We have stayed in Hilton Hampton Inns for many years. This one was easily the most disappointing property ever. It gave off a “Shabby, Unkept & Sleezy” feel about it. The rooms were very much in need of an upgrade, the lobby was non-inviting and it really helps if the water works . . .which it did not. Hard to take a shower or flush the toilet without out water. Terrible experience. In contrast, the very next day, we checked into a stellar Hampton Inn in Pennsylvania. The difference is absolutely astounding and more fitting of a Hilton property.

I did not like that I had to pay for my overnight parking. This was not mentioned at the time I made my reservation. I travel a lot and this was the first time I have ever heard of a hotel having this additional charge!

I needed a hotel by the airport for an early morning flight. This place served its purpose. Not the fanciest but no complaints. Staff was amazing!! So friendly! It’s unfortunate they do not provide an airport shuttle since the airport is only 1 mile away.

Pillows were hard, no towels for 2-3 days we asked over and over again. The pool was green and nasty. Not like the pictures at all. The A/C I’m sure had mold in it.

The power went out at about 2:30pm on January 8th and didn't come back on until 6:30am on the 9th. Also between 1:30pm and 4:30 pm on the 8th, something stole (cut off) the catalytic converter on my son's truck. He had to stay another day and I was told they would discount the rate down to $79. I later checked my card balance and they actually charged me $119.

We moved hotels because we wanted a jacuzzi both hotels from your website both advertised a pool and jacuzzi neither one had a working jacuzzi but this hotel is in better conditions than the holiday inn a lot better

The room was tidy but not thoroughly cleaned. The continental breakfast was awful. No eggs, no bacon, no sausage and no waffles, just watered down juices and packaged biscuits. GROSS!! There were not any towels in the pool area so you have to bring your ONLY two towels from your room. When I called the front desk to bring me more, the lady said for me to come get them because there was no one available to deliver the towels to my room and the cleaning crew was already gone for the day and it was only 3pm. We asked for more toilet paper at the front desk and we were told they only had ONE roll left for the entire hotel. Beds were comfortable and the room was nice and cold.

The mildew from the air conditioning unit was so bad that the smell knocked you out immediately. We slept only three hours in the room and did not shower or use any of the facilities as a result. We just went to the airport and sat in the gate for four hours before our flight left.

When we arrived it was about 4p and I was told that our room wasn’t ready and hadnt been cleaned yet, but they can give us another room that has a pull out sofa (that we didn’t need) and there would be no charge. Once we entered our room my husband immediately noticed that there was mold on the adjoining room door. We presented the complain to the front desk and they graciously gave us another room with any problems. The service was great but the condition of the hotel itself was extremely outdated and probably not up to safety codes with mold in the rooms.

They overbooked so when I arrived I was told there were no rooms available for me. The guy at front desk was not very empathic as I was traveling and it was 11PM. So I had to search for another option to rest. Will not stay at a Hampton Inn or affiliate again.Too many other options.

Out of three rooms only one was available at 3:00PM. The front desk staff took our number and promised to call when the rooms were ready. We checked around 4 and still the rooms were not ready. Then checked around 4:45 and was informed the room are ready, yet we never got a call! The third room given to us was never cleaned and had belongings of another guest. This is beyond scary and acceptable. Finally they changed to a different room. The level of service and the logistics is terrible.

The property was clean, the front desk was knowledgeable and very helpful and courteous. Alex at the front desk went as far as to help me recover my daughters cell phone that she forgot after we left Houston. There was another young lady working with Alex, and I hate that I forgot her name, but seeing that they were short staffed and fully booked because of a professional sport game going on she and Alex helped housekeeping with their duties to make sure everyone got a room on time. I haven’t seen this type of teamwork in a long, long time and was so cool to watch. Thank you, Alex and your peers. We had a very nice stay.

I would not recommend this Hotel! My credit card is have been over charged and have been charged every day since checkout on 07/09/2023 around 11:30 am that morning! The lady that checked us in was on the phone during our checkout and wrote our five rooms down. Told us everything was good and she would check us out! I checked my credit card activity and noticed more charges for another 3/$50 amount $150 was taken from my account on the day of check out hours later! I called to see what’s going on with these extra charges and I get the run around! Saying I was still checked in! How? Why? When I already checked out! Told me they would have someone call me but never received a callback!! Now we are on 07/10/2023 I get another charge for another $50! I call again asking why I’m still getting charges for a room that I’m not even check in? This same lady give me the run around again to why I’m still getting charged!! Only asking for my phone number saying she’ll have a GM call me but won’t give the GM number!! My Rooms was already paid for upon arrival!! I really believe these ppl that they have working there is using my damn credit card for their own purpose’s! Where in the Hell is my money? My Deposits? I want Every bit of my $450 back!! I need answers Hampton by Hilton Hobby Airport!!

The property was good. I expected a shuttle to the airport and they provided a Lyft (free) instead, which turned out to be fine. Breakfast was limited to 'grab and go' but the signs at the hotel said the breakfast will be back 'soon'. I heard the hotel changed owners recently. Otherwise it was a brief but good stay.

Went for breakfast at 9 am with my 11 year old daughter. When we arrived, Waffle batter was non existent, when I asked for it they said there wasn’t anymore. I mentioned it was barely 9 am and breakfast ended at 10 and she said to Come back tomorrow. I attempted to get oatmeal but water was warm and wouldn’t cook oatmeal and there was no milk for the cereal.
