Check in was ok. Valet was ok. Loved the free drinks and kickback. The room was amazing and beds were comfortable. The ac was great. Not too fond of the "dead skin" foam in hot tub. The guys making the drinks at kickback could be a little more friendly. The elevators seemed to barely work and the ones that didn't need to get fixed. Too many people there to have a few elevators working. Check out/valet was crazy packed. Was an ok stay!

Stayed 2 nights. Great place to stay. Historic old bank building with great architecture in the lobby Nice bed, clean room. Great free breakfast and light dinner with 3 drinks per guest included. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only glitch was slow elevators service. Will gladly return.

It was always a long walk just to get out, jumped out one elevator to walk to another elevator just to get to the room. Someone spilled coffee but it was never cleaned. Was not told that that area was cut off from the main building.

This place was AMAZING! We got a balcony suite with a jacuzzi tub and we loved it. Super clean and completely on the Riverwalk. Had lots of photos of the history of the Plaza. One negative is if you’re prone to motion sickness, there can be a lot of up and down the elevators and going between towers to access more elevators. But besides that, we loved it! Indoor pool with a great view. Rooftop pool and spa with a wonderful view at night. On the San Fernando Tower, there is a night courtyard to sit out and watch the sunset or just observe the skyline at night. Wonderful place to stay and will be coming back. Also, the breakfast and “kickback” was an excellent touch that made the price completely worth it.

The amenities are outstanding. Breakfast and an evening meal with complimentary drinks are wonderful. Being directly on the Riverwalk is perfect. Two pools and three hot tubs were amazing! Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay, but were disappoibted to find the indoor pool amd courtyards closed for half of our stay. I also dont appreciate having to pay $43 a night to park my car.

Where to start?! We contacted the property after our first night staying there and waking up with ANTS in the bed. My daughter had several bites on her legs and even on her face. We were never provided with a resolution and nobody helped us with the situation. The AC did not cool to temperature, there was hair all over the shower. We paid so much money for this and it was the worst experience I have ever had. Horrible. Stay away.

Very noisy location -old (bank?) building with thin windows/walls so street noise is impossible to ignore. Very pleasant staff who work hard serving free food and booze, but they can’t make up for hotel’s deficits. Elevators are overwhelmed at breakfast and happy hour, mostly families with lots of kids. Good value for them but not great for a relaxing couples vacation. Stairwell is filthy.

I liked that only guests that had a room key and were staying at the hotel were allowed in the hotel. I didn't like all the music, people screaming in the streets and loud vehicles with their bass trembling the windows keeping me up at night. Also didn't care for people with ice chest and beers in or by the the pool.

I called the number on the reservation to inform I was arriving between 2-8am. I was told it was entered on the system. Got there and a rude woman told me that my reservation was no show and I needed to call Hotels.com to fix it because it was not her problem. I showed her the paperwork with the number from Drury and showed her the phone where I called twice and told her it was ACTUALLY her problem since I spoke twice with someone from Drury. Rude woman began to speak a little louder and so did I. At this point manager came to ask what happened. I explain the whole ordeal. He said no problem - I will take care of you. Which he did. Which proved it was doable. And somewhere he found on the system I called. They just had a very incompetent rude woman with zero people skills. I will not stay at that hotel again.

As usual our room waa very clean and nice. We arrived at 3pm for check in and we were not able to check-in due to our room not being ready. We were told to wait 10 minutes and our room wouls be ready. We waited over an hour and our room was still not ready. I was very disappointed.

Overall experience was good, my keys were misplaced by valet for a 20 min period so I wasn't able to pick up dinner ,I instead walked and my keys were found by the time I returned. Other than that the Drury was top notch as usual. View from the rooftop pool is drop dead gorgeous. Thank you for the hospitality.

Breakfast was outstanding, the best we have had at any hotel. Really enjoyed the Kick Back, got to meet people from all over. Convenient to a lot of attractions. Within walking distance of the Historic Mexican market, Alamo, and others. Will definitely stay next time in San Antonio.

Great breakfast, many options to choose from, we were amazed with all the food and variety considering it came with our room. They also offer a happy hour, with free drinks and appetizers, all part of your stay. Room was fantastic, service was top notch. Will stay there again or at another Drury property. Wonderful stay!

We had a good stay, breakfast was delicious,dinner was okay they ran out of some items at dinner time but over all nice place. Pool was nice. Happy hour was even nicer. Hotel provides 3 free drinks a night per adult. The Latina Bar tender to the left side was very welcoming and made great drinks. Rooms are a little small but clean. We would stay again. Vale was easy also, $43 a night, in/out.

Almost perfect. The breakfast buffet was great however we were disappointed with the dinner buffet. The tacos and nachos were good but there were no other options and only ground beef for the meat. We were only there for one dinner though so there are likely other options on different days. The accommodations were fantastic and the room was great! The roof pool was cool but I felt like the water needed to be treated a bit more. Beautiful building with a great history. Staff/employees were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and I would choose them again.
