “hot breakfast” but eggs and sausage were cold. Bed was hard and pillows were small flat and hard as well. Definitely not going back. Oh yeah the elevator was broken for 2 days also.

Very nice hotel. We were there for 4 days and breakfast options were always the same, it would have been nice to have a couple of different food choices each day. The pool was freezing cold.

I was able to check in early, rooms seemed clean but the drain from the tub would randomly get clogged for a few mins then be good after a few. And I also thought the indoor pool would be a bit warmer but the water was ice cold. Good breakfast tho and clean rooms. Gas station is right beside it for some midnight snacks.

Nice property, but the elevator was out for part of our stay, so a second elevator would have been nice to have, especially for those with mobility issues. Other than that, the place was nice and breakfast was good.

Paper thin walls, i could hear everyone from all surrounding rooms. It's a very nice Hotel with all the amenities, I just can't understand why they didn't sound proof the rooms better. Fortunately by 10 p.m. most of the guests quieted down so i could do what i came there to do.....Sleep!

Had 2 queen with sofa room. Room was large. Beds very comfortable. Does not look as new as the pictures make it look but still nice. Water pressure is terrible. There is road construction around that makes it a little difficult to maneuver. Buc-ee’s across the interstate was nice. Some restaurants nearby.

The property was very new and in excellent condition. I was on 4th floor. Water pressure was not very strong and took a while for hot water. Location is good. Affordable place for anyone using DFW.

I was in town for work and needed somewhere to stay that was close to the office. This location was great, my check-in was super easy and the gentleman who helped me was so nice and helpful. My room was great, clean, and quiet. You would have thought I was the only person on my floor, I knew I wasn't, but it was so nice to stay somewhere and get a great night of rest before a full day of work. This will be my go-to when I am in town for work.

Property was presentable upon arrival. We stayed there for 5 nights and had housekeeping come once and only to give us new toilet paper and new towels. No beds made, no room cleaned, no bathroom cleaned. Bit disappointing

Breakfast was pretty good, room was very nice and clean! Stayed for 4 days and the first day our towels provided were wet and had to ask for new ones. second day they picked up our towels and provided fresh towels. 3rd day they did not come by and pick up our dirty towels or provide clean ones and we had to ask for new ones, as well as more toilet paper. 4th day same as 3rd. Still had all of our towels from day 2 and still no new towels and had to go down and ask for clean ones. They did give us half a day refund since we left on day 5 instead of day 6. Front desk attendants and staff were very nice and friendly. Just could’ve been better room service for our stay!

I had a reservation with Expedia from 27th of November until the 7th of December. I called ahead and told them I wasn’t going to be there on the 27th but I was going to be there on the 28th. I was told I would still get charged and that was okay. When I got there they had lost my reservation because they “had a system upgraded” they said I could still keep my same rate. But they didn’t book me for the rest of my trip I had to extend every night I stayed there and was charged even more money. I’m very upset and I will never go back to this location. I was supposed to have a reservation for 5 days and I didn’t I only had it for one day. I was charged extra every single day over 150$. Im so tired of this crap I’m here for work and I’ve had so many problems.

I waited at the from desk for over 15 minutes to check in. The desk employee had placed a sign that she had to walk away and would be back soon. After waiting for 10 minutes, I tried to call the front desk number thinking someone would come to answer the phone. But no one should up.

I arrived to checkin and found out after paying the elevators were broken. Stairs are not fun on vacation. The bed spread was dirty with undetermined stains. Breakfast was very limited.

Hotel was clean and modern. One strange thing was that breakfast didn't start until 7:00a.m. Most places start at 6:00 or 6:30. 7:00 is too late if you need to get on the road. Definitely a ding against.

Our visit was okay. The breakfast was very minimal and not very appealing. The sausage and eggs were stored in plastic containers. Also, after it rained the night before, there were several leaks in the breakfast eating area.

Breakfast is ughhhhhhhhhhh I’ve stayed at many la Quinta’s and this breakfast was one of the worst. Never have I seen only 1 waffle maker and it was a barely working waffle maker. It didn’t have a timer and it was loose and there was a weird bucket of water under it so twice it slipped and that nasty water splattered. The eggs are not real and very wet and the rest of the options were pretty similar to other basic places. The pool was nice but a little too cold for me to get in. I wish they had a hot tub but kids still enjoyed having a pool. Everything else was pretty good. LOVED the cute teal office chairs and great desk for work
