We enjoyed this hotel. If we go back to this area, we will book here again. We enjoyed the pool, the terrace and the breakfast. The parking garage was nice, it rained while we were there. Front desk guy was very friendly. Can’t remember his name, he was there all the time.

Great time here, the room was good, spacious and most of all I didn't feel worried about my car as much due to the parkinglot was more secured and attached to the hotel. I liked that you can just use the elevator from the car parking and its very convenient. We did use the pool and hot tub for about 45 minutes, have to mention that the pool water did seem super cold and I didn't even get in more than than my legs, and the hot tub was hot and cozy. It was fun. I also loved that we got there in time for a complimentary drink. Will come back if needed again. Worth it due to peace of mind.

Excellent staff and room. It’s our second time at a Drury Inn and it was just as good. Jacuzzi was great each morning as well. The fitness center was clean and organized.

Friendly front desk and kitchen staff. Clean, comfortable updated room. The indoor pool and spa were well maintained, and there were plenty of towels. I only gave 4 stars because of the location. Traffic was very loud, and then air traffic was loud at night. The parking garage was tricky for parking 4-door pickups with a greater turning radius.

The elevators are awful. One doesn’t work and the others are on some odd cycle. It was faster to ride up and push a button to go down instead of waiting for an elevator to take you down. Stairs weren’t clearly marked or close to elevator

Always been excellent. Huge property, private covered parked integrated into the building, best indoor swimming pool ever. And rooms are way bigger than normal hotels. We have stayed here dozens of times over the years, and it always punches way above its weight.

This Drury Inn was so fantastic. The indoor pool wa what set it apart online, however once you arrive you are blown away by cleanliness, professional attentive sevice, FREE garage parking and the proximity to shopping and restaurants. - interior decor was modern and luxurious and CLEAN. - sheets and pillows were super clean - the room was a non smoking room and the entire floor and elevator always smelled good. - you couldn't hear your neighbors (we requested to be away from elevators) - the layout was great for an easy check in - the garage was secure (and clean!) - Breakfast was a good spread of hot and cold foods and drinks - the attached Applebees made it easy for a quick dinner after a 3hr drive. - the hot tub/spa was nice but crowded (it was spring break though, sooo)

Smells old and dirty. Room was humid and dirty. Restroom had mold. Couch and carpet felt dirty like they haven't been cleaned for months. Terrible how they haven't kept it up to code.

Cleanliness is top priority for us. Very clean and eco conscious at the same time. This Drury was extremely busy. The staff were all professional and friendly, while being efficient and patient. The nice little things they did for the guest make a lasting impression and sure way of guests wanting to only stay at a Drury.

When you enter floor 9 it smelled really bad. The room smelled disgusting and dirty. It seems like the covers of the pillows were not washed, they smelled like scalp grease. The toilet had a crack in it.

The hotel was well appointed with great breakfast and happy hour bites and drinks. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner; there were little black hairs on top of toilet. Also, there was construction going on all around the hotel which made it difficult to navigate, but that was at no fault of the Drury. Overall, i would stay again. Great value.

Everything was great at this hotel. The value was immense. Being able to park in the garage for free and have a reasonable rate for such a large room with the kitchen area was awesome. Included breakfast, indoor pool and hot tub and daily happy hour. I didn’t wanna leave!

Room was ready when we arrived which is always nice. It was clean and cool and every thing was in good shape. A couple things that took me down to 4 stars… the bathtub is made for children. It is NOT a normal size tub at all. It works great for showers but a bath is not happening and apparently we were lucky enough for a high school basketball team to be sharing the hotel and I can bet they had the entire floor above us. They literally ran up and down the hallways or rooms all night. I got maybe an hour or two of sleep. My pup was agitated also which didn’t help my sleep or lack of. Staff was awesome and I would def stay again.

Our room was on the 9th floor next to the elevator. All night and morning we could hear the loud of the elevator cables whirling around like airplanes taking off in our room. We could not fall asleep and when we finally did we were awakened by the loud noise of the elevator. Needles to say it was a sleepless night. We were exhausted the next day. I don’t think I would stay there again due to the loud elevator cables!?? It just sounded like an airplane was taking off in our room.

I requested a few things like a quiet room and to be placed on the highest floor. All my requests were acknowledged. I liked that they have garage parking. The price was reasonable and food is great. Meals are provided during your stay as long as you go at the scheduled time. I booked 2 rooms and both were clean, quiet and at a great location.

I spent this past weekend here for my birthday weekend. For the most part, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I ended up staying in a deluxe king suite with an oversized terrace. The view I got was beautiful, just as I imagined. The room itself was mostly clean with a few small dirty spots, which, to me, wasn't a big deal. As long as the mattress itself is clean and comfortable, I don't have any complaints. The only thing wrong with the room was the shower head in our bathroom. I went to go take a shower, the water was spraying everywhere, including the ceiling. Hopefully, yall can get that replaced and fixed. Otherwise, nothing else was wrong with the room. The service was incredible, and the front desk staff was accommodating and very nice. Since it's my 1st time in a Drury Hotel, they told me about their kickback, which starts at 5:30 pm every day. You get up to 3 free alcoholic drinks every day that you stay there. Also, they had unlimited free soda and popcorn anytime of day. Free breakfast and dinner every day. All that were a big.plus for me. They also have a small gym and an indoor pool and jacuzzi as well. Despite the construction that was happening, I will return.

8th floor room near elevator shaft was very noisy. Changed to room halfway down hallway on other side from elevator shaft and you could still hear the elevator moving up and down the shaft. Talked with someone on 7th floor and they had same issue. The front desk staff were excellent and offered me a room at end of hallway but I did not want to move a 3rd time for one more night. They did give me a credit for one night.

Every staff member encountered was warm, helpful, and professional. The facility itself is a bit tired as are the rooms. Bed was hard and sheets scratchy. Worst for me was that the AC was inadequate. Staff was fabulous though and quickly assisted with a room change to help out, but it never did get cool enough or push enough air out so my stay was uncomfortable.

Our stay was great. The staff was very professional, helpful and accommodating during our time there. The complimentary breakfast was satisfying and generous.The suite we had was very roomy and well taken care of. We will definitely stay here again when in San Antonio.

I was grabbing breakfast and at 10:01 AM they yanked every single item before I could even get to any food as I’m holding the plate…seriously? You guys are most likely going to throw the food away. Bad attitudes everywhere.

There was leak and water dripping down from the ceiling. The carpet was wet and smelled bad. In addition, my luggages became wet and new gifts that I bought for my family all got wet and damaged. I went down to the front desk at least three times to talk to the managers and every time the front desk told me that we do not have a manager at the moment and be back in 2-3 hours. They did not care about anything and never address my concern. poor customer service.

Staff were helpful and courteous. Don’t park in the open lot. Use the parking garage as it’s locked. Our truck was broke into on the front lot overnight. The manager was very helpful getting us number we needed for police and window repair. They vacuumed the glass out for us and taped the window for us until it could be repaired.

I booked with hotels .com for my guys traveling for work . I called the hotel directly to arrange for my id and credit card for incedentials and to let them know my guys are running late due to working in Corpus and driving in . I get a call at 1 am , Matthew refused to check them in due to a hole being in the corner of the id … at 1 am after working all day and driving into the night …. Wow

Overall, the hotel is great! Nice breakfast and evening snack area with a variety of choices, clean, beds are comfortable, and the area is convenient with access to two major highways. However, during our stay, the intersection of these two major highways was under construction and often closed. This meant finding back roads and alternative routes was necessary and sometimes the entrance to the hotel was even closed necessitating having to find an officer nearby to open it to allow you to get back to your hotel. This, of course, is not the fault of the hotel but is the only reason I did not rate it 5 stars.

The hotel is awesome, close to UTSA and several other things. Currently there is a lot of road construction near the hotel (not the hotel's fault!) but otherwise we enjoyed staying there!

Access was difficult due to hwy construction. When that is completed, it will provide great travel access. A great veranda suffers from traffic noise. Yet, facilities are well kept and inside parking is very convenient and safe! So, I’ll use again!

Love that there is a walking trail next to it along with an Applebee's restaurant located on the side of it. Six flags and UTSA are right around the corner for a faster commute.

I was a little nervous to book this hotel because of all the construction going on around it but I’m glad I did! The hotel was wonderful! The room was clean, free breakfast was probably the largest I’ve seen so far, their happy hour was a nice surprise and loved the covered parking especially since it rained the whole time we were in San Antonio. Coming back for sure! Easy on and off the freeway and conveniently located to shop at La Cantera or the Rim. Close to restaurants and other fun stuff.

The hotel was great. Check in was super easy, they were super nice. Our room was great. The bed was comfortable. We had a room on the back side of the hotel. I did talk to a woman who had a room on the fron side and she said she heard jackhammering all night because of all the construction. That would be the only negative of this hotel is all the construction but even though i had to navigate through all of it i would stay here again. The breakfast was amazing and the happy hour in the evening was great as well.

The stay here was excellent. The room was clean and the modern details were nice. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and accommodating. The kitchen staff was super nice as well and the bartender was fantastic during happy hour. The breakfast was great and had a wide range of options for every taste. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit San Antonio.

The food there is always the same. Never changes. I will probably try stay somewhere else due to that. Cant cost that much to change up the food. Beds need thicker comforters
