Online pictures are very misleading. Everything is polished online. It looks very nice and clean. Appears to be updated but when you go in person, it’s totally different. The facility is worn out. It looks so depressing very old we found mold in the bathroom. The bedsheets had stains. The headboard of the bed had stains. The furniture were dirty worn out and it looked like it was in the rain for a while so he got rusted also online it says one king bed body shows you two queen beds in the picture and then when you look at the two queen bed option and the only shows one king bed so the whole thing is just overall bad experience. I did message management about the matter and requesting a full refund and not a partial refund because we left the same day we checked in in less than one hour and they never responded back so that shows you what kind of company management you’re dealing with

Checked in and found out that my bed that I paid for was not available which I had email proving what I paid for and front staff said that I had to take it up with hotels.com and for them to switch it. I was too tired to deal with that mess so I took the room and once I entered my room it was a smell stench of a wet dog and poop smeared on the carpet. I have pictures and I hope that I can upload. I walked back down to the front desk and tow staff and they switched me to another room which still was not a king size bed like I had paid but I still took it. The bathroom light did not work so I had to do the bathroom and take a shower in the the dark. The next morning I went and told the front desk of the light and she said that at 9:00 a.m. maintenance comes in and that they would fix it. That night when I got back into the hotel I bought 11:00 p.m. the smoke alarm was chiming every other 30 seconds and the light to the bathroom was still out. I went down to the front desk and said what was happening so they moved me to another room and once I opened the door again there was smeared poop on the carpet and the room had an odor of urine and also the bed sheets had holes in them. I hope that I can upload them to this review. AC was broken. However I can say one good thing about my experience at this hotel and that's that they had good Continental tasteful breakfast. Overall I give them one star just because of the breakfast everything else was awful.

The property was all out of order this weekend. I asked for a King Suite, when I arrived the lady told me none was available, but that’s not what I BOOKED. That’s the first red flag, then she had us on the third floor where everything was smelly. My room, 316 had roaches and the toilet was leaking all night. I reported it, showed photos, etc. The lady at the front desk took all the information as well as the photos. This was 6am. She still didn’t move us rooms until 1pm after several were already cleaned. She moved us to 421 after several hours of waiting and not being able to use the water. We complained and still nothing was right. We did not stay with a pet but it was dog food left on the floor or the new room as well as the water leakage.

They were overbooked, and the other couple we were with were able to get their room. Theirs was so disgusting that that asked us to get another hotel. We however could not get our room... There was somebody od'ing in the lobby, and after we left an ambulance showed up. 0/10 would not recommend. They didn't even help us find another hotel. Hotels.com has not refunded us.
