I am tired of room service being “on request” with an asterisk about three days. (Covid 19 is long gone and remains an excuse for reduced services.) I got push back from the desk when I requested room service after two days. The elder head at the desk prevailed and said okay. They next morning I was out for a number of hours and when I returned, no room service. I brought this to the desk’s attention and was told she was probably “upstairs.” I left again for a couple of hours and returned. Again, no room service. I went back to the desk and was again told she was probably “upstairs.” I explained I was given that excuse two hours ago.” The desk agent said, “Would you like it done now.” My goodness, why have I been asking for it? But I just said, “Yes.” I have stayed at this hotel frequently over the past years, but will not again. If you want my money, then make me feel like a valued guest.

My TV didn’t work. The girl at the front desk offered tips, they didn’t work. She was friendly and courteous. Not her fault at all. I had horrible cell phone service in room 1122. Odd. I left after 2 nights, paid for 3. A bit frustrating overall but I don’t like getting upset at people, even though I get screwed. That’s the customer experience in 2026, hotels, car buying, eating out.

Room didn’t look like it had been vacuumed. Sheets had dog hair on a gross stain. There was a loud boom in the night. Would not recommend.
