These are like apartments. There are no elevators so you will have to be climbing stairs to get to the room (not in descriptions) . When it says two beds they are in two different floors. Believe me when I say the room was filthy. There were other peoples belongings still in the room and bugs in the bed.

I will not stay at this hotel again! Check in was very difficult, even unfriendly. Killed two large roaches in breakfast room. Breakfast very Cincy and cheap. Rooms are worn out and dirty. The entire grounds, driveway, and buildings are worn out, aged, or just plain old! Too many to list. Should’ve stayed somewhere else.

When I got there, it was a wait, after having it booked over a month. When I did get the room, the blanket was stained, gross. Washers didn’t work, only two for the entire hotel, I used a machine and my clothes stayed soaked, they gave me my two dollars back but she followed me in laundry room seen my clothes and laughed.i called about pool, they said it would be open may 1st, I arrived may 3rd, that was a lie. It was empty n filthyyy. There were water bugs everywhere!!!!!!!! I took videos so dont really have actual photos.

I called the hotel prior to booking inquiring if the pool was open. I was told it was. Upon check in at the hotel, the clerk told me that it was, in fact, closed. I told her that I had called the number on the confirmation and spoke to a lady confirming the pool was open. She said that I never did call even though I showed her my call history. The AC in the room never cooled it down past 80 degrees, granted it was over 100 degrees that day. The room was supposed to be furnished with pots, pans, dishes, etc. It had one plate, no forks, and no cooking accessories. They did provide some but there was no dishwasher detergent l, etc. The TV did not work. It had volume but no picture. Maintenance did come promptly and replaced the entire TV.

Upon 9 hour drive arrival no ice and freezer had no ice maker. Refrigerator did not cool. Had warm oj each morning. Toilet stopped up. Hair dryer and microwave did not work. Magnetic key did not work on several occasions. In past stays I was satisfied. They had kitchen utensils, pots and pans. Not this time. No coffee maker also. They advertise kitchen suite. So I picked hotel so I wouldn’t have to eat all meals out . Not this time. As a Wyndham member, I would like a refund.

The unit is a good concept, a studio with appliances, dishes, and plenty of room. Execution was lacking. The decor was fun, and the furnishings were clean and nice. But in the kitchen, the refrigerator was banged up and rusty on the outside and the microwave was greasy on the outside and disgusting to touch. In the bathroom, there was nothing covering the nail strip that held the carpeting down, and I stepped on it twice, which is not fun when you have bare feet and get a nail in your foot. The walls needed painting. There was no icemaker in the refrigerator and no icemaker on site so you had no ice for your drinks. There was no hot breakfast at the location and the Takeaway brown bag. Breakfast was just OK. The coffee was really good. With just a little effort, this could be a really good concept just go through and fix a few things and make it really nice clean it up fix it up! I don’t want to step on nails or touch greasy spots.

The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, I found myself cleaning and disinfecting our space upon arrival. The sheets and towels were visibly stained, which was disappointing; thankfully, I always travel with my own. That said, the beds were surprisingly comfortable, which made the lack of attention to housekeeping details all the more unfortunate. With proper maintenance and a bit of TLC, this hotel has real potential. On a positive note, the cleaning staff were warm and courteous. It’s likely they’re overwhelmed by the size of the rooms, and perhaps additional staffing could make a significant difference. Despite these hiccups, I still had a pleasant stay overall.

The rooms were very gross! Stuff all over the walls. Mouse pooped behind the door in the bathroom, yellow stuff all over the walls in the bathroom. dust mites everywhere. dirty sheets. Something in the corner that look alike could’ve been dog throw up? Seriously I can’t make all this stuff up!! Dead roaches! The air-conditioning took 10 hours to finally cool down breakfast was not good

This property was the absolute worst the staff and especially the people at the front desk. Never want to give a refund when you walk into the room and realize there are cockroaches everywhere and bedbugs mold in the air vents food behind the beds. Just absolutely disgusting holes with cigarette burns in the blankets And then they want to charge $40 if you check in early when the room was only 60 they just tried to take your money and not even worry about your comfortable stay or even respectable very rude people I would not suggest.

The place was so dirty. The room smelled strongly of weed, bed sheets had stains or all kinds, there were cockroaches, there was garbage laying outside the door to the room. The room was given the landlord special and just had gobs of paint covering the imperfections. The light bulbs had paint on them and the faucet was plumbed in backwards. My husband had a weird man give him his phone number on a business in the lobby and told him to call if he wanted to experience "the dark side of Dallas". There were also lots of less than desirable women around which we could only assume to be prostitutes. We had to take multiple showers when we got home just to feel like the "ick" from that place was gone. The building has potential to be really nice if the owners just cared enough to do a deep clean of the rooms, wash the sheets once in a while, and put down roach killer.

This place needs to renovated. It’s very old. It’s since like it was an apartment complex before. The rooms are big but in general everything is old and ugly. The bedsheets and bedspread has cigarette burns. Even that it’s a no smoking room, smell a cigarette. In general didn’t like my staying at this “hotel”. The TV didn’t work the first day.

Would give 0 stars if i could. I booked a multibed room smoking and asked for a first floor. Was sent an email confirming it was on the first floor. When i arrived was told all first floor rooms were 1 bed. I was there with my handicap grandma who can't climb stairs. Room was very outdated and walked into a clogged toilet. They gave my boyfriend a plunger to unclog it himself. Didn't even stay the night there it felt unclean.

If I could give zero stars and still leave a review I would. I have stayed in many many hotels and this by far was the worse. When we first got there the front desk lady was super rude then we get to the room and at first glance it was ok not the best but ok. My husbands uses the bathroom once and the toilet stops working we call the front desk and they did nothing said we could come get a plunger after explaining that was not the issue the lady still did nothing. With it being Texas we turned on the AC which then leaked on the bathroom floor which you could see was a problem for some time because of the water stain my husband actually slipped and hurt himself once again the front desk did nothing. There were no kitchen utensils no pans no cups and this says it has a full kitchen. Then my husband seen a roach in the bath tub. When going to the front desk to ask for things they are supposed to give I was only given one roll of toilet paper mind you we were there for a week. Was offered no fresh towels or blankets or anything. The breakfast was not even really a breakfast it was just waffles and toast. They didn’t even hold the breakfast during the times they stated which was 6-9 I get there at 8 and it’s cleaned up already. If I could get a refund I so would this was the worst hotel stay I have ever had.

This place is definitely run tf down! I had to plug the refrigerator in. The bathroom doors had holes in the bottom corner of the doors and the molding around the doors looked like a dog had scratched and bit at it. There were spiders and spider webs everywhere. The place was definitely not clean at all. Floors were filthy. A night stand didn’t even have a bottom to in the drawer. Seen a woman hitting a pipe as she walked through the breezeway. When we first got there this creeper old man was watching us unload our things and kids. My husband had to go and confront him.place is super sketchy, super dirty and super run down. Definitely do not recommend. Oh and to get hot water you have to let the water run for 10-15 mins just to get hot water. Insane!

The location was very convenient and accessible to Lyft and Uber, however, the property was sub-standard. Not only was it filthy dirty (and I have pictures to substantiate my comments) my bathtub did not drain until well after your shower finished, the A/C did not work well and quit altogether the last full day I was there. The floor (rug) was filthy, the curtains were dry-rotted and torn, the desk chair looked like someone smeared food on it, when the guest in the room next door used the toilet, the smell entered my room through the ventilation (often had sewer smell present), the clientele were sketchy and made noise or argued outside my room, the police were there (up to 4 vehicles one day at the same time), people were outside making noise or slamming doors between midnight and 4 AM, there were as many lightbulbs out in the room as there were working, the closet did not close, I did check the bed for bedbugs, and I did not find evidence of that. One day, however, I noticed a homeless person and all her stuff sleeping in the inset of one of the hotel windows. The personnel who worked there looked at you like they understood what you were saying, but then did nothing. I had been there three or four days and I was stopped by the front desk and the employee demanded my room number to enter the free breakfast for guests. No Recommendation to stay for $78 per day before taxes. I could've gotten a room nearby for $50 a night on Expedia, but chose here for its location. Mistake

Very nice property. Check in very easy. I was given an Imacculate Room that was 5 star, but the bathroom turned out to be flooded so I had to get another room. The other room was on the dingy side complete with roaches in the bathroom. My take away is to get a NON-smoking room. They are MUCH better. Also, I stayed directly across from the lobby. When I went for the breakfast, I was not allowed to take any food back to my room. That was a deal breaker for me. I will not be returning...I will stay at the Doubletree next door if I return to Richardson Texas.
