I want a full refund for my stay. We got stuck in the elevator, blinds were broken in the room, tv remote did not work properly, ice machine by our room beeped all nite, there were roaches near the dining area in front of door.

Nice but the carpets in the rooms felt tacky like they hadn’t been shampooed in quite a while and had visible dirt and grime on them other then that it was nice they had a good breakfast and the hotel staff worked very hard on making sure everything was stocked up and clean and all very friendly

The first room we were put in, we found a bed bug in the bed. We contacted the staff and they moved us to another room. The second room was very nice and clean.

The traffic noise made it difficult to sleep. The shower water pressure was non-existent. The iron was broken and the second one brought to me had a European plug. Also there was no easy way to fill water bottles and the breakfast included non compostable utensils and other non-recyclable plastics. There was no place to recycle bottles.

The mattresses in room 512 could be changed soon. They are smooth and you go deep in a hole. That’s the only comment everything else wonderful for our purpose.

We were assigned a room that was in poor condition. We did not know the shade didn’t work until we went to go to bed. Upon calling the front desk we were moved to a different room. The first room clearly wasn’t updated and lacking many features the other rooms do. That room should not be in use if there is no way to close the window shades or it should be fixed. Disappointing for a Hilton.

I got to the hotel right when the power got back on during the storm this last week. The young lady at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate people. Phones were going off and the line of people went out the door. She stayed calm and professional. The team working during the storm were amazing.

Have stayed in this hotel at least 3 times. Staff is friendly anfd attentive, The hotel as a whole was clean. My room was neat and clean. At check in front desk staff answered all my questions before I even had to ask. Check out was simple. Will stay there again.

I had a room facing the freeway and had no issues with noise complaints like other reviews, but I am a heavy sleeper! The property has a gated private parking section and is relatively close to the museum district and downtown, which is nice! My biggest complaints would be that there was nobody at the front desk to check me in nor when I checked out for approximately 10-15 minutes and that my shower made a weird noise. Overall, I give the property 4 stars since it was clean, close to main attractions, and was in a safe area.

Front desk man, Jerrel?, was amazing. He makes this hotel a GREAT experience from the moment you arrive. Wise choice for the hotel to choose him to represent, because he goes above and beyond to welcome guests. Rooms are great too. They are spacious and clean. Only critique would be I don’t like how you can’t remove the back cushions to the sleeper sofas. Kind of gross to think about everyone sitting or sleeping there and cushions can’t be removed or cleaned, but that isn’t a huge deal. We just threw a sheet over it. Hotel is great so far. Haven’t had breakfast yet, but we like the actual hotel and staff.

The lady at the front desk was beyond rude, had an attitude , was rolling her eyes just seemed as if she did not want to be there . The hotel did smell like dog pretty bad , the breakfast was not the best either , everything was watered down from The juice , the eggs and even the gravy . Very disappointing for my first time staying with the hotel I will Not be returning due to this .

The location itself is very centralized for exploring Houston. To get to the hotel you have to go through Denny’s parking lot, which happens to be right next to a restaurant that is always busy and the traffic to get in and out was very inconvenient. Otherwise it was good for what it was. The breakfast was nice that they include and the room was clean.

Getting access to the hotel was confusing and a bit dangerous due to the close proximity of a major road and interstate highway. No easy and immediate exit from the hotel.

Getting to the property is challenging. The gate off of the frontage road is closed to incoming cars. The only small entrance is shared by a Denny’s and a popular restaurant. You must drive through both of those businesses’ parking lots to get to the hotel. Traffic backs up along that side street waiting to turn in. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was mediocre. And one of the phones didn’t work in our room and the door wouldn’t close to the refrigerator. But great Air conditioning! Ample, fluffy towels. And comfy beds.

The entrance is through a run down Denny’s parking lot. When we were checking in we were asked if we wanted freeway or train track sides of the building. Not a great location for a Hotel. But the hotel was fine the freeway and the train tracks were not an issue. The walls and windows were pretty soundproof. All in all nice place and not overpriced. We may use it again. If they get a better restaurant next door and somehow improve access to the streets around it, that would help a lot. Oh and keep up better with the breakfast food, 1/2 the stuff was empty when we went to eat.

We certainly enjoyed our stay overall. The only issue is the difficult access to the hotel. At night when the nearby bar patrons are arriving, they block the access to the driveway of the hotel. My husband literally got out of his car and asked one driver to back up & one to pull forward so we could return to the hotel. We know there is nothing the hotel can do about this. The Constable present did nothing to help. The staff is helpful & friendly and we enjoyed our room otherwise.
