Garner Hotel Longview South by IHG

I have no complaints about this hotel. Outside of the cleanliness, and location right next door to a Cracker Barrel, the 24/7 freshly brewed coffee is an awesome amenity! It’s a coffee maker that grinds the beans and brews the coffee right there. Very pleasant experience ask the way around.

Quiet hotel off of 20. Kept very clean, satisfied with our room and amenities considering the price. Felt safe and comfortable during our short stay. If we need a hotel in Longview again we’ll definitely be coming back!

It was a great stay for the price

Cost effective, quick access to freeway and eateries nearby. Good decision to choose this one over some other well known chains. I will be staying again next week. My air was not working well and the front desk clerk brought me up another key at 10:30 pm to move me across the hall where the air was working and I was able to get some sleep.

The hallway to our room and our room spelled like stinky animals. Our air was not on and ready for our arrival, so it was warm which made the stench even worst. At breakfast, they ran out of food and the bacon was burnt and chopped into pieces so you has to attempt to eat it with a spoon. I had to search for a staff member to help replenish the food.
