The amenities were not as promised. The main pool was closed. The small pool was disgusting. After I cleaned it and we were all but by a million mosquitoes, we gave up. The pool was closed for maintenance. We could not use the pool because of stairs and accessibility. Everything was filthy. Chairs were overturned at the pool by the river and leaves were in the pool. My dad who lives in town with a bad back could not swim with us. It is the reason we booked the hotel. So we could swim at the main pool with my kids. Very disappointing stay. Please refund. Manager on duty said they would refund.

It is a very pretty property, lots of trees and sweet landscaping in the center. Pool area is beautiful. Restaurant is nice, decent menu options, although wasn’t open for dinner on Monday night. But plenty of dining options in the area. Handicap accessible room was roomy, well done. Staff is very friendly! I look forward to staying there again, sometime.

The room was advertised on Hotels.com as having a gym but when I checked in and asked where it was the clerk at front desk said he was sorry but they don't have a gym, He directed me to a gym nearby but informed me they don't comp it for guests despite their website advertising having a gym and the weird part was he asked me to let management know its false advertising on their website....room was laid out strange with a nice upstairs loft for sleeping.

This is THE best stay in Kerrville, the staff is caring and friendly. The rooms are super quite and clean, the pool is amazing and you will meet amazing people at the pool. I highly recommend. Also, the pub has great live music and Fridays Karaoke.

This property is nice but the rooms were a bit dark and outdated. The breakfast buffet was fantastic as was the dining room. Pool area was lovely although we did not use it. Large property with many rooms. Half on the second floor with no elevator. The bar was lively and fun with a country band. Many locals dancing the two step. Starts a 8pm.

This hotel has possibilities.....nice location, great pool area. However , the room we were in needs serious upgrades. The carpet was dingy and very damp. It was gross quite frankly. I wish they would not allow smoking on the property, as there were cigarette butts on the ground outside many room areas, including my own room, where several people are gathered outside smoking at 7:30 in the morning!

The room had a horrible horrible musty/smoky smell. Worse than that the air conditioner did not work it was very warm in the room, that was hard to handle when it 85 degrees outside already. Then at 7:38 AM the electricity cut off making it even worse we checked out as soon as it came back on. Will not stay there again.

The pictures look fancy and the rooms look large. The main entrance was as pictured. Our room on the other hand smelled musty and dank. It was as if it hadn’t been opened in quite a few months. The general cleanliness was ok but the smell was horrible. The carpet needs definite replacing.

Everyone was extremely nice. Unfortunately we had to move rooms in the middle of the night due to bed bugs. We had arrived late and were so tired but when we layed down my daughter was bitten in the face and when we looked the bed was full of bed bugs. We had to move rooms after a long day of travel we just wanted to rest, this was around 1230am. Other than that the stay was ok.

Room was loud, you can hear everything around, upstairs, outside and next door. The bathroom was so small I barely even fit. I’m only 6ft 205lbs. TV didn’t work. I’m a non smoker but every smell seeps thru the cracks around the door.

It was ok for the price. Room was outdated. Lobby was nice. Door didn’t close well and stuck terribly when trying to open. The refrigerator was terribly noisy. The bathroom was super small and toilet was the size of one you’d find in an RV. Bed was comfortable.

This is our second stay and will remain our top choice when visiting Kerrville. Friendly front desk service, a great bartender, and top tier management. Anyone can stay at a chain hotel but this one has that Hill Country charm. Until next time IOTH!

The property was clean the staff was friendly But the tv didn’t work had no Channels, I had to log in to my personal Netflix account to have something to watch, very disappointed that the front desk didn’t have the staff to come repair it or didn’t know how to repair it themselves They promised a refund or discount and I didn’t get anything

I had a conference to go to . The place was a great place . Room was clean , nice A/C Front desk was amazing. Everyone was so nice . They do not have an elevator, but a nice gentleman brought my bags up to my room and the carried them down when I left . Such a unique place to go .

If you book on Expedia they only allow you to stay in certain rooms and they are not the updated rooms. It was pouring rain and I requested a downstairs room as there is no elevator & the stairs are not covered. They refused stating that because I booked with Expedia I could only have that room.

The Inn was just beautiful! Its a trowback to 1960s lodge, but up to date. Pool area was so nice, the staff was fast and efficient too. We had breakfast in the cafe, the eggs and waffles were delicious . We will definitely be back!
