Stayed at this property many times on business trips when working. Chose it this time based on location and prior experiences. Still acceptable but definitely starting to show some wear and tear. Parking lot definitely needs to be repaired. Breakfast buffet was standard.

Friendly and fast check in and out. Family loved the glass front elevator rides. Convenient to many eating places. Pool and exercise facilities were great although the pool was a little cold.

I ultimately chose this hotel over the Hilton down the street for the hot tub and room. Upon getting down to the hot tub to enjoy the heat, I was extremely disappointed to find that it was ice cold. It honestly ruined my stay as that is what I was planning to use to relax after a long day

Rooms were hotter than we like, not as cool as the lobby. Breakfast buffet plentiful and lots of fresh options, service great. Hot tub was a nice touch indoor and outdoor pools.

I was looking forward to utilizing the hot tub in the pool area but it was closed for maintenance. The signs on several entry doors stated that it would be closed until April 7, but my stay was clearly after that. I called the front desk to inquire and was told that due to a recent power outage, the maintenance was delayed and signs should’ve been updated to reflect the correct date of completion. There was also renovations taking place, so the property was unsightly in certain areas. Otherwise, everything else was decent.

The hotel need a lot of updating. It’s dirty and not worth the money for it. This hotel make Marriott hotel look bad! I asked them to clean my room and change my Sheets because the first night I slept in the bed I was itchy the whole night and it also had a stain on the sheets. They came in and barely clean the room and just straightened out the sheets without changing it. I know for a fact that they didn’t change it because the stain was still there. So I went down to the front desk and told them and they said they were going to get someone to Come change the sheets. Never did anyone came to change the sheets. My friend who also book a room there was also unsatisfy with her stay her tub had discussing black stuff coming up from the drain which they couldn’t even shower. Lastly the Starbucks downstairs the dark short lady with the glasses act like she don’t want to work there she try to charge me $10 for my cup of coffee saying she charge .80 each pump of pistachio syrups that I get and mind you i only ask for 4 pump of pistachios which only suppose to be only .80 not 3.20 for it that’s not how it goes. Overall very bad experience and would not recommend any one to this hotel.

AVIOID this hotel. Not a 4 star. Was assigned a room on 6th floor. Was not able to sleep. Super loud AC. The strobe on the smoke detector randomly flashes. One of the 2 USB ports in the room did not work. Burned lamp at the entrance. Sink did not drain well. The person at the front desk said that this room should not have been in the market. Room changed in the AM to an internal 7th floor one. For the new room, I reported issue with a non working USB and also a burned light bulb. Stayed there for 4 nights but maintenance never showed up. One day, I left the room at 10:00am and came back at 5:00pm. Room was not cleaned. Then when it got cleaned, the trash can in the room did not get emptied. Additionally, shower faucet does not work well when switching from tub to shower. Bathtub did not drain well. When pulled the hair dryer from the shelf, candy wrap paper from prior guests dropped on the foloor. The hotel is going through some renovation but the items I mentioned should never have been discovered by guests.

There was poor hygiene. The room that I received had a horrible view. The sheets weren’t changed. The A/C wasn’t working. The water was not running hot. I will not be staying here again.

In my opinion, the pillows were all fluff, as was the bed. As soon as you lay down, you sink. Very uncomfortable. The following morning, there was a bug crawling across my bed. I showed the video to the front desk agent, James and he offered me a free cup of coffee for my troubles.

The hotel over all was super nice! My room was clean and comfy! But however the bathtub ended up clogging after I showered. I have no idea as I did not cause it. The bathrooms could be a little more cleaner but over all not a bad stay!

Service and staff are the same good as other Marriot hotels, but room facilities are old. The shower knob was easily fall off and AC was so noisy. I could not heat the room up and was chilly overnight.

Note, the windows in some rooms fave the interior courtyard, so your view is other windows. Bed was firm but good. Food at restaurant was good. Store had plenty to choose from.

The rooms are out dated and very old the air unit was loud and barely worked. The outlets weren’t working either. The bathroom wasn’t clean on arrival. The hotel was nice overall and staff was pleasant. I enjoyed the location.

The front desk lady, Gia, was not very friendly and seemed to have a chip on her shoulder. I observed this not only our interaction but with other guests' interactions as well. I can't imagine why Marriott would allow such a thing.

The lobby and restaurant are beautiful. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Joanne was especially helpful. The rooms are a bit dated and could use a refresh but the cleaning staff was great. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area in the future.

Well located, you can travel to any part of Houston in more or less the same amount of time, the supermarket is within walking distance if you don't want to drive or have a car, the plaza next to the Hotel has a variety of restaurants which makes it convenient.
