It’s disheartening to select a specific hotel and specific location for its amenities only to find that the pool and hot tub were closed and under construction. It’s also misleading to post pictures of a fully stocked gym only to find five treadmills with no bench and two to three pairs of dumbbells.

First, the advertisement was misleading and false The description of the property said it has a pool and Jacuzzi, but what they don’t tell you is that it doesn’t work and they’re getting rid of it. Secondly, the wallpaper had so much chemicals on it, you could only tell the original design in one corner of the wallpaper The sliding door was barred shut The bed was OK, but the TV was on the fritz and started with a good screen and then quickly went to a digitized scatter screen The concierge told me that they would give me a discount because of the hot tub not working, which was one reason I chose that hotel But I came to find out he did not. Upon leaving, I mentioned that to The girl at the desk and she gave me a four dollar a day discount How exciting

Good rooms, very nice fenced parking, small fridge and the entry to the room a bit tight between the bed and the desk furniture. The gym needed a lot of attention. More free weights, a bench and some mats at least. The pool area was nice but the jacuzzi thing was dirty and the area was fenced off.

The toilet in my room wouldn’t flush with the handle (had to lift the tank lid) The nightstand between the beds was all chewed up @ the corners (like an animal had been knawing at it) The ice machine did not work.

We like this hotel because it provides a gated parking lot and is within walking distance to a local Kroger. We don’t like this hotel because I found bugs hidden under the wasted towels in the bathroom. The room is not exactly very clean.

So dirty, the sheets had pee stains, the toilet was stained & had dried pee stains on the sides and not cleaned. i told the front desk and they didn't even solve it until midnight even though i checked in at 3pm. i had to tell them a second time until they finally send someone. they gave me new sheets but didn't even take the old ones off & put the new ones on. My husband had to put the sheets on and the person who came to the room just wiped the toilet with a rag, they didn't actually clean all the pee on the outside of the toilet that was dripping on the outside. they couldn’t compensate me or do anything to help, a new room wasn't offered either. it was very disappointing.

We were given one of the worst rooms on the property - too many access points for a family, large gap under the door which could allow the roaches, mosquitoes and other bugs easy access to the room. The bathroom was old, dingy and dirty. The remodel was like putting lipstick on a pig. I do not recommend this hotel, especially if you bundle your hotel in a package.

When we arrived, we were informed the elevator was broken. They accommodated us on the 2nd floor. Thankfully, we were not traveling with anyone that could not climb the stairs, so this was not that big of a deal- it happens. The most dissatisfying portion was that when we got to the 2nd floor, it was noticeably warm in the hallways. This should have been a clue because it was almost as warm in our room. Despite trying to adjust the temperature, it never got below 78 degrees in our room. The AC was clearly not working, and the room was relying on the fan blowing only. Didn't sleep well because of how warm it was. Was just ready to leave in the morning. Thankfully, we had only planned for one night stay as could not have stayed a second night like that

Room had an odor upon arrival, toilet was unappealing due to hard water stains inside. Shower water was not hot, (Luke warm at best). The TV had volume issues, sometimes no sound, to blasting loud in the middle of watching. Parking gate only worked on one side, and elevator stopped working, and were on the top floor. The staff was very helpful though, and made adjustments to offset issues.

We spent the weekend here and it was a comfortable stay! It was conveniently next door to Krogers, which was walking distance. So many stores and restaurants close by. The staff was nice and pleasant upon arrival. The room was clean, and the sheets were clean! My only complaints about the stay: The fee to park everyday. Maybe this is a new thing but its ridiculous to pay to park, and its wasnt full or sold out so it was just an unnecessary expense in my opinion. The water pressure was so weak, im big on my shower time.. so that bothered me. No access to a microwave in the room. Although they had one in the lobby, it waa just an inconvenience. Overall it was a comfortable stay!

My friend and I had a terrible stay. When we arrived very late at night and tired we were hit with a very strong gas smell. We were concerned and asked the front desk host and he laughed it off like it was normal. We slept with out balcony door open scared it would be an explosion.

No one was to be found when I arrived and another group waiting to check in informed me that their check in system was down. Once someone finally came back to the front desk, I inquired about how long something like this typically takes and they had no answer. My son and I waited almost an hour and a half to check into our room. When we received a room key, we went up the the second floor to the assigned room and noticed a bag of trash sitting next to the door. I tried the key and handle several times and the sensor kept flashing red. My son and I trekked back to the front desk to ask them to reset the key and the gentleman who helped us seemed very inconvenienced. We were assigned to a different room where a giant cockroach on the ceiling greeted us. Otherwise, the room was decently clean and the pool was nice. Besides the evening staff, everyone else over the next two days was very kind and helpful.

When we checked in, we were given a room that was not clean. We went up and waited patiently we were not rude. When the lady came out we said thank you, Gracias. Nothing was said to us, then they come back and knocked on the door and acted like we’re gonna have to leave the room. they may say they didn’t but they did. and we were just wondering why the attitude was that we did something wrong….I know mistakes can be made, but it was not handled well at all

Last minute trip and decided to stay here. Front desk was very friendly and explained everything. Once she realized my room was on the side that the door wasn't working she changed our room to the other side of the hotel so I wouldn't have to go all the way around which I really appreciated. There is a 6.50 charge for parking which is fine BUT, I wasn't told there would be 2 separate charges for incidentals and 10.00 for parking, When the $10 charge came through at almost midnight I called front desk and the clerk at that time had no idea why I was charged. The next morning at check out I brought it up and I'm assuming a manager explained there are 2 separate charges which is fine but I wish I would've been made aware so I wouldn't have freaked out that my card was being charged twice. My thinking was it wouldve been taken out of the incidentals since I wasn't told there was a separate charge and it didnt get taken out at check in.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this Marriott hotel. Upon check-in, the manager displayed an appalling lack of professionalism. She was on her phone, clearly disinterested in assisting me, and when I tried to address a concern, she began yelling at me in front of another family checking in. This public display of rudeness was not only humiliating but completely unacceptable for a hospitality establishment. The situation escalated when I inquired about a late checkout. Instead of handling my request politely, the manager yelled at me, threatening to charge my card extra fees. Her tone and aggression were shocking, and she even screamed in front of other customers that I am never allowed at any Marriott hotel again. This behavior is beyond unprofessional and reflects very poorly on the Marriott brand. I have never encountered such rude and hostile treatment from hotel staff. The manager’s actions were uncalled for and left me feeling upset and disrespected. I expect much better from Marriott and will be reconsidering my loyalty to this hotel chain in the future.

The front office manager "Mrs Pies" is an absolute rude woman, we arrived to the hotel an hour before check in and I we wanted to know where the restrooms were and she interrupted my question with a " Check in is at 3" high voice if could cancel my booking at that moment ive would it done it. She was being rude to every guest that entered the building. The hotel is clean but old, the elevator wants to move before the door closes, the ice machines on one side of the building do not work, the ac was really loud. Would not recomend and would not stay again.

We didn’t even have a room key! We were given no warning before our stay and I even called to confirm our stay. Their WHOLE system was down and we had to be escorted to our room anytime we wanted to get in it was a nightmare try to go anywhere. We couldn’t park inside the locked gate because we didn’t have access without the keycards and it was so unsafe! We had to wait for staff constantly without access to our room. No key card for 2 days and we were in town to show at the rodeo so no time to rebook anything. We need compensation for this.

It is not located in the nicest part of town and there are lots of people walking around, but the parking is gated entry so I felt more safe. Staff was friendly. Elevator was jumpy and bumpy. Phone in room needs an update and the tv is a little small. Large towels but the toiletries need to be filled after check out, my body wash was almost empty. I didn't realize they have a bistro but no free breakfast, my own fault.

The staff are very friendly helpful and the best thing about the hotel is right next to a Kroger grocery store so you never far from getting items you need and just a block away from the beltway which takes you to everywhere in the city within 30 minutes or less
