The hotel is centrally located near the Galleria and there are many restaurants nearby. It was easy to get to many places in about 15 minutes. The room was clean and comfortable with a microwave and small fridge. Housekeeping is offered every other day unless otherwise requested. Front desk staff and dining room staff were very helpful. Breakfast options are limited, but acceptable as this was included in our reservation. Parking is behind the building and you need to pay through an app as this is run by a different company. One of the elevators was not working when we were there, so it took longer to get out of the hotel. The parking lot is behind the hotel and you can enter the hotel through the back entrance. I was a little concerned about the security between the parking lot and the back entrance of the hotel as we didn't need to use our hotel key card to enter during the day. I think this is activated at night time according to the sign on the sliding door. Overall no issues.

This hotel was nothing short of perfect. I had a great view of the Galleria area, great location, and the staff was more than friendly. Amazing fitness room, pool and hot tub were perfect. I’m glad I chose this hotel!

I stayed at this location because of a recommendation from a coworker who visits Houston frequently. She was correct that the hotel is clean and friendly staff. We felt safe and they had good parking. We were also allowed to check in a little early which was awesome after a long drive. Only slight issue is the elevator. Of the two - one was not working and the working elevator sounded like it was about to fail. Other than that this was a really nice hotel and we will stay there again (our child will be going to school in Houston).

The upsides: fantastic location, clean and comfy, hotel is not looking run down, nice pool and hot tub, friendly and helpful staff The downsides: they make you pay $20 a day for parking which seems ridiculous to me. They used to include complimentary breakfast and now you have to pay for that. The entire time we were there, it was down to 1 working elevator so it could take 10 minutes to use it during peak times

Bed was comfortable AC worked well. Easy car parking but cost $24 Rooms are dull and a little dark yet fine for a couple of nights. Great hot spa and clean pool. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

The room smelled like urine and when I told the front desk they didn’t do anything more than switch out our towels and take out the trash. Then the room next to us came in from the bars at 3am and were as loud as possible until 6am. We notified the front desk and they did nothing!

There was a roach in my bathroom, when asked to move to another room the front desk help was not apologetic. The next room smelled like mildew. Not a pleasant experience.

The hotel was basically clean; except the lobby bathroom. The pool was clean and well taken care of and the hot tub was amazing as well. There are only two elevators in the hotel and was wasn't working at all the entire stay. Another guest mention that when he checked in his room was on the 8th floor and that neither elevator was working.

The room had been freshly painted and appeared in great condition. The room had a very noticeable unpleasant smell. I asked the front desk to do something about it. They said maintenance would spray the room with deodorants but if they did I couldn’t tell. In addition one of the shelves had open tampons strung across the shelf. Not sure why this wasn’t found by the housekeeper.

We enjoyed the pool and the rooms were clean. The only problem was the guests that checked in late at night and slammed their door shut. It was around 11:30 pm and the door slammed so hard that I jumped out of bed. It was hard to get back to sleep after that and I had to leave by 6:30 am to head back home. The doors need some kind of spring to avoid from letting them slam. Maybe guests need to be reminded of quit hours in order to let other guests enjoy their stay too.

The duct tape on the elevator floor was not reassuring, and the pull lever to turn on the shower required me to hold down the bath nozzle and pull very hard (I had to hold it down bc I started to pull the nozzle out of the wall). Considering this is supposed to be a Hilton, it felt very much like a La Quinta.
