The whole building is under construction and there was no mention of that when I made reservations. The place look like war zone. We were able to sleep confortable after we got home. But during the day this place is terrible. I would not stay here again.

unprofessional and seemed bothered by us trying to check in, switching our room and when we checked out. There are no emergency exits, all under construction and stuff/dangerous everywhere. No fire alarms in our rooms. Our room was even missing bedding for 1 of the beds, the fridge did not work. there was constant running water from the bathroom which kept me up all night. The air conditioner unit was leaking and puddled on 1 side of the room. the dresser was pulled back from the wall and water damage causing the particule board to split. White spots of some sort of grime on our sheets. Roaches. window was all messed up and you couldn't even look out the window. Here is another big 1. the lock was jammed and did not work and the top chain lock was broken off. There is no complementary coffee. I could not get a refund , they did switch our rooms to another room which was basically the same. I will be contacting the health department and posting all these pictures.The entrance had dead plants everywhere and most pots were being used as ashtrays, so many that they look at least a years worth. How is this place legally allowed to rent rooms

The hotel was being renovated, it was the worst place ever. Checking in as a solo female, the front desk put me in a room at the very end of the hallway around a corner, the very last room down the hallway. The toilet was full of poop, literally. When I went to call the front desk, the phone was not working. When I pulled the side table to check the phone cord, I saw there was not even a telephone port to plug into. The room looked like it could be used for human trafficking since there was no phone, no way of communicating and the very last room down a long dark hallway. The floor was stained from the outside of the elevator all the way down the hallway. It was absolutely disgusting- the worst place for anyone to go to.

Dingy with a very bad odor in the hallways and room. Vinyl floors in the room were sticky and muggy. Hole and patchwork in the rooms. Tv was inoperable. Didn’t feel comfortable staying there. 1st night there were gunshots outside very close to the property. A lot of homeless looking people outside walking around the hotel.

There are roaches crawling everywhere even on the beds. I have sent pictures in an email to the health board. This is the kind of hotel that needs to be shut down.

The hotel was horrible, nowhere near what the pictures show. My room didn't have a deadbolt, TV was missing, sheets were dirty. The walls had a weird stain which was either poop or blood. The bathtub had black mold around it. The hair lower was hanging from the wall and had something broken, it sounded like a garbage disposal and you could smell it burning if you turned it on for 5 seconds. And the door didn't even close right.

The room was super dirty had roaches life and death. The hallways were not clean i even saw cigarette buds and its a smoke free hotel. Making lots of noise in the mornings with all the constraction going on. I even feeled a roach walking on my face while sleeping at that moment I checked out that was super disturbing. I will not stay in this Hotel ever again. Need to get a cleaning crew to clean this property from top to bottom.

The place is dirty. The door to the room did not close well. The halls smell like cigarettes smoke. The carpet was dirty full of hair. The blankets on the bed had stains. The shower was dirty as well as the shower curtain.

Intially checked in and went to my room. The door was missing a bolt lock. Smelled like Marijuana, killed a small roach upon entry. The bathroom looked like it wqs under construction. The tub was stained. I asled for another room. Intially they said they were booked. Eventually after enough complaining they conviently found a room, but i was told it had no TV. It was on the 2nd floor and it smelled like a dog kennel farm.

Very sketchy. Lobby stank of smoke and bathrooms dirty. Poor front desk attendant said the room I booked in advance was unavailable. At least they didn't charge me for the room when canceled. Had to find last minute accommodations at Comfort Inn next door for twice the price. Worth it for the heated pool and hot tub, very clean rooms and hot breakfast. Red Roof Inn cheated me out earning a stay from Hotels.com since none were available last minute on app. Will avoid them from now on.

Cheap hotel, expect what you paid for. Service was fine but sheets were stained and it felt like being a detention officer again seeing concrete walls. Again staff are friendly but it still wasmt the most enjoyable stay. No wifi either.

This room was listed as "Superior Room, 1 King Bed, Accessible, Non Smoking." The room we were given had a bed, small fridge, tv and microwave. There was no table or chair, just the bed. There were no working lights in the bedroom. Only in the entry and bath. We had trouble getting the entry lights on as two light switches worked the same light. The bed, however, seemed comfortable. We were then given a second room. Of the two bedside lights only one had a light bulb. There was a table and chair, but the seat of the chair was very torn up. The room must not have been used in a while as it was dirty - surfaces covered with dust. This rooms bed was very uncomfortable. It creaked when you sat on it. The motel was older and not well maintained. There were places on the wall that had been patched, but not repainted. I felt the price was very reasonable, but I'd never been asked to provide a $30 security deposit. As I rarely travel, this may have been a new requirement everywhere. I am somewhat handicapped and they did provide excellent parking accommodations next to the front door. The motel did provide us a place to sleep at a reasonable cost, but not the quality I felt was advertised.

Wasn't a bad stay but wasn't quite great either. Room was small and not all that clean. Bed kept tipping over while sitting at the door of the bed while eating. Shower curtain was hanging nearly out of the wall allowing water to get all over the floor.

There was no lock on the door. We had to slam the door 2-3 times for it to close. Housekeeping was knocking on the door at 9:45am wanting to come in and clean when checkout is at 11am. There was no shampoo or soap in the room and when I went down to ask for some I was given 1bar of soap. I literally had to ask for shampoo twice.

It was noisy with construction and banging in room next door, dirty, towels stained and key card didn’t work had to be going to desk to reactivate. It was horrible. The office clerk refused a refund on day one. I wish Expedia could help with a refund but same. Nobody cared how unhappy we were.

Just don't do it. This place is only good for a 1 night stay, don't expect tv, parking, amenities or basic customer service. I had booked and paid for 2 nights, as soon as I came in I was yelled "no! No rooms!" When I said I had already booked the lady said "give me your i.d." and slapped my room key on the table and said nothing else. All parking spots in the back are blocked by construction, many front spaces were blocked with random wood, cones or little chairs for the people living in the hotel. There was no vending machines, the TV has 1 channel in Spanish only. The entire lobby and trashed elevator was wet with no wet floor signs. The entire hotel was disgusting roaches everywhere, people living in most of the rooms being incredibly loud all night. The lobby and outside was under construction. The only person working the front desk would come down from her room and check the desk every 30min or so and if you say anything to her she becomes completely rude. I witness two other people calling to complain about the service and the rooms and the facilities in general. The pool was so nasty in general we refused to use it. When I checked out she yelled "leave the key on the counter" and refused to give me my receipt. I contacted Expedia customer service bc I really felt cheated out of what the hotel claimed they had. It was an awful experience.

Reserved on king size. Room was on the 3rd floor. The elevator was not working. There were people hanging out in the stairway. Sitting and laying on the steps and someone in the 3rd floor entrance doings hardcore drugs. The smell was horrible. Stayed less than 15 minutes and left with a headache from the smell. Was only refunded for 2 of the 3 nights. Would not recommend.

The whole place its sketchy. Look like people live there per month. Halls have strong smell of cigarette and marijuana. My room was good but notice that used shampoo bottles were left in the bath tub. Noticed that i could hear the vehicles on the interstate so i went to the window and noticed that it was Plexiglas and it was poorly installed. Stay alone ok to sleep only, not with families!!!!!

Quick weekend trip to San Antonio. We didn’t need much, just some beds to sleep in, but the location was definitely wore down and the bathroom definitely needed a deep cleaning. The beds were a bit stiff but they worked for the weekend. Definitely a reasonable price for a quick trip and a good location for getting where we were going. Lots of restaurants real close to the hotel.

This hotel is great, the staff are really nice and they have clean rooms also my dog is free and it’s only a $30 dollar deposit for the room. They also have a free juice bar in the lobby.

After waiting an additional hour to get into the room, the room seemed a little unfinished - like they needed to finish a little construction. There was also a piece of cardboard taped on to the peep hole for some reason. There is not breakfast offered at this property, but does offer coffee. In the morning, I went to get coffee and it was empty. When I asked if i missed it, i was told that there never was or would be coffee.
