Property seemed run down. All chairs by pool had holes in them. Hot tub needs major renovation. No additional towels for pool. Tried ti go ask for more and no one was at front desk most of the time. Breakfast wasn’t much. Juice machine broken and not much available. Disappointed.

The location is great but the facility is disappointing and definitely not what is displayed on-line. The swimming pool is like a wading pool for toddlers. The whole place is dingy and needs updates. The interior of the room has holes in the walls, cigarette burns in the curtains and on the bathtub. No extra blankets, sheets, or pillows. It was dirty and dingy.

The room was small, the roll in shower was so small that if you put the seat down, you couldn't hardly get in the shower. The bed was hard as a rock and the sofa was worn out, felt like spprings coming thru the cushions. I booked this stay because it had a hot tub (i have severe arthritis)but it was not working, didn't even have water in it. Will not be back

The place was kind of a dump. We had stayed in a motel for 1/3 the price and it was so much better. The pool in Kerrville at the Days Inn was green our air conditioner barely worked. There was a couch in our room that had holes in it, and was actually missing the mattress in it so it was sunk way down. In the front lobby you will notice awards for how great this place is but the newest one is from 2015 and my assumption is at that point there was a different management team I would not encourage anyone to stay there, the front desk did not even know the password for the Wi-Fi and it took me three tries before I found someone who could actually give us the proper password. In fact, the person at the front desk gave me the number for their tech-support to call them for the password. I was pretty sure they would not have it but I thought he’d let me give it a try and the person I spoke to was confused to think that the motel will tell me to call them but that is the kind of place it was. Over priced no service with a nasty pool.

This place was just adequate, rather run down. Jacuzzi is broken. Bare minimum breakfast. If you are not going to offer juice as an option, please at least offer water to drink. I would not stay there again if given a choice.

It took clerk 3 attempts to find us a clean room. Bathrooms were filthy with dirt, hair and mold. Floors were so dirty, I had to wash my feet after I showered and walked to bed, because the soles of my feet were covered in dirt. The clerk was so mortified at the conditions and did his best to accommodate, altho we still received a room full of mold and dirt, but cleaner than the first two rooms he assigned. He also carried my suitcase up the stairs for me; that was very nice. I would not recommend this place.

For as old as this building is, It's on pretty good shape. An elevator would be convenient or at least a baggage lift to the second floor. Other than that, the room was comfortable and clean. Towels and linens were kept fresh and plentiful. All of the plumbing and lighting fixtures were working and the hot water was almost instantaneous. Wi-Fi wasn't the fastest but it served its purpose.

The room appeared clean and the bed was comfortable enough but the general condition of the room was not very good. An old and outdated couch looked quite worn and unappealing, the bathroom door was rotting on the bottom, the toilet felt like it came out of an elementary school restroom with how low to the ground it was, you had to be very meticulous with adjusting the faucet for warm water as it preferred to be scalding hot or ice cold and the water pressure was low enough that we decided to wait for showers until our next stop. Breakfast options were minimal; some protein options like yogurt or hard boiled eggs would be a good addition and wouldn’t spoil quickly. It’s been a while since we’ve stayed at a Days Inn. We won’t be in a hurry to try them again.

TV channels were terrible the guide was for spectrum, the channels said direct tv, neither was true. No local channels, no NFL. Therr was a power strip above desk, but it did not work. Room service was excellent Mon thru Wed. Then not good our final 2 days.

Pretty standard fir a decently priced hotel. What I didn’t understand was the TV. The guide for channels was completely out of sync with what was chosen. We had absolutely no idea what we could watch. We don’t ‘live for TV’ but in a hotel to relax after driving 400 miles it would be nice to be able to find something to watch without searching an hour randomly switching channels. Totally a misstep for this otherwise ok one night stay.

AC did not get cold enough. out dated. Arrived on site at 1:10. they would not let me check in till 2:00. I just wanted to check in and go on about my business. they said if they did i would have to pay 50.00 More. So i did not.

Front desk manager on duty was extremely unprofessional. Packed up everything, needed an extra night but was told by the hotel “not my problem, wait until 2 to check in” while I was already in a previous room. Asked for the same room, FD again said “not my problem, and you can call Expedia to cancel because you booked a room we don’t have”. Expedia sold me the room, so I’m unsure why it would be unavailable. I felt very uncomfortable while packing up my belongings as the FD & Housekeeping was standing outside my room before even check out time.

I had a great experience. When I checked in the staff was friendly with a big smile. I received a great room with parking right outside my door. Very clean, they have a great breakfast waiting for me in the morning.plus dog friendly I want to go very important to me with a service dog

The reviews are true!! Very clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast selection and I love that they had the 2 king size bed option! Most rooms only have queen size beds when you get a room with 2 beds but this place offers rooms with 2 king size beds AND a pull out sofa!! It was perfect for the price!!

This is a basic hotel. Met my needs as I needed a place to spend the night with three little kids. Free breakfast had cereal, milk, oranges, coffee, waffles. Nothing extravagant; but good. I suggest to them to have filtered water at breakfast as they only had milk.
