The continental breakfast is a lie. It was unwrapped eggos and prepackaged honey buns. The beds were stiff and there wasn’t an actual comforter or cover, just sheets. If you just need a place to sleep go for it but don’t expect comfort or breakfast.

Firstly, the parking lot is a total mess, you have a long narrow lane that you have to back out of. The noisy blowing machine at all hours, and for the FREE breakfast is fine if you only eat corn flakes, didn't even try that. The shower head looks like something from the Psycho movie, when it works. Terrible place to stay, never ever again!!

Abundance of rust on coat hangers, Mini-Fridge, and anything metal in the bathroom area. Floor was very dirty and if you walked barefoot for any amount of time on the linoleum, your feet would turn black from dirt. Bath water when we first arrived came out brown/orange. There was an overall musty smell to the room that had to be mold because the shower curtain did absolutely no blocking of water. A normal shower would leave half the bathroom floor soaking wet and there were gaps between the tub and linoleum, so it's obviously seeping through. We were there 4 of 5 nights booked and left a day early to cut the trip shorter for personal reasons. Good location to be in, but hated being in the room. The online photos look WAY better than in-person. The only reason we stayed at the hotel after hating it was because we didn't want to sink money into a new hotel while going back and forth with management to get a refund, so we just bit the bullet and called it a loss.

I got to my room and it looked clean. I took off my shoes and socks to get ready to shower and then relax after traveling for many hours. I stepped on a dead cockroach. A COCKROACH!! I grabbed all my stuff and got out of that room. I took the dead roach to the front desk and the guy at the desk laughed. I demanded a refund. He tried to offer me another room but I wasn’t staying there. I had to demand that he call a manager even though it was 11pm and give me a refund. Called Hotels.com and they refused to help me get another room. I was 1000’s of miles from home, it was after 11pm and they refused to help me get a room. Absolutely terrible customer care from HOTELS.com.

The inn was just a place to stay for a cheap rate while I attended a concert at NRG. I didn’t expect much and the inn lived up to that. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, found a lot of stray hairs throughout the room, dead flies, tiny spiders. The clean towels had staining. Just didn’t seem very sanitary. Other than that I had no other issues. Staff was decent.

The only complaints that we have was spiderwebs in the corner of a room that obviously should’ve been cleaned long before then and the morning when we were leaving, we saw a roach on the stand under the tv and a roach by the head of the bed by night stand.

Older motel on “medical row”; so noisy at night. I had a fan & a/c on in the room & could still hear street noise. I would stay there again as it was a 10 min walk to NRG Stadium & centrally located. Everything was clean & comfortable just not “pretty”! The price was good.

Shower. Didn’t drain, called the front desk to let them know the people upstairs were making so much noise , they said they would look into it and they did nothing. They were dragging bodies upstairs till 4 am and we had to be up at 6am.

The desk clerk did not greet me upon arrival and refused to let me inside the lobby to complete check-in. I did not enjoy standing in the hot hallway and speaking to him through a thick glass window. He also did not explain what he was doing while i stood and waited. The room itself looks exactly like the pictures but they did not have the AC unit on prior toy arrival so it took a few hours for the room to cool. The room was sufficient for a 3 star establishment.

The most important thing of all is the manager who runs the hotel. He is responsible person who takes every effort to make sure the customers receive the best he can offer him, and, if things aren't right, he'll make sure that anything that needs corrected will be corrected

We stayed during the Houston rodeo. The neighborhood felt run down. We only stayed one night and at one point we swear we heard gun shots. It was a bit scary after dark. We made the mistake of walking back from the NRG to the hotel. Would not recommend as it seemed a bit dicey. The breakfast the following morning was lackluster at best. Cereal and a few sad pieces of fruit. We chose grab food elsewhere.

Property was close enough to NRG to walk and not be a huge ordeal(near side of road was sketchy). Bunch of random people walking and hanging around in parking lot(that are too small as it is), building and surrounding area not really kept up or really even cared about it seems. Inside of rooms was clean and served its purpose. A/c worked well, along with refrigerator. Toilet tank was cracked and glued back together and it ran nonstop . Faucet handles and stuff felt loose and fragile feeling.

We booked our room for Morgan Wallen at the NRG it was perfect walking distance to the stadium and also very accessible to the rideshare. It is a little out dated but definitely great pricing for the rooms. Check in was easy and quick. They were friendly.

Our stay was nice. The outside could use some work, but inside the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and professional. Visited Houston and wanted access to the bayou, Herman Park and the galleria. This was the perfect location. The hotel is very clean. It is the only hotel I have been to in years that provides cleaning service every day. They have a shuttle to the medical center. They have hostess chocolate Donettes in their breakfast! Because of the central location, there was a little traffic noise. I wore ear plugs and had the best sleep there. Beds are comfortable. Staff is all friendly and kind. Will stay again!

This was the cheapest (and only available) hotel in the area for when we needed it. It is old motel style. That being said, we felt safe where we were, the room was clean (although did smell old…but we got used to it after a few minutes), there was a microwave and fridge, and the bed was not uncomfortable. It wasn’t top notch, but we slept fine. Air worked fine. One outlet didn’t work. They offered breakfast but we didn’t eat it. Staff was very nice. We knew when we booked that it was old and cheaper, so we weren’t surprised or mad because it WAS clean and stocked with plenty of towel la and soap. If you’re looking for a budget option for concerts at NRG or need to stay in the medical area, this would do. Walgreens is across the street, and quite a few restaurants are within a block. It is an easy walk to them all. Parking is free, and NRG stadium was about 3 blocks away…maybe a 15 minute walk from the actual stadium itself.

Got to the Hotel and only one of the rooms was available at 1 the next one was available for another hour. They then had to switch us out of room because the tub was stopped up. Not impressed with the breakfast...frozen foods...
