The hotel was right next to a lake that can be fished, basically 10 steps from our parked car. The pool was open and the kids swam. The front desk staff was very attentive and courteous! The suites are 2 rooms and very large. The mattresses were worn and caused us a back ache. That was our only although major minus point.

Received telephone call, letting us know pool was closed. If we'd like wecan cancel for full refund. I asked if we can get a discount instead. Front desk agent checked with his manager Jennifer, she said 10% discount will apply. Front desk agent asked if he can have a vaild credit card to charge since i booked through third parry Hotels.com. I didnt make sense as to why he would charge credit card, we still had over six hours to check in. We arrived at hotel. I asked about the 10% discount. Front desk agent said "let me check with manger". She came back and said no discount. Long story short.....Jennifer refused to give discount, asked for wake up call, which never happened. Called corporate, waiting to hear back. Jennifer did not have the audacity to speak with me. Terrible customer service.

Beautiful place for a hotel next door to the lake with walking path and many geese and ducks. Impressive lobby and eating area. Rooms were very comfortable.

The hotel is nice. I know a lot of hotels are l cutting the maid service down. This hotel only services every other night. I just prefer bed service, trash emptied, and fresh towels every day. We had to ask for towels each day to shower and for the swimming pool. Breakfast area was very nice. The location was great from the Air Force base, nice restaurants, and shops.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Parking was easy for us and the pond next to the property is very pretty and walkable. The only thing that disappointed us was you aren’t able to log into streaming accounts on the TV.

Pool was 0.001° above freezing and the hot tub was out of order. Send my kids there with the wife to swim for a day. Totally disappointed.

While the staff was very nice, the condition of the property was just ok. The room was outdated and needed to be deep cleaned. When I woke up in the morning I found ants crawling on my tube of toothpaste. It served its purpose for one night, but I probably will just stay at one of the neighboring properties next time.

Check in was ok, went to room and was met with heavy cigarette smoke. Went to front desk and requested another room, went to check it out. The bathroom floor was soft and rotted due to large cracks in shower floor. We decided to check out and leave. We were returned one of two nights stay, the host was decent to deal with. I would not recommend the hotel at all.

The bathroom floor was very sticky, it is not being mopped with soap and water, we had to walk around on towels. The staff was very friendly and the building is kept up. We have stayed at this facility several times over the years, first time it was really clean.

We always stay at your hotel when we come to Wichita Falls Tx. This was a disaster Friday morning asked for a sheet change, that did happen after two requests. They did come & changed sheets. They did not even give us new towels, they also failed to empty garbage. Room was not cleaned. We love your hotel, but you failed us on this trip. Also realized we left one of pillows , i hope you can save it for us.

Great location horrible hotel. No one working front desk had to search hotel to check in and he was rude. Later waited for same guy to return to front desk for 10 minutes to ask for laundry. No staff anywhere unless we let ourselves into the offices. No bell to ring. No name tags for staff. Sheets and comforter were dirty. Beds were very uncomfortable. Will not be returning

We stayed here three times while Our son was at tech school and waiting for his orders…. This hotel offers great sized rooms. Very comfortable for us to just hang out and relax. Good food nearby. And a wonderful breakfast!

Walls are thin could hear everything. The shower was old and felt dirty. The back door entrance was so loud could hear and feel it open and shut. This room is worth about half the price at best!

Lots of room. Next to a small lake with a walking trail and plenty of ducks, geese, and squirrels to keep you entertained. Apparently good for fishing as well.We had a corner room with plenty of windows over looking the lake, however room gets warm when curtains are open. Kitchen had pots and pans, plates, and bowls but no silverware. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Staff very friendly and hotel was clean. I would stay there again

It feels like the best area in town. Nice walk around the Sikes Lake, safe and beautiful after many hours of driving. The hotel bed was comfortable, even the furniture was a bit outdated, but I liked the bed better than in Tru or Home2 next door.

When we got there the front desk staff were manning the phones, while also training and checking people in. We were not greater upon arrival but filed in behind another guest who had yet to b greeted. Eventually the person training looked up and announced she was busy training and would help us when she was done with the task at hand. Finally, the guest in front of me was addressed but the staff had a hard time understanding what the guest needed. The guest was making it very clear however, the staff was not comprehending the request. I intervened with a date and they moved on from there. When it was my turn to check in the staff was friendly but incompetent over basic tasks. We got to our room to find one of the keys was not correctly programmed. Luckily one was so we went in. Upon entry we noticed one of the lamps didn’t work 1/2 the time. Tightening the bulb didn’t work to fix the problem. The garbage disposal did not work nor dis the dishwasher. The hotel was nice but definitely not 9 out of 10 for the price. We will not b coming back.

I cannot properly review the physical attributes of this hotel as I did not have an opportunity to stay at the hotel. What I can speak to is the booking process and customer service. I booked this hotel because of its proximity to the college I was visiting with my daughter. However after being delayed (stuck on a plane) for 9 hours my card was charged for the stay. However when I arrived at the hotel at 11 pm I was told that my reservation was cancelled despite it being paid for. So at 11 pm myself and my teenage daughter had to find another hotel. To make matters worst, they said to me I would get my refund in 3 business days. However as I reside outside the United States, my refund took almost two weeks
