Very new and clean facility. Great breakfast. Convenient location right off the freeway. Immediate property is nice, but lots of construction work going on around the property and difficult for dog walking because sidewalks don't connect all the adjacent properties.

Parking lot is very small and people have to park on the street surrounding the hotel. There was a lot of noise and the walls are thin. The room we had was directly above the pool and we could hear everything going on. Which kept us up past 11pm each night and there were kids right when it opened at 8. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Spoke for a few moments with the front desk clerk and one of the housekeepers and enjoyed each conversation. Would only recommend because of the people and the cleanliness.

it was great except for the pool wasn't open. It was under construction. The Hotels.com website said it was open, but the Holiday Inn website said it was closed and I didn't check that, but I expected Hotels.com to do that for me.

Stayed here for an overnight visit to the area. Check in was very easy and staff I interacted with were friendly. Room interior was fairly new and was very clean. Pool room was also clean and has a spa as well.

Found a large cockroach in the room one night and another different kind of roach on the ceiling another day. Mostly quiet but our room was right next to the elevator so we heard every single person leaving in the morning. Also housekeeping began knocking on doors around 9:30am even though checkout time was 11:00.

we stayed here a couple years ago and the property needed an update, thankfully, that happened and everything felt fresh and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and quiet. An excellent breakfast. All in all pleasant stay.

We stayed in room 209, which had 2 queen beds and a foldout couch. The room it\'s self was nice and clean. The bathroom was roomy and clean as well. However, our room was right above the main lobby. The hotel has two of the automatic sliding doors that we could hear opening and closing ALL NIGHT LONG! None of us were able to get any sleep, which was extremely disappointing as we traveled to Cedar City for a family function, that was held the next morning. I was also a little frustrated that when we checked out we were not asked "How was your stay?" I was ready to tell them how miserable our night had been, but it didn\'t seem liked he cared anyways. I am simply providing this review for any future people who are given the keys to this room. If it is you, please ask to be moved before you get all settled and ready for bed. A partial refund would be nice but I don\'t think that would happen, either.

Rooms are clean. Check in staff not very friendly but get the job done. Breakfast was the best part. Plenty of options and well stocked. If you stay I STRONGLY suggest you ask for a room not facing the expressway unless you are a sound sleeper. It’s awful.

Liked that it had a pool. The mattress on sofa pullout was beyond terrible. We should have switched rooms but my son decided to fold the pullout back into a sofa and sleep on it. His feet were hanging off the end and it looked very uncomfortable. Staff was nice.

I loved the big TV and the large countertop in the bathroom. The soap and lotion were very nice. I liked the lights behind the headboard and above the nightstand, and the convenient switches. I didn't like the lighting in the bathroom around the mirror, it was hard to see my face to do makeup, hard for my dad to see his face to shave. I wish the doors connecting the rooms had door stops to keep them open.

We had a good 1 bedroom room at the end of the hall on the second floor. I found the additional room inconvenient since it was strictly meant for lounging or work. It contained a couch, tv, and desk. I guess I would have thought that the spare room would contain the bed and the rest of the space would have the tv space and bathroom. The layout just threw me off a bit. I loved the keurig for morning coffee since the time difference didn't allow for its to catch the breakfast. It would be nice if breakfast ended at 10 for those traveling from states that are an hour behind. The other thing that I was dissatisfied with was that the only 2 ice machines in the entire building were both broken. Otherwise, the room was updated and nice (except for the old yellow phone in the room). I loved the Dove shower soaps and hand soaps mounted to the walls. The bed pillows were nice and the comforter was soft and cozy. The shower head was very powerful and perfect too! The neighbors were a bit loud and I could hear them through the walls, ceiling, and floors. Fortunately, everyone was quiet after 10pm. Overall, it was a nice stay.

I had two rooms on my reservation. Check-in was not great. I'd sent two emails in the weeks leading up to my trip, and neither was answered. I was asking for early check-in. Then I phoned a few days ahead, and was told, 'I'll make a note of it, but call the morning of your stay to improve your chances (it's not guaranteed). I called early that morning, and was told (basically) 'First come, first served.' We arrived one hour before check-in time. One room was ready, and I was told the other would be ready in 30-45 minutes. Then there was a shift change. Exiting person apparently did not tell her replacement why the guys were waiting in the lobby. They didn't get into my second room for over an hour. First, I wish they'd respond to an email. Second, I wish they'd communicated each other. I don't feel the second room should have taken so long.

Nice property and great staff. The problem is that we paid for the room with the Jacuzzi and it was broken so we got downgraded to a regular room and didn't get refunded for the difference. They gave us some rewards points but not enough to do anything with. Ended up being about $100 difference we had to deal with.

We all know that Utah and especially Southern Utah still live in 1847, you can tell just by walking through the Walmart nearby and observing all the backwards hicks and family bushes moseying about. So I should not have been surprised that their ancient television didn't have any modern features, streaming, the ability to stream, ect. It was doubly frustrating because we were staying during the release of a new show we'd been waiting to watch, but whatever. Remember to bring future-tech like chromecast or a firestick with you. The front desk was nice, but maids don't know how to read. We left the Keep Out sign on the door so we could sleep in but they still felt it necessary to wake us at 9am when we'd been planning to sleep until 11 to prep for a long drive. Thanks for that, you'll get no tip in return. The rest of the hotel was fine. It's your typical 2 star endeavor.
