Ac wen out mid night got it to work went out again went down to the lobby to get it fixed or maybe a refund and the guy at the front desk was very rude didn’t want to help us at all I do not recommend these hotels and the indoor pool is nasty

Carpet dirty and stained, cigarette hole in the cover over the bed, shower rusty around it, on the bottom wall of the bathroom. After walking on the carpet my feet were pretty dirty, came off in the shower. Just all around not what it should be. I'm switching to Hilton, a few more bucks is well worth the switch!

Bed sheets had hair in the bed, bathroom was unsanitary and dirty, bathroom baseboards are rusty, shower head was disgusting, bathtub was peeling I couldnt take a shower ,had to be moved to a different room because the toilet didn’t work, the second room doors also would t lock had to use the lock latch

I’m going to start with the pros…the man at the front desk was awesome! He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Now for the cons. This hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. The carpet gives off this mildew dampness smell and my kids feet were black within minutes of taking their shoes off. The carpet also would dampen our socks while walking on it and it wasn’t from the humidity outside. Upon entering our room, the toilet seat was coming off and my husband ended up fixing it. We found dead bugs in all of the corners and hair everywhere.

If you are just needing a place to sleep overnight, this will work. There was a lot of neighbor noise, the toilet ran constantly, the tv didn’t work, and the hotel is run down and in need of an upgrade. This is not a place we would stay at again.

Front desk had a photo copy of the credit card used to pay for the room. (It was my mother in laws credit card) when the card had been charged, I asked to get the copy back, (that specifically was left with instructions to give to me) and the front desk guy refused. He said that he was going to keep it for 60 days. The actual paper of the photo copy. I told him that I needed the copy back and he said “ma’am, either I keep the copy or I will cancel your reservation right now.” So I had to call my in laws to come up to the hotel so he would finally give it back. He then told me that I was disrespectful to assume that someone would take the card number, and that they are a professional business. I explained that I wasn’t meaning any disrespect, but just for security purposes I wanted to get their card back and since he wouldn’t give it to me, and refused to shred it, I was having them come get it. The entire ordeal was terrible. Then I asked about the elevator as my husband had a broken foot, and he informed us that there was no elevator. So it’s just really out of date, in addition to being unprofessional when guests check in.

Stayed here for 5 nights and it was so peaceful. The staff was courteous and check-in was quick and hassle-free. The property was clean and well lit. There are only 2 floors, no elevators, but the flight of stairs was short. Our room was clean and stocked with towels, toilet paper, and other amenities. The room had a refrigerator, kitchen sink and coffee pot. Our stay was pleasant and we will be staying here in the future.

Nice clean rooms, no odors, close to the Coming King Garden, safe area, easy parking. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage patties/ links, waffles, sweets, yogurt, coffee and juices. Can't wait to stay here again!

The hotel was in poor condition. It is in desperate need of renovation. The door wouldn’t stay closed unless you engaged the deadbolt or safety latch. The breakfast was ver low quality. However, the sheets and bedding were clean and the pillows were good.
