The breakfast was THE BEST!! We loved our entire experience. A very nice hotel with clean rooms. The pool and exercise room were excellent. I love how the hotel is right next to that incredible walking path as well. Literally the best hotel that I have ever stayed at!

Comfortable bed but that’s it. The room is in disrepair. The ac was blowing freezing cold with no way to turn it off. At 5:00 am it shut off completely. One elevator was out of order. The other - service elevator had no air, and was hot and smelled bad. Too many negatives for me.

The hotel was good overall. However there were a few issues. Only one elevator was working. The TV wasn't working at first. Once it was fixed the screen would go black for a second every 30 to 40 seconds which was annoying. There was a crack in the shower foot that made it look dirty. And the sink was slow draining.

Check in was easy. Large parking lot, free parking. Lobby has a small store for essentials. Polite staff. Very nice breakfast setup for this type of hotel. Two things that really bothered me were first, we went to the pool area for a soak in the hot tub. The water was an odd shade of green, and the smell of chlorine was so overwhelming our eyes and throat began to burn. We weren’t able to stay in more than 5 minutes. We did alert the staff. Secondly, around midnight, we heard people in the room next door possibly arriving. The walls must be very thin because we heard lots of noises for over an hour, which woke us up.

We love staying at this hotel but was very disappointed with this stay. There was an odd metallic smell throughout the room and elevator. Hot tub felt more like an ice bath in the middle of an Alaskan winter.

All three rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and staff was very friendly. The pool area was pretty clean and there were no clean towels, staff did provide some at our request. There was some stagnant water by the drain that smelled horrid. Breakfast tables were limited, food was decent and fully stocked.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The floors were slimy I’m assuming by the cleaner that had been used. The shower floor was cracked and sharp. The shower surrounding was in need of a deep cleaning. The window covering were coming apart from the hardware which made it impossible to fully close the curtains

We stayed there last year and it was fine. This year it felt like it went down hill fast. Drains on carpet, soap in women’s bathroom taped to the wall, shower pan had black around it, and the 4th floor smelled like someone got sick the time we were there. I’m rooting for this hotel. It’s in a perfect area, the gym is nice, the bkfast is great, but we won’t stay there again until it’s cleaned up.

I travel a lot! This hotel was one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve stayed at. The walls are paper thin! It stunk so bad in there! The rooms were dirty and smell. The shower curtain was so moldy. The shower was so dirty we couldn’t even shower.

The location was great. The staff were helpful and nice. The building was not very clean. There were some garages in the main area overflowing and main hallways/floors that weren't vacuumed or mopped while we were there (2 night stay).

We were delayed in the check in as they mentioned there was a mixup with the status of the room from housekeeping. They did some checks and then can back saying the room was ready. We got key cards and everything seemed fine until the next morning. The shower was filthy and disgusting so gross. It was cracked and dirty. Also the elevators were gross as well. Would have had a great stay of our room was clean. Customer service agreed the shower was dirty and thanked me for bringing it to their attention but didn’t offer any apologies or consideration.

This was a halfway point stop on my way to Denver for the big Sparkler Softball tournament. It was easy to get to off 15 and convenient to multiple fuel and food options. The property is newer and in pretty good shape. The only real problem was how thin the walls and ceilings seemed. This is the main reason for a 4 star review instead of a 5.

2 weeks traveling to visit with family in 7 different states. We started and ended the trip here. Of all the hotels on our trip, this place has the slowest wifi ever. Big problem for me as i work remotely. So plan on using a hot spot if you also work and travel. My first night here, the cable box and tv were unplugged so i had to pull the dresser out from the waĺl to plug back in. Not the end of the world, but an inconvenience for sure. This location did have the best breakfast selection however. All the employees were friendly, clean location, easy access to the freeway and lots of restaurants near by to choose from. Only other concern i experienced was both rooms we had, the doors were very hard to open and close. Maybe the doors are too heavy and hanging wierd. But you definitely need to physically push/pull hard to open the door. Which can be challenging with coffees in hand.

I liked it being dog friendly. Bed linens were the best I’ve ever used. So soft! Only down side was the noise from the street and the kids running up and down the hallways slamming door at around 11 pm. Where are their parents?

Nice location. Good continental breakfast. Room was very small. We paid for a rollaway bed which didn’t fit in the room (we had to take the mattress off the frame and put it on the floor). WiFi was poor…didn’t work much of the time.

We had issues checking in. We couldn't get to the hotel until the morning at around 6:30 am and the Night Audit person said we couldn't use our room because she had already checked us out. She didn't even apologize and said that's how she was trained and there was nothing she could do. At this point we had been driving for about 24 hrs due to the interstate being closed because of a bad accident and we were told to wait about an hour for the manager to show up. According to the Night Audit person they have a policy that if you are not there in person at 6:00 am the day of your check out, you won't be able to check in. This wasn't communicated to us even though we called her 3 times to keep her updated.

I can not say enough about how wonderful the staff is at this La Quinta! I wish I would have gotten names. There was an unexpected snow storm that had many travelers concerned about traveling. The staff was not only informative and accommodating to me, but I listened to how they treated everyone. Bravo! Basic kind customer service is unfortunately rare, but not here. From check in to check out!!

The person that checked us in was not friendly at all. I asked for my 2 rooms to be next to each other and she did not acknowledge my request. Never made eye contact either. Once we got to our rooms one set of keys did not work. I walked back down and they reset the key still did not work. When I went back down the same girl tried to tell me others were in line first after I told her the opportunity where my family was still waiting on the hallway after a 5 hour long drive to get here. Still with the same bad attitude she had from the get go. At least if you’re going to be in the hospitality business make an effort. No I will not stay at LaQuinta again. Try and get friendlier people working for you that at least care about the customer. Thank you

Staff nice but the breakfast staff was excellent and very helpful. The rooms are ok but very noisy area. Do not arrive before 3pm as they won’t check you in 10 minutes earlier as this happened to us and they said we can pay the $30 early check in fee or wait until 3pm, come on we arrived at 2:50pm what a stupid policy and we’ve been traveling for almost 4 weeks now and never had an issue until in this place.

Check in was a breeze since I did the pre check in ahead of time. Property was clean, modern, amenities were awesome, breakfast was great, staff was nice. We really enjoyed having a buffet restaurant in front of the hotel, literally the same parking area. After a long drive it was nice just to check in and walk for 30 seconds to a restaurant and go back to your room. There were several other options in the area and a 24 hour gas station/store across the st.
