The property was well kept, the room was excellent, and the employees were very helpful with the mix-up of my booking, I was very upset and so frustrated but the gentleman at the desk was so very helpful. I was disappointed that the pool was closed, and they wanted you to go to the building next door to use the pool there. I have a handicap son and the reason I chose this hotel was because of the lift in the pool, he was looking forward to this, but it was inconvenient for him to go in his wheelchair to another building.

They don't get trash or replace towels. Alot of places don't replace towels or empty trash for you until you trip is over: this would be one of those placed. The room service is only before you get there and when you leave. At least getting the trash each day and getting new towels each day would have helped a lot. The breakfast was good. Fresh eggs and real meat. Not artificial eggs from powder. The hot tub was broke. The pool was pretty dirty

Pool and hot tub were very dirty and unsanitary and the breakfast options were the same every day for the entire week we were there. The room we had was a king suite and it was nice.

The hotel was under construction but they were very respectful and didn’t make too much noise early in the morning or late in the evening. We were very disappointed that the pool was closed. That would have been nice to know before booking our room. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly.

Otherwise ok but pool was not cleaned in months... very very dirty. Breakfast so so... Room big and clean, clean lobby , enough parking. Very ok for the price except the pool issue. I swan once but it did not feel good as the especially the bottom and also water looked so dirty

We had dirty old coffee cups in our room the towels were dirty , the sleep sofa was dirty. The Elevator was not working.

Stay was based on property having a hot tub and pool. Neither were cleaned and useable. Staff said both would be cleaned and useable in two days. Both closed the entire time.

The elevator wasn't working while I was there. Found out about it at check in. Overall though, it's a nice place.

Loss if water! No phone call on the situation. Alarms going off. Had to go to fas station from water issue. Paint smells odor. Remodeling not very well blocked. Material everywhere. Limited free breakfast stopping before time. Elevator failure

No hot water to my sink or tub, the pool and hot tub were covered in cigarettes butts and leave, cloudy and unusable, the workout room was horrible.

Heater didn’t work on last night I was there. Asked to have someone come look at it and I was told there was no one there that could do that. Took pictures of two roaches crawling on the wall in my room. Reported this to the front desk was not even offered a refund.

everything was wrong. terrible stay. mold in the bath. shower head broken. toilet clogged

The hotel is roach infested and should be bulldozed

I walked into my room and immediately went to potty. I flushed the toilet and it started overflowing. I wanted to wait for a couple of flushes before I rang the alarm bell. It in fact was clogged. We were told it would be fixed immediately & after waiting for hours someone came and unclogged the toilet but no one was there to clean up. So yeah it was gross. The shower has no water pressure whatsoever. It felt like you were at a beach shower and you had to push the button and you only had so long before the water just stopped and you had to push the button like repeatedly? Yeah that’s the type of shower this was like. The couch is a nice touch, IF it were clean! That thing was disgustingly gross. I wouldn’t let me or anyone I care about sit on that thing. I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned before. Gross. Just gross. I have stayed at multiple comfort suites but this one was by far just nasty. I do not recommend.

The sheets had black spots on them the tub was dirty. The floor had stuck gum/ candy on it. The room had a horrible smell. The elevator stopped working and when my spouse said something the staff said”It will be okay”

Really clean room

Appear to be very unconcerned when I advise them that there were cockroaches in my room. 3 to be exact.

Beautiful, very clean hotel. Everything was pristine staff was very friendly smelled so good in there. our room was so clean and perfect. Very modern up-to-date very comfortable bed. AC works amazing room was a 10 of 10.

I want start off saying I travel for work, have stayed in many “budget friendly hotels” and am usually not a complainer but this is one I’ll be taking high up than a review and hope I can save someone the complete discomfort and money. This place was just a cover up for being absolutely TERRIBLE. The pictures give it a modern look but the floors are all uneven and the smell when you walk in is immediate mold and mildew. Staff was unfriendly (whatever you don’t get paid enough) and the card to get in hardly worked half the time. Despite this, I decided to look past it for the sake of the price and location but then when we got to our room the bathroom smelled so awful I couldn’t even use it. I truly don’t think the carpet had been swept (found hair, dirt, and toe nail clippings) and when I say you could feel the hole sags under the lament I mean I was nervous if I stepped wrong, we would literally puncture a hole (and in the hallways there were a few spots someone already had). But here’s where I draw the line: BUGS. Not like ants but 3 big spiders, a huge cricket (like where did even come from cause it was HUGE) and not to mention a total of 13 COCKROACHES that we killed. Who knows how many others. They are german cockroaches that are easy to transfer and VERY hard to get rid of so terrified to bring our luggage inside. When brought to their attention, not even a sorry but saying “there’s nothing we can do” and “not usually a problem” DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

The hotel was dirty, the sofa had stains all over it. The shower had hair stuck on the walls from the previous person that took a shower. Not clean!

First the breakfast was mediocre. First day no eggs and waffle maker broken. Second day, limited food. Ate out. Room was hot.

Ac didn’t work the bed was as hard a a rock, the commode filled up, the pillows were bad.

My room's upper door latch was broken. The bed's mattress was hard as a rock. Staff tried to remedy, but, the second bed in a different room was essentially the same. Hardly had any staff members at the front desk for questions. The overhead music in the lobby/first floor area where guest rooms were nearby was much to loud at 11 pm. Room was big. Breakfast was fairly good!

Our room was in a terrible state. The flooring was soft in spots and stained everywhere else. The couch was covered in stains and had no bedding for it (so I could cover it to sit on), not that you could see the tv from it as the only one was directed in front of 1 bed. The shower looked half done, had boot prints on the wall, and did not get hot. It was bad enough that we left a day early and paid for a new hotel. Breakfast was ok, but cannot be taken to room and the seating was very limited.

Got there about 10:45 at night. Took 3 try’s to get a room with a working AC unit. Room I did settle for had hair in the shower. Door to the room caught on the carpet so it didn’t open all the way. Sink had stains in it. Not a great experience overall.

Aside from a few minor issues such as the TV not working, no cold water in the sink - you either got hot or boiling, missing breakfast due to it ending at 9:00 but Expedia displaying the end time as 9:30 and a lack of food for multiple people on day 2 / people waiting for food (arriving before 9) and staff telling guests they won’t be putting more out. This hotel was comfortable and quiet and in a convenient location.

The rooms were ok. The bed was very uncomfortable.

It was clean for the most part but I dont think the room I booked had been checked . There was a tiny baby roach crawling on my bed. One small dead roach that had been there a while. Toilet was clogged probabably because the room hadnt been booked in awhile. It was clean besides those incidents. Front desk was very responsive to the toilet problem. Had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was decent.

I had paid for my stay prior to arriving and when checking in I was told I needed to pay a 50.00 deposit and it would be returned at check out. I have never encountered this before.

This hotel was fantastic. The beds are so comfortable. The hotel was so quiet and the hotel staff was amazing. Tom was the best. I called him to come to my room several times to help me out and he came every single time. He didn't seem to get frustrated or anything. He was there every time I requested. We also had a few laughs. Thanks so much Tom you was spectacular. My stay was wonderful 👍

Very nice hotel and staff was helpful.

Average hotel. Hotel is shprt staffed. Had to wait 15-20 minutes to check in. Nobody at front desk with a note that they are busy with another guest. If you properly staff your business then this would not happen. $100 deposit at check in is ridiculous! If you pay cash they immediately refund it at checkout but was unexpected and very inconvenient.

We stay for 3 days.we didn’t see the room service . And they did a mistake for charging us twice for upgrade .

Waffles House was very close by Texas Roadhouse just lots of places don't have to travel to far away

Did not care for all the homeless folks around the property. Felt like i had to watch car

Area felt unsafe. They tried to update and modernize rooms and lobby but every hallway had security doors and lobby did as well. While one can so they we proactive with security, for which I agree, but at same time it felt like the area may have been tough too. We weren't there long enough to determin if it was high crime or not

Not too bad of a hotel for the price. Check in was relatively easy. Its close to the airports so you get to hear and see everything in the sky. That was the best part of the trip tbh

Great location next to Texas Roadhouse. Entire 1st floor was under construction, I would not of Reserved if I had known. Crackheads hanging out in parking lot & looking into cars. Very scary because I had my 2 Great Grandkids with me. Desk clerk was not a people person. Lovely lady was taking care of breakfast buffet. I’m going back to Fort Worth next week & I will stay somewhere else.

We had to eat when we got there to check in. Understaffed. We got to our room. No phone and the trim was coming off in the bathroom. The curtains were filthy and the bed creaked every time we moved. The elevator broke at some point so we had to go down a flight to send it to the 3rd floor. We walked to dinner and there were homeless people all over the place. Police siren throughout the night too. Did not feel safe at all. Other people were yelling in the halls and being very disrespectful. Not happy with our stay. Couldn’t wait to get out of there!!!!

The parking lot had trash all over it. There were people smoking weed at the pool. A man was masterbating in his car. We reported it. The next morning while walking my dog there were several people sleeping in their vehicles in the parking lot. Water was running out of the wall around the shower head. The carpet was wet. And the elevator smelled as if it were burning.

Elevator had a strong cigarette odor. Kids filled the hotel were crying and screaming. Also was not a variety of items for breakfast

Pros: Check in was easy, the pool was nice and clean. They had an elevator. Cons: The bedding was white so unfortunately i could see every rust colored stain on it, the curtains had water damage stains (thankfully i wasnt there when it was raining), the pullout bed was absolute garbage(holes and stains gallore), and housekeeping came to my door once, 8am on the day I was leaving.

Continental free breakfast was way too early and ended too early 6am-9am is not ideal for everyone. WiFi was out for the 3 nights I stayed for. Side door was not locked, unsafe anyone can walk in.

Breakfast hours are seven days a week 9 AM 6 AM to 9 AM. Most hotels serve breakfast epic later hours on the weekends. Also there was no hot sauce or salsa. I understand Naz seasoning, the eggs or potatoes, but having only salt and pepper and ketchup is kind of boring for texting.

One of the main reasons we booked the hotel was the free breakfast. The day we were checking out, breakfast was not available. Other than that, the stay was great
