My check in experience was horrible. I was told multiple times I could have an early check in because they had rooms available and it shouldn’t be a problem, which was perfect I had meetings set up for work. I get there and they informed me they had no room ready. They took my number and told me they would text when my room was ready this already caused 1 meeting missed . 3 hours later after a lunch meeting I went to ask if or when they had a time frame . They informed me it has been ready while laughing amongst themselves and I said I never received a text they said that’s my bad that on us . Not professional at all. The checkout was also terrible I needed a copy of the bill and they lady had the rudest attitude. I was very disappointed in the staff and the construction but I’m aware that part is not in your control. As a general manager I would never have associates so unprofessional laughing at guest and given no direction on how to get to the room at my front desk. Not sure I will be back

Everything good as always except for the fact they don’t have self parking anymore. This information should be clear at this site. Next year unfortunately I will go to Marriott.

Extremely professional staff, everyone was very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Only negative was paying for valet as a guest at the hotel, $65 was a bit extreme.
