The hotel itself looked nice, but smelled musty upon entry into the lobby and the room. The check in was easy and receptionist was very nice. Hotel looked good outside, but there were homeless people outside arguing and one chilling inside the lobby. The elevator had issues getting to floors, so we took the stairs each time we came in and out from the 4th floor and the ice machine was broken. Room was clean mostly, but it could have been better and could have smelled better. Overall it was ok for 1 nights stay, but based off my experience next time I’ll book somewhere else.

The elevator runs but the buttons are sketchy. Overall cleanliness was good. The room was clean. We have stayed here in the past and rhe hotel was in a lot better shape than it is now. The first floor button doesn't like to stay lit up to call the elevator so you have to hold it. The buttons on the second floor are barely hanging on and there is no doen bytton so you have to take the stairs. Not sure what the buttons on the other floor are like. If you want a breakfast with your hotel, don't go here. In our particular room, thr floor tiles were lose and the grout was missing around some of them. Needs updating.

Perfect when passing through. Very spacious room, very comfortable bed. Ample well lit parking. I dont use them but they have EV chargers. Cons no breakfast, pool closed. But I wasnt there for that. Bath towels were thin and small. Room had some age to it. But i would book there again. Great value for the price.

We only booked this hotel due to it having EV chargers. Only one of the four chargers was working and it was being used. No towels in the room and the AC didn’t work.

I was traveling with my elder handicapped parent and we were placed on the 2nd floor. The problwm with that was the button for the elevator did not work on the 2nd floor. Had there been a need to evacuate quickly she would have had an extremely difficult time doing so.

The TV didn't work. No phone to the front desk (like Quality Inns).Elevator wasn't working and my room was on the 3rd floor. Limited selection at breakfast (I got there at 8:20 AM - closing time was 9:00 AM). The biscuits were rock hard, I couldn't cut them with my plastic knife.

The elevator was out of order and they had our room on 4th floor. My daughter has a boot on her foot and could not walk up all those stairs. They allowed us to cancel appointment however i am still waiting to receive credit on my card Also cannot get hold of Expedia to get credit on their part of the charges.

No amineties that were listed.no kitchenet Pool not open Jacuzzi wires hanging out,no knobs to use/no breakfast oh and bed buggs!!! Moved me to a new room and charged me more money. Wont use you again

There was cockroaches in the first room, moved us to another room as it was 3 am and wasn’t going to be able to find a different hotel to sleep. We were traveling cross country. Needed sleep for the drive later that morning. There was people yelling and making commotion in the hall of the floor we were on. Rooms were dirty. Definitely needs an upgrade.

Our recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and concerning. From the moment we arrived, we were met with an awful smell throughout the hallways and in our room. Things only went downhill from there. We found a cockroach near the door, the carpet was torn up, and the air vent had visible black mold. The light fixture in the room was rusted, and the towels provided were stained and dirty. The furniture was in terrible condition as well, with a ripped chair and what looked disturbingly like a blood stain on the curtain. Even worse, the bed sheets had hair and blood stains on them, which is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel. The sink was clogged, making it difficult to use, and the hot tub had algae buildup, making it unusable and unsanitary. Overall, this property is in desperate need of cleaning, repairs, and better management. We expected at least basic cleanliness and safety, but this hotel failed on every front. We would not recommend this place to anyone.

Cleanliness was awful! Dirty towels! Floor was slimy to the point felt like walking on a skating rink. Was a shame because otherwise comfort was good, but cleanliness was awful! Towels clearly were dirty and not washed. There was a substance on them that clearly was not a stain soaked in and would have come off if they had actually been washed. Gross!

AC unit in room 413 was not working properly. Wouldn’t cool below 80. Significant amount Blood on the black out curtains. Had to receive 5 different access cards because the others wouldn’t work correctly. At one point was locked out of our room for a while waiting on new cards again. When we spoke to the lady at the counter about our problems all she kept saying was sorry, we don’t have anymore rooms and maintenance man is gone. After having the 5th key card replaced we asked for a manager to call us Monday (knowing it was the weekend) and the lady just commented back, I’ll see what I can do. When she was advised about the blood on the curtain, she said there is no house keeping and are you sure it’s blood. When I advised her of my career (that deals with blood) she said, so you think that makes you an expert? Have pictures to prove of the blood. Now the maintenance man, when he arrived (did not get his name) but he was absolutely great !!! Very polite, apologized several times and completely changed out the ac unit. This man needs to be the face of their company!!!

Our room (215) was directly over check in, so we got front row seats for the DJ's speakers that vibrated the hotel while they set up in the conference room at 10:30pm. The flooring was also cracked, and tiles were raised enough to damage the bathroom door. The walls were so thin we got a lovely 2:30 am wake up call from the guest in the room next to us while they loudly explored pharmaceutical relations multiple times. Do not recommend this location.

The bed was very comfortable. Towel rack fell off the wqll upon removing towel, hair dryer didnt work, no soap or shampoo in dispensers in shower. We specifically didn't pack shampoo/soap/ hairdryer because we knew they would be supplied. Staff was friendly.

This has got to be one of the best stays I've had in a long time. All of the staff was super friendly. The hotel was easily assessable from the interstate, and there was plenty of food and fuel choices nearby.

The ice machine was missing on the 4th floor. The bed was comfortable. When you read the reviews, the managers stated there were eating places within walking distance. Not for me! Well worth the price.

Great place, friendly staff. Truck parking limited, & hotel isn't close to any kind of restaurants (half-mile hike minimum), so eat before check-in. Was pleasantly surprised to learn they do have a free breakfast 6-9 am. Less pleasantly surprised by the breakfast itself. Still, better than nothing. Would stay here again.

Sadly .. it looked good. First the desk clerk was not as warm and friendly. Came to find out that There was No Hot Water.... Later another had stated in a review .. they never mentioned when I checked in... In the morning I thought I missed breakfast ... They had a nice area... WAS TOLD ABRUPTLY THEY DID NOT DO BREAKFAST.. Again that was mentioned when I checked in Found out hadn't had breakfast in 4 months... So the the information in Expedia was incorrect. Price still the same but without a benefit. So not a good experience... No hot water. No Breakfast Not the Friendliest Staff

The guy at the front desk is less than friendly. The room was very clean and spacious but they don't have coffee and the coffee machine they have in the lobby was broken. The stairwell smells like dog, to the point you have to hold your breath. Wont' be staying here again.

We have stayed at this location in Longview 6 or 7 times over the past 5 years. It's a good place to stay for the money. The property has aged over time and there are things that need some work here and there but everything works in the rooms we have had. Sometime in the past year they stopped serving breakfast which caught us off guard earlier this year but there are plenty of places nearby to find food. This will most likely be our last stay as our student has finished school in Longview and is moving on. Hasta La Vista Red Roof Inn.
