Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Like many hotels at this price range, the sound insulation was poor and I heard my neighbors clearly. Slamming doors, people talking in the hall, banging from the floor above, and the AC was quite loud. Still, for the money, this was a good value. I used a nature sounds sleep app on my tablet and that helped drown out the sound of the neighbors, so I ended up sleeping well.

Mandy at the front desk made check in a pleasant experience, then was very helpful switching us to a different room immediately when we had a problem with the a/c. Both rooms and bathrooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet, and there was coffee & tea in the lobby in the morning. I would stay here again.

Didn’t expect much for the price, but we still wanted a “motel.” It was essentially “here, we’ll provide a bed and you figure the rest out.” Went to go take a shower, black hair all over the shower walls! And no shampoo or conditioner. Luckily the beds at least “appeared” to be clean. We had checked in late, so just wanted to sleep from our long day. So we did just that, slept and left early. But I’ll pay a little more for something else my next time in Cedar City.

You get what you pay for. We just needed somewhere to sleep. Don't expect anything fancy. Worst part was the shower floor pan wasn't very clean. Beds were small but that was my oversight when I booked it. Overall it was acceptable for a quick stay.
