Not that great, elevators didn’t work, and the first night we stayed someone’s truck got stolen from the parking lot and they charged $12 a night for parking on top of room fee and incidentals fee of $50

Great location for Attending an even at NRG. They offered a free shuttle service , which was nice. Except for the 1 elevator that was out. I have no complaints. Good location, Good Price, Everyone that worked there was Super Friendly

Unfortunately there were 6 vehicles which got broken into and there is no security monitoring the parking area and no cameras. The staff couldnt be bothered or concerned. There is a gate for the parking area, but no stopping the thieves. There needs to be more security coverage for this facility.

I am very surprised there are no cameras in the parking structure. Coming into the gated area around 10pm, I witnessed three men in black clothes jumping over the gate FROM the gated parking lot. When I drove in, there were men drinking and conversing from their cars. I dont know what was more uneasy. I reported the incident to the front desk. They informed me they would notify the police.

The property was convenient for the area we needed to stay in. It was a mix of nicer accommodations with the good gym equipment to older hotel problems. Missing remote in gym, lobby area bathrooms a mess but staff was very friendly and great breakfast options.

The attention that the grounds keeper pays to this hotel is phenomenal! He was always visible and handling things. He was checking the cleanliness of the pool, which we greatly appreciated!

Breakfast was better than alot of other hotel breakfasts I've had. Same lady everyday took pride in keeping everything clean and full. 5 day stay for MD Anderson which is close and shuttles offered. Have to come back in December and will definitely stay here again.

Everything was awesome, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean, very quiet, we had very restful nights. The only thing that was very disappointing was the shuttle, we had to call the hotel a couple of times before the driver got the message and we waited over an hour and a have before they picked us up, I think it would be helpful if the driver had a phone we could call directly to him/her would be much much convenient for us especially after being at the hospital for hours. Just something to think about, but do plan to return in 6 months

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, but the rest of this place was filthy. The lobby, the hallways, the elevators (that didn’t work) were all dirty. We had to take the stairs because both elevators were not working. Could not believe this was a Hampton Inn.

I would not stay here again. To start, there was a roach crawling up the bathroom door one night. I killed it and didn’t see another the rest of the stay, but still. Our room smelled weird like old smoke and cleaner had seeped into the carpet. The employees never greeted us when we walked in the lobby whatsoever, and they just seemed annoyed consistently. One evening when we were at dinner I had a question so I called, and I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. Other than those negatives, the lady working breakfast was kind. Housekeeping employees were kind too.

It was a very pleasant and quick check-in however, when we got in later that evening there were roaches in the kitchen area. I have small children so it was too late for me to try and find other accommodations. I would not stay again due to the pest problem

This hotel is in dire need of a deep clean and facelift for the entire interior. Hallways were poorly lit, carpets were a little dingy, floor tiles in the elevator were broken, there were random stains on the hallway walls and in our room, the front desk area was disorganized and dirty, there were food crumbs left on the nightstand in our room, the corner areas and the areas around the baseboards of the room were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in forever. Overall not that great of a stay, it didn’t look or feel clean for the price we paid-I think it would be fine if I hadn’t paid for the hotel but I definitely felt jipped.

This Hampton Inn is located in the medical district and by the NRG center. The hotel definitely needs some updating. The rooms were dated.The elevators were dirty, our sheets had stains. I don't sleep on hotel sheets anyway, but still disgusting. The breakfast area was cleaned and the attendant was nice!

Room was comfortable, just notice so much black dust under and around the air system , restroom not very clean, had spiders on walls . The stay was very convenient as it is close to the hospitals , just expected more cleanness of this Hotel!

Mattress in poor condition and A/C stuggled to keep room cool. Room had damp musty odor - suspect A/C is turned off when unoccupied. Very uncomfortable conditions which interrupted sleep. Expected better quality for the location and price. Have slept better and been more comfortable in economy priced roadside motels.

The Hotel is really nice and clean. We didn't get to try the continental breakfast because I had to be at a hospital at 5 am, so I can't give a review on the food. The a/c unit was very noisy and it took forever for the water to get hot in the shower. I had the handle turned all the way to the hot side. I really like the fact that the hotel has the gated parking area. There are several hotels in the area that don't offer this and if they do charge you extra for parking there. Even though these were issues I would stay at the hotel again.

Really liked having the shuttle to MD Anderson (huge help!) and the Luby's next door. Room was clean and quiet. Couldn't figure out how to lower the blackout curtain, which was disappointing, and the door handle to the room was difficult to turn (really took a lot of force). But those were small issues. Overall, very pleased with the stay and would definitely return again.

I rented a suite with double beds for 3 people so they all had some place to sleep individually for a reason and paid for it over a month in advance. I arrived to to room at 1:30 am on the first night and was told my room was overbooked so they downgraded me to a cheaper room where there was only one bed and a sleeper sofa so one person had to sleep on the floor and told me that it would be expedias problem because they don’t guarantee a room, just a place to stay and offered no other solution

Our Room door was left open by house keeping. Mind you they didn’t even clean the room. When I talked to management they said oh they must have been distracted and didn’t end up cleaning your room. That was not my complaint my complaint was leaving my hotel room door open all afternoon until we returned to find it open.

They sold our room. We called on our way to Houston to ask a question and they said they were sold out when it was booked. I spoke to someone at the hotel 2 different times about our reservation and they confirmed it was there . I was charged by Expedia and I need to be reimbursed

Had a wonderful overnight stay! The staff were amazing and friendly! I needed a ride to the Medical Center and the shuttle had just left. The Manager offered to drive me there in her private car. That goes above and beyond!

We stayed here for a few days to visit our son-in-law who was having proton therapy at MD Anderson. The hotel is very centrally located to several hospitals. It is close to Herrman park (where you can go to the zoo, ride a train, visit museums). It is walking distance from the Houston Texans stadium. There is a Kroger near by for groceries and gas. Clean and quite. Breakfasts were fine and the staff were all very friendly.

We stayed at Hampton Inn near MDA cancer center. We had an easy check in and out , was given a great room, beds were very comfortable, they had a shuttle to MD Anderson that was very convenient! Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. I would Recommend anyone that has appt at MDA to stay here. I would also like to give shout out to the breakfast team they did a wonderful job each day with a great selection. They work very hard !
